We worked with Steve to update all of the flooring in our 20 year old house which included carpet, stair carpet, luxury vinyl plank, new hardwood and refinishing existing hardwood.We are very pleased with the results. Steve is great to work with - he brought samples to our home and provided an estimate on the spot after taking measurements. He was courteous, professional and responsive. He coordinated the logistics/timing of all three crews that worked in our house. All of his crews showed up when expected, worked hard and were courteous. We were especially pleased with the crew that installed and refinished our hardwood floors. Steve worked with us to address some minor issues after all the work was done.

Installers were very nice but one of the workers couldnt handle the job and literally overheated. The carpet had burn marks in two places but my biggest complaint is that I wanted high quality carpet and after two years, it looks like I got builder grade. In his defense, he did call to see if we were happy. I just didnt know the carpet would age so fast. Our carpet in our old house lasted for years.

Worked with him before and it was great. Fast forward 4 years to new place. The install was a joke (unqualified kids doing the install), and 3 years after that, the carpet is toast. We asked for quality carpet and got builders grade. Never again.
