LaRue had great service. Lead times are long but they warn you, and set proper expectations. I still asked a question, and they responded promptly. Will always buy LaRue!

Purchased their LaRue Tactical MBT-2S Straight Bow Trigger and Im very happy with how it feels. Quick shipping, placed an order and got it the next day! Their office called to verify the online order and answered various questions I had, friendly staff.

Seems like a pretty good organization. Buyer beware of shipping times tho. Items in stock will sit for at least a week before being shipped out and then they will switch shippers on you for final delivery per the owners request. More than likely so they can save a penny. Good luck trying to track your package, let the games begin!!!

Placed an online order on Wednesday monrning with faster shipping upgrade. Called Thursday spoke with I think he said his name was Alex because order said pending. I asked if there could be any issues with it or billing he said everything looked good. I wanted order by this weekend. Received call today and was told they had an issue 😕. So now I am looking at another 3-5 business days for shipping from Leander to Austin. I asked if there was any way I could pick up order since it is like a 15 min drive 🚗 and I was told no. Poor customer service to say the least. I have to say I am writing this review slightly torn since I push LaRue to anyone who wants a excellent products. Well thats my 2 minute rant. As always, everyone stay safe and keep your head on a swivel.

I have been buying precision rifles for years. There is not a better company that produces higher quality products and rifles than LaRue Tactical and their customer service is the Best. Great Job LaRue. If there was 6 stars you would deserve it all day long.

Bought a second hand LT-120 mount from a former sponsored shooter for savage. Needless to say when I called the seller back to call him out for selling me a 34mm mount as a 30mm, the seller stopped answering the phone and left me holding a mount too big for my new Viper. Looks like savage sponsored a crappy shooter and I paid a crappy seller. I called Dan at Larue and told him it wasnt their fault but what were my options. He took care of me with professionalism and I will now have a new set of rings when UPS arrives tomorrow. They have earned loyalty from this customer!

Purchased the Trijicon MRO few months ago and its been amazing so far. The customer service is outstanding and when items are in stock, they ship fast. They have some of the best mounts made in America.

The best customer service I’ve probably experienced within the firearm industry. LaRue and the team does a wonderful job of craftsmanship with their firearms and parts; and they respond to questions promptly. Yes... sometimes they take a long time to ship a product, but that’s because those products are probably backordered because they’re so awesome and everybody wants them. I’d say it’s worth the wait to get them. It’s pricey, yes, but that’s because it’s good quality craftsmanship. I’d rather pay an arm and leg for something that will last long and be accurate than something cheap and not as reliable. And I promise, they didn’t pay me for this review. I sincerely think they’re the best (or one of the best) in the industry. I wanna be like LaRue when I grow up ;)

Although I have not bought a rifle. . . yet, Larue has always been a top notch company to deal with.Ive bought optics and mounts from them and they never disappoint. Their mounts should be, or are, the standard in which others are measured.

I stumbled upon this company by accident. I bought a FLIR thermal scope and it came with a LaRue quick disconnect mount. I noticed the mount was very high quality and easy to use. I decided to order another one for a different firearm. I ordered off of Amazon and ordered the wrong one. I called LaRue and the person on the phone was extremely helpful. I ordered the correct product and they sent what I ordered, plus a whole bunch of other free stuff. Wow! These guys get it. I highly reccomend them and their products.

Since leaving a review on their website needs to be approved by admin, I thought I would leave it here also.I would like to say this, Product looks great on the website but not in hands of customer. If I had the 700, 20 moa rail in my hands to review I would. I placed an order towards the end of March. I received an email the same day of purchase explaining the rail was back oredered (no where online stated so while placing this order). I called and spoke with a sales rep mid April who said the rails are in the machining process and my item would ship closer to the end of April. (1 month from order date) Well... didnt happen. I spoke with two other people Dan on May 11th, and John a week and a half later whom said rails are coming out of production and will be shipping in a week. Today is May 27th almost 2 months after placing my order with no hope Im going to actually receive my rail or sticker. Very disappointed and will not be recommending to family or friends unless they can fix this issue.

I have used LaRue products for years. They are great guys to deal with. Several years ago I lost my wrench for my Eotech mount. I told the customer service person that I wanted to purchase a new one because I lost the one that came with the mount. They would not sell me one, they gave me a new one and gave me a free Dillo.That kind of service makes me come back to purchase. I just purchased a new 10 inch handguard. Mark Larue and the people at Larue Tactical and top notch.

Top Notch! I have been using LaRue Tactical since 2009 and they are an amazing company. I used to be the match director at the marine corps 3 gun team, and I once hosted a match which Mark came out to. Mark gave us a ton of stuff to give away to the Marines, and even brought his BBQ truck out to us to give my fellow Marines FREE BBQ. These guys are absolutely top notch. Their gear rocks, their customer service also rocks! I still use them and swear by LaRue products. Recently my stock went down to no fault of LaRue Tactical, and I got in touch with Tony at LaRue who fixed the stock free of charge. Invest wisely, invest with LaRue... they are worth their price tag!

Excellent customer service

This company is a joke....very racial work environment and payment for the job isn’t worth your time. Expect you to do way to much for very little money. This is a penny-pincher job that will try to take advantage of you.
