I have been a few times to find something unique and each time I am blown away by how delicious and flavorful the chocolate is! Best desert in Kansas City by far! They are worth the visit!

The chocolate is sooo smooth. We happened to stop by to grab some chocolate popcorn for some friends. Luckily we were able to grab some even though it’s just after the holidays. They make everything extremely fresh so a lot of things need to be called in ahead of time. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and clearly take pride in what they do. So excited to try the champagne truffles we also got!

Panache has the best chocolate and chocolate covered confections in the city. The shop has a great vibe for hanging out to enjoy a coffee or drink, and the treats are top notch. They have a wonderful staff that ensures you feel welcome and have the best experience possible. Im so glad they moved out here from the Plaza as its so much more convenient to pick up gifts and enjoy a special treat while on the go.

Their website says they Close at 7:00 p.m. I arrive at at 6:00 p.m to find their doors locked. There were 2 additional customers standing outside wanting to purchase as well. One person greeted us at the door, Where he informed us they were closed. He was shown the hours online state otherwise and proceeded to say Im sorry we will fix it and closed the door. I have been a frequent customer of panache chocolates and have never been treated this way. I typically go to their location on the plaza and receive excellent service. Unfortunately I had to resort to another place to get gifts. What is more frustrating I drove out of my way just for them.

Love the chocolate but the cashier was horrible. No Smiles no explanations just boredom. I will return regardless because the chocolate is that good. Maybe just get happier people to work in a chocolate store I mean whos upset in a chocolate store?

My fiancé and I always stop in for a fresh squeezed lime or lemonade when were walking around in the heat. I brought my mother there while she was visiting from Seattle, she loves their chocolate very much. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their product and was genuinely happy to see us. They were very warm and inviting.

My wife and I visited Panache on 2/11/2017. We ordered two small shakes and two chocolate covered strawberries for a total of $25.00. The shakes we received were sub-par at best. There was very little ice cream added. It was as if we were drinking chocolate milk.When we asked about the cost stating we ordered smalls that should have been $7 each the employee stated, we dont have smalls so I gave you mediums. This was without our consent of course.Panache is usually good and consistent however, on this night they were off. Lets hope this is not a starting trend to a Plaza favorite.

Panache has always been consistent with their amazing treats. Recently, I ordered a gift basket and when it wasnt what I was expecting - they went above and beyond to correct the mistake and make sure that I was happy. Excellent customer service.

The Panache Chocolatier & Cafe at 418 Nichols Road is absolutely fantastic. This is one of our favorite places to stop by and grab a few treats for later in the evening.Prices are as one would expect for custom, delicious chocolates. Decadent. Staff is friendly.

Do not go to this business if you arent looking your best as they will discriminate against you. My daughter tried to order a frozen hot chocolate and was told they were out but they were able to come up with one for the gentleman behind her... she was wearing leggings and a sweatshirt with her hair in a messy bun.... very rude and discriminatory...

A group of us stopped here on a whim last night. We were in the area to enjoy the nice weather and some window shopping. So when I noticed there was a chocolatier, we had to check it out!My husband immediately ordered a coconut macaroon drizzled with dark chocolate. At first I thought he was crazy. I dont usually buy macaroons in a store because I find that theyre usually dry an crunchy, as opposed being moist and heavenly when I make them at home. However, my husband and Panache proved me wrong. It was indeed moist and heavenly AND drizzled with dark chocolate. We also tried a truffle, the dark chocolate turtle and the English tuffles. They were all divine!We will definitely return on our next KC trip!

Such a disappointing experience. I came at 6:3.0 and their closing time is 7pm. No Expresso or any of their specialty dinks. So I order a coffee and if could get a small, but was told medium or large even though there is a small on the menu. I wanted to also pair the coffee with chocolate not one but both workers could even show me their chocolate and just rushed me and my wife out the door. Before I left I went to their coffee station to add sugar and what I see a half empyt cup of coffee. To top it off it was cold. I told the workers about it and rudly was told theyre out of coffee.

I work next to this place! I love the tea and lemonades they make .. The people who work there are always SO nice and friendly !

The chocolate and coffee arent bad, though theyre not as good as other local makers. Service is poor. Dont ask to use their washroom unless youve bought something....Altogether, they manage to be both arrogant and mean-spirited. Go to Christopher Elbows for chocolate, Kaldis for coffee.
