Fantastic experience at this store for both visits. STOP leaving bad reviews for the store when they have no control of the company producing and delivering bikes!We visited and had a great experience with Amy in November. She answered all our questions and told us about the delays in delivery. We tried out a bike and ordered one knowing full well it wasn’t going to come till the END of January. We were happy to wait for it. Ours was delivered on time and they had 15 bikes plus two treadmills to deliver that same day. These guys are working as hard as they can to get deliveries done as a company.For the store in Leawood: it’s bright, beautifully designed and full of friendly and helpful people. My second visit to the store was to buy accessories and was just as great as the first.Lastly, the bike has been worth the wait. Go see one in person at the store and then have patience.

We went in on Friday to order some shoes for my daughter. While we were there they also did a bike fitting for us. We found out that we had been doing it with the wrong settings all along. Thanks to their Professional Service the bike is much easier to ride, My Back really appreciates the new adjustments we made because of her. Thanks again !

Very impressed with Peloton Leawood. The staff is knowledgeable and the environment is great. I would recommend going to the store before purchasing online, because the staff will provide you all of the details and bike fittings prior to your bike delivery.

Thank you, Peloton Leawood!! I made an appointment to check out the Treads and Bikes. Amy answered all our questions and she gave us a tour of the treads and bikes. She taught me how to clip in and out and made the proper seat and handlebar adjustments. The salespeople at the store are upfront about the delivery times, making sure to tell us that it could take longer.The delivery issues are not the fault of the store nor the delivery drivers. When I received my delivery, the young men were excellent. They provided set up and answered all questions regarding upkeep and functions. Yes, there was a couple of rescheduling, and yes, it is frustrating, but we should not take it out on the store. Peloton does have some issues to work out with distribution. However, the app is free while you are waiting, and there are some excellent workouts on the app. I am delighted with my purchase!

Absolutely a dream experience. I have had my bike for a little over a month and it just seemed to fit a little askew. The gentleman who helped me at the store had me in and out in 3 minutes and VOILA! Fit is now perfect. This was such an easy process and I am so thankful Peloton opened a store in Kansas City.

I went in with super high hopes for a good experience. I have a cheaper bike and pay for the pelotonstreaming classes. Definitely wont be upgrading to their bike. 3 employees standing around on their phones, wouldnt even look up. Finally convinced an employee to talk to me, no accessories other than clothes are carried in the store. Salesperson has almost zero interest in helping me order a heart rate monitor. Generally did not feel welcome there. Big letdown, their digital presence is amazing. The store was beautiful but dusty. The experience was a total letdown.

We had all sorts of mixups on the accessories we ordered. Then we were delivered a defective bike. This delivery happened on a Tuesday and now they cant get us a new bike till Saturday. Our Peloton experience has been awful.

First let me be clear this is a review of the Peloton Store in Leawood not the company of Peloton as a whole. I had done a ton of research on exercise/spin bikes. So I was well versed in the problems the company as a whole is having. I made my appointment to get a hands on view of the bike and to ask more questions. I had heard that representatives were being misleading about delivery and supply issues and wanted to see what I was dealing with on a local level. I was welcomed in a COVID friendly and appropriate way. I was walked through the bikes and app very thoroughly. I was given the opportunity to ask my questions, a lot of which had to do with ordering process and delivery problems. She was amazingly upfront and informed me that they have been having a lot of issues as demand is far surpassing the supply. I was told in no uncertain terms that it could be over 10 weeks for delivery. She never pressured me into buying but assisted me through the process of placing an order and reviewing all the accessories. I am aware of the growing pains of Peloton and know the customer service online may not be optimal at this time. I do feel like the will work through this. However, this is a review of the actual store and the person who assisted me.

Made an appointment at Leawood location to “look” in mid December. The store was Covid safe and employees were very knowledgeable about the product, service and timelines of delivery. We went from looking to purchasing our first bike. We were told delivery on February 12th and it arrived the exact day as promised. What a great way to start my Saturday on a ride with Ali ❤️ On Valentine’s weekend! Thank you Leawood!

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER A PELOTON FROM LEAWOOD KS LOCATION. I ordered my bike, in full, on November 12, 2020 and it was promised to me by January 8, 2021. Over the months I received updates and reminders of my bikes delivery including my mat, how to prepare my space for my new bike, shoes etc. I even received friendly reminders the week of its arrival of my promised delivery date.On January 7, 2021 or less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, I received a message saying my delivery will be delayed (not a day or week), BUT TWO ENTIRE MONTHS. I have received no explanation other than a sorry. Meanwhile, this same situation has happened to customers order a bike from this store.I have colleagues who ordered their bike on November 18 or later via the peloton website (not in a store) and not IN FULL LIKE ME, and their bike arrived on time as promised or on January 14, 2021.This is unethical and saying you “put customers first” as a mission statement on your website is a pure lie.

Ordered a bike in November, delivery date of January 5th was given. Have received emails along the way - none showing any sign of delay. Someone from the delivery service called today January 4th and told me they have no inventory and bike won’t be delivered until March. For such an expensive bike this is terrible customer service. They blame this problem on covid instead of taking responsibility for promising bikes to customers and not delivering. For such a well known company they should be able to adjust bikes sales and slowdowns in inventory production and not promise customers what they can not deliver. Highly disappointed in this company.

I don’t normally leave nasty reviews. But I’m super disappointed with my experience at peloton! We went to the peloton location in Leawood two days after they had opened. They told us at that time if we buy a bike that we would receive our installation date via email immediately following the transaction. That was true and we did receive a date of December 23 six weeks after our purchase date. Today is December 22 and I just received a call from the transportation company telling me that the bikes are back ordered and I would now get a new date of February 24! I’m not only irritated that I have to wait 3 1/2 months for my purchase date to actually receive the product, I’m most irritated because we scheduled our holiday around the December 23 delivery… why would they wait until the day before took call? And it wasn’t even peloton that called! Not a representative from the Leawood store and not somebody from peloton corporate instead of telemarketer that I could barely understand. I understand that things happen but I think when you’re deciding whether to buy a peloton or not you should consider a nearly 4 month delivery time. At the store level they told us it would be 6 to 8 weeks. Buyer beware.

We ordered our bike in November. We were told we would have it by Christmas. It is February, and we are still waiting. This store made false claims regarding delivery. Very disappointed.
