It was our 10 (“Tin”) year anniversary and I wanted to replace my husband’s wedding ring. I knew I wanted the new ring to look exactly (or at least as close as possible) like his original ring did on our wedding day. I had been looking well over a year before I decided to go into Diamonds Direct, where I met Astrid, who I must say is fantastic. Astrid and I worked from pictures of the ring to have an identical one created. Well, when the ring came in, we missed the mark just a little bit. Astrid, with no hesitation stated, we have time to get this exactly how you want and immediately went to speak with the on-site jeweler. The ring was ready for pickup a couple of days later (about a month previous to our anniversary) and it looked great. Diamonds Direct is really a full service place. In addition to making sure the custom ring came out exactly how I wanted; they held it until I was ready to retrieve the ring (right before our anniversary), and located and provided a tin box to put the ring in. Tin/aluminum is the traditional 10-year wedding gift. My husband is very happy with his ring and I would highly recommend to go see Astrid @Diamonds Direct for all jewelry needs.

Leslie and Angie helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my engagement ring, even though it was harder find: a fancy yellow diamond cushion cut with a gold band. They beat the prices of the three other jewelry stores we visited and also blew us away with their transparency. Other retailers dont provide the GIA numbers but Diamonds Direct did, because they promote transparency and comparing prices fairly on the market. Diamonds Direct also had the best return policy and matching policies we found, which is critical for this type of purchase.

I had a ring that was supposed have been a custom ring that would look like no other. It didnt look any other it was a mess!!! We went to Diamonds Direct in hopes to find a setting to put my existing diamonds in. We didnt find one, but what we found was the perfect ring Id been dreaming of. Elle was so patient with me thru out the week sending pictures of what I had currently, to me canceling my appointment to finally deciding to give DD a chance. I had a great experience at diamond dirct. Astrid did an awesome job explaining the different types of diamond. Spend 2 hours look at rings and stones Astid suggested using my original ring put a new diamond stone and fix the missing diamond stone and redid the band. It came back beautiful.Thank you
