Great experience here. We walked in and one of the staff greeted us and helped us right away. They worked with us to make sure they had what we wanted in stock and got it for us. After 5 minutes of deciding, all of our items were brought to the register for us to check out. Overall great customer service.
The store is located in a high end, upscale location where shopping is trendy, chic and catering to an upper class customer. The staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Warmly greeted and assisted throughout the visit to this store was the norm it appeared. The products are of superb quality and always tastefully displayed. A great experience in shopping awaits the discerning customer.
I had a gift card and decided to purchase an Anova Precision Cooker. The lady who helped me, sorry I didn’t get her name, was very help, patient, and informative. She above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the purchase and even shared her personal knowledge and experience with the product. She wasn’t pushy at all either. I would recommend this location.
The people who work in this store have been very helpful. I just wish it wasnt so far from where the old store was in my neighborhood!
I ordered a waffle iron August 22 with an expected delivery of September 3. First notification of delay put it at end of September. Third email delayed till October 20. I called customer service to cancel order. Was told by first gentleman it couldn’t be canceled. I asked for a supervisor. A nice young lady explained it was in fulfillment and could not be canceled. Exasperated I asked if more than a month notice wasn’t sufficient what is. I explained it would arrive a month after the birthday. The kind young lady just told me she has to send a request to fulfillment to cancel and that takes a week for them to hear back. She says she will put a note to contact me in a week. Williams and Sonoma is in the 19th century for ordering on line. Don’t do it!

This store is terrible. Staff and management are rude and unaccommodating. For the price you pay for their wares, service should be better. I’ll head across the street for my kitchen wares. I’ll never step foot in this store again.
Williams Sonoma is the go-to place for high quality kitchen gear and eclectic foods to spice up your high end dishes. They are always well staffed with engaging, helpful and knowledgeable people. They also have a much wider selection of cooking gear than you find at most retail stores. You can pay less at lesser stores, but you get less. I believe that quality lasts and is cheaper in the long run, so I am willing to invest in better gear.
Great service! Saw an item online and called to check if it was available, the associate was so polite and helpful that she held the item at the register for me so my husband could stop in just before closing to purchase it.

After looking at a wedding registry online, I think Williams Sonoma is overpriced on a lot of things, but this particular store was nice and had good service so 5 stars for that aspect.

So I wrote a review a couple months ago after I had a bad experience. The manager emailed me an apology promising that she would address the issues I highlighted as they strived for customer service. I went in yesterday and guess what? same old same old. No one greeted me or offered to help me. In fact I was looking at bakeware and a sales person came over to the area where I was looking/shopping and rudely shoved a pan back on the shelf in front of me with no excuse me or hi how are you or anything. I was going to purchase some things for my sons Easter basket but decided not to. I know a lot of folks have had good experiences with you. Im not sure what it takes to be treated well in your store but apparently I dont have it. You are rude - your neighbors at Pottery Barn Kids are rude. Rude.

Good quality stuff but a tad expensive. The staff was super awesome with my 2 year old, talking to him and high fiving him. But there was a line and I was on one side of the counter. Staff showed up on the other side but helped other people so I was still waiting. Finally it was my turn and before I can get up to the cashier an old lady walks up and asks to find something. So the cashier helps her find her thing and then the old lady goes, I have an online order. So the cashier helps her with her online order, taking forever. All the while I am waiting with my 2 year old who is starting to get really bored. I ended up waiting for probably 20 min just to exchange a baking sheet!

Went in Friday to look around. I wasnt greeted when I walked in. Plenty of staff at the front of the store who seemed more interested in arranging displays than paying attention to their customers. Finally someone approached me.....no warmth or personality exhibited. I asked about an item. She walked me over to THE most expensive one in the store & promptly walked away....no let me know if I can assist you further or anything. So I proceeded to the check out & some woman behind the counter was yelling irritatedly we need a cashier several times. Finally someone came to check me out. She was rude/snarky at first but warmed up. I would caution you all....1st....everything I bought I could have got & should have got on line. I came to your store for the experience. 2nd...your customers do not know you personally....dial back the sarcasm. If you are not creating an experience for your customers...a good one....you are destined to fail. Your Plaza location had a horrible reputation for customer service. Ill probably get my kitchen items elsewhere for a while. I hope you dont stand on self righteousness & get your customer service with the program.

Ordered a live tree on the 27 th of Nov with a GUARANTEE it would be delivered by the 7th . I not receive the tree on the sixth so I called and was told that it was not shipped at all and that someone would contact me back within 24 hours about the order . I was also told that the tree was not shipped at all . Called back the next day because I never received a call as promised and was told by a very nice gentleman that actually the tree had been shipped and would be arriving on the 11th . That is all good and well however we were having a tree trimming party this weekend and now we have no tree and I was given completely wrong information by the customer service representative the prior day before . As far as I’m concerned horrible horrible customer service I realize delays happen but especially around Christmas time customer service agents are supposed to be well-trained and give proper information . I will be letting everyone know never to order tree from William Sonoma especially because you never know if it’s going to be delivered on time

Well I went in looking for a stock pot the sales lady told me that it make tencort stock pots for which we went next door and I bought a Tencort stock pot at Macys instead. It would be nice if she would have known what she was talking about but she was very insistent even though I told her Id had one before lol

Purchased an item online for in store pickup at this location, came home and identified that the item was damaged. Attempted to exchange it in store but that was the last one they had. The options were that I could have a new one shipped which could take a week or two(this was a Fathers day gift so that wasnt a viable option) or I could have a Merchandise Credit mailed.Not being able to apply to amount to a similar item or receive a Merchandise Credit on the spot is ridiculous in 2018. I contacted Williams Sonoma corporate about this days ago but have gotten a response.
