Great staff in the pharmacy. I fill here all the time and they are quick, helpful and have helped me figure out things when there were issues with my refills. Great job!

I came in last night to get a pick up order. there was a tall gentleman helping me i am sad I didnt get his name. he was amazing. longer brown hair, glasses I think . he may be a manager. super helpful and friendly. we had a great conversation. it is nice to get treated like a person and not feel rushed . thank you sir for being awesome. Leawood is so far away but I will get more orders here just based on customer service here. amazing!

Associate decided to charge me twice, even when I showed them my receipt when I picked up my order thru drive-thru pick up. Never shopping here again.

Dont be deceived by their $7 coupon. It doesnt get you $7 off your purchase, even though the coupon states that. Only gets you points.

Just need everyone to be aware of their pricing and promotion. They often having Promotion on Tide detergent but 10 out of 10 times your order will be cancel after submitting your information online. Also, if you take few minutes to do price comparison, their pricing is so much higher than Target or Walmart.

I had my passport photos taken at another Walgreens, and they cut off the top of my head (terrible!). I came here and Tom redid my passport photos. He exchanged them so I did not have to pay again. He is also going to see that the other guy who did my other photos gets properly trained. Thanks Tom!

Finally, after 4 other places, i could find the product i was searching for. The staff was very helpful and kind. The place is clean and the store is arranged in an orderly manner.

My daughter had outpatient surgery today. I had to drive three hours home to pick up my other children this afternoon. I took the prescriptions to Walgreens at Town Center and was told it would take 20 tp 30 minutes to fill. I think great plenty of time. I left and came back in 30 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes to finally be told they didnt have the right dosages to fill them. No apology, just here is a list of other Walgreens you can go to. Thanks Walgreens, I appreciate you wasting my time and making me miss picking up.my kids. Youve lost mine and my familys business.

Several months ago I was asked to versify all kinds of things getting Sudafed. More things then any other pharmacy. They got really pissy when I asked for an explaination why they wanted more personal information then anyone else had. I finally said its ok, Ill go someplace else. The pharmacist and I talked a little more and she was much more helpful then the manager. I continued using this pharmacy and hadnt had any more issues.Today I got asked for all the stuff again for a different medication. One I have been on for years and never been asked before. The manager got all pissy, and told me, we have been through this before with you and you always say youll go someplace else.There was only one other time and it was a different situation. Forgive me for not believing every piece of my information is public. I dont think it is out of line to want to know where it is going, and you would think a pharmacy as big as Walgreens would have that information readily available. Of course its not very many Walgreens you find that the manager has a bad attitude... The saving grace at this one is the pharmacy staff is friendly and trying to help.Now comes the hard choice, do I change because the manager is snotty, or stay because I like the pharmacy...

We were singled out and the store manager went against their coupon policy. We tried using a manufacture coupon with a limit per purchase, not per transaction. Store manager would not let us purchase multiple, using multiple coupons.

Always a negative experience. Now Im told that they already sold my husbands prescriptions!!!!

Pharmacists do not acknowledge customers right away. Stood in line for 20 minutes before they looked at me. I’m the only one here and they told me it would be 25-30 minutes to fill scripts. The rest of the store is clean and other staff is friendly.
