I couldn’t say more nice things about this place… i called at 7:05 and the nice lady answered the phone. i asked her if she had this certain chain in stock i really needed for a last minute birthday gift. she said they had it in stock. i was super excited and asked if i could come in and purchase it really quick. she explained to me they were closed but if i was close enough to the store she would let me come in and buy it super fast. i was so thrilled!! the two lady’s who were closing up in the store were so kind and not at all hostile towards me for keeping the store open later than expected. i am so thankful for their kindness! it means a lot. i didn’t catch their names but i will definitely be back to purchase more items. (please don’t try to come to helzberg at closing time! it’s really frustrating for employees)

Andy and the staff at the Town Center location were AMAZING! Weve never felt so welcomed, taken care of and just overall satisfied with any other retail chain(let alone a Jeweler). 10s across the board for Andy and his staff. My wife is happy. Im happy. Well be dumping our personal jeweler that made all of my wifes jewelry(including her engagement ring) and will be shopping with Andy and Helzberg Diamonds for life!

We just finished ring shopping here- both my fiancé and I needed to look to see what we liked/disliked. There was no one else in the store, and three sales associates - when we asked to look at the rings they audibly huffed, as if it was a nuisance. I have never tried on any rings and I wanted to see what color and cut I preferred on my finger and I definitely felt as if I was inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. After roughly 4 minutes of helping us, Sherri (I believe that was her name) traded us off to some other man who didn’t ask us what we were looking for and also had the huffy/cocky attitude. I would give this store zero stars if I could. Their interpersonal skills were absolutely abhorrent and a day that was supposed to be really exciting and fun just turned into something that’s making me dread the next store I go to. Please choose another store when ring shopping.

Weve bought jewelry here for decades at many price points. My husband is great about getting me the traditional jewelry presents for wedding anniversaries the last 21 years. It sparkles & lasts. They listen & take care of you. The manager Andy Sims at Town Center has secured our business for many years to come.

The customer service here is terrible. I walked in today and the man assisting us walked away multiple times to laugh with his co workers. I had to get his attention numerous times just to ask to see more styles and types of rings. After the third time he walked away to talk to his co worker we ended up just walking out and he didn’t even notice. Very disappointing. I will not be coming back.

They were amazing and helpful . Im a longtime helzberg customer and was treated terribly at the oak Park Mall location, however this location completely restored my faith in helzberg.

Found a beautiful ring and purchased it one week ago. Notice it had completely bent, so I brought it back to the same store to return because that is unacceptable. Cashier didnt know what she was doing. First employees tried to say it was my fault it bent. Then cashier tried to return as debit and couldnt. She told me there was nothing she could do and I needed to talk to the manager next day at 1pm. Even though I had receipt. Thankfully other worker knew you had to run as a credit. Unhappy with service and quality. Will be shopping at Zales from now on.

I have had so many issues with my ring, there are tiny diamonds on the inside of my wedding band that fall out constantly. Theres just really no way to properly hold them in place ( also probably why this particular ring was discontinued). While thats an issue, the people are always very accommodating and helpful and I cant fault them at all for the issue. The customer service is always amazing, and while this problem is overwhelmingly irritating, the staff still manages to make me walk out smiling every time. The diamonds are always replaced within a day or two (it once took 10 minutes because the jeweler was there). Ive taken my ring to two other store locations in the area and will continue to go to this one simply because of the staff. Of course, like all good sales people, theyre always trying to get you to buy more, sometimes it works! Thanks for all the help guys!

Had a problematic time here. looked up a service plan by an old phone number and the supposedly updated it to the new number while we were there. they called to let me know ring was ready. got it back and found a scratch on the stone and they did not complete all repairs requested. went back a second time and they couldnt find the service plan as they hadnt updated the phone number. had them edit it again and give a second number to call when ready. did not get a call at time promised so i called them the next day to which i was told they called yesterday and couldnt leave a message. turns out they called the old number again and still had not updated the record. going to pick up the ring today and hopefully everything has been done correctly.

I would strongly advise against going to this particular jewelery store. My fiancé and I were lied to in a huge way and were sold a diamond ring, only to find out that they actually sold us CZ. I was able to receive a FULL refund but not before the man who sold it to us swore up and down he told us, which he absolutely did NOT, and the store manager also tried to play it off like a miscommunication. Im not sure how someone telling you a CZ is a diamond is a miscommunication. If you want honesty, this is absolutely not the place to go.

Wonderful quality products and they take care of you. My husband and I were here on this visit to get out wedding rings cleaned and sized as part of our purchase plan.
