Please do not waste your time with HEB curbside. I love our HEB but hate the curbside service. This is their third strike for being terribly slow. We arrive promptly at our appointment time and clock in by texting. It took them a full hour to build our cart! It would have taken so much less time if we had done the grocery shopping our selves. Countless cars arrive after us, get serviced, and leave in our time waiting here. Many of them have orders larger than our own. My family is going to try with Walmart deliveries for our groceries from now on. We only started doing curbside with HEB because they upped their delivery fees. HEB is a good grocery store but they are not at all caught up with the times.

An hour and a half of waiting in my curbside space, and no one ever came, even though the text message said they were... Then just after 9pm, when I try to wave at someone in the building, they turned off the lights and locked the curbside sliding doors!

**edit** really glad HEB updated my suggestions {coughcough}..Curbside as expected.. Friendly, hard working couriers.. Only complaint i would have is to be able to choose all food and such at once, scroll alphabetically, then add all to my list.. But thats an IT conversation.. Appreciate the curb!

First time using the Leander pickup. Not nearly as easy their Lakeline location. Traffic backed up, rushed, bags piled piled haphazardly. While the shopper did a great job, bagging damaged peppers, lettuce, yogurt containers and bread. Not happy with experience.

Curbside pick up or delivery is an absolute life saver when you cant or shouldnt get out of your car. If you are sick, too busy to shop, or have a sleeping child in the car, this is the way to go!
