Online and sign on for states that they open at 11am Sunday. Waited until 11:15a and they were not opened, went to do other errands and came back at Noon and they were still not open. Multiple customers arrived and tried to enter the store.
Everyone that works at this store is incompetent. They wasted 2 hours of my time and someone elses. They were provided with a UPS account number to ship a package and the first person wasnt even aware that you could use a UPS account number to pay for a shipment. The second person was still unable to figure out how to use an account number. I wouldnt trust any of your packages with this store, especially if you use an account number for your shipments. Train your employees better and teach them to be problem solvers not quitters.
Horrible customer service. Two customers at counter, third walking in while store manager sat in a chair behind wall knowing he had customers walking in. Then needed to print a UPS label and he wanted to charge me and was completely rude. I said forget it, I will go to my UPS store where they dont charge to print a UPS label or charge to tape box.
Very overpriced, charges a lot more than other UPS stores. Manager isnt very helpful and makes the transaction uncomfortable for all. Also, seemed overly crowded and not managing crowds for Covid safety.

Terrible! Jay, the franchise owner, or manager, has a zero personality and apparently poor listening skills. I called to see if they ship USPS, and he said yes. I took my package in and told him I want to ship it USPS. He collected my $25 and unfortunately made the mistake of shipping it UPS. He calls me a week later to tell me it was sent back. I went to pick it up and told him of the mistake he made. He just stared at me like he was stoned and was ready to collect another $25 from to ship it USPS. I walked out. My husband called to remind him he was there with me when I asked it to be shipped USPS, and he still did nothing. We will never be back, and dont recommend you take your chances.

I have been a customer of the UPS store on 123rd street since it opened. I have always been happy with my customer experience at that store - until today, June 6. I brought in two bed pillows and a small item made out of china to mail to Portland Oregon; Stephanie waited on me - if you could call it that. If I ever enter the store again and find her working - I will leave and go to another location; I had the worst customer service experience since the store opened (years ago).Stephanie has an attitude of take it or leave it in terms of packaging options. She picked a large over-sized box for my items and then told me it would be over $100 to mail it - for two bed pillows! I told no, I wasnt going to pay that amount and she should try and use a smaller box. Fortunately Jay was also working and though he was busy with other things he intervened along the way. I honestly felt like I was in a market somewhere and bartering for a better price on my purchase! Jay calmly showed Stephanie how she could compress the pillows in a smaller box - and cut it down - to reduce the shipping cost to around $60. Stephanie seemed very inexperienced and wanted to choose options that were easier for her - and more costly to the customer - with a facial expression and shoulder shrug that said too bad. I thanked Jay for saving me over $40 on the shipping expense and left with a very bad taste in my mouth. There are too many shipping options for customers to tolerate substandard service. The Walmart just south on Stateline Road has a Fed Ex, I can go there instead.
They have been very good at deliveringthings right when they say they will. I also love how they let you know when a package is coming and when it has been delivered. Thank you UPS!
The staff is friendly and helpful. They get things done on time and correctly. I use their printing service, notary (hello Jerrod!), scanning, & business card design. I recommend them highly.
My package came damaged, UPS paid this store the insurance claim, the UPS Store in Leawood wont give me the money they received for the damages to my package. They wont answer emails nor did they answer a Better Business Bureau claim I filed against them. THANK YOU TO THE OWNER FOR SOLVING THIS PROBLEM.
Never had a problem with this store until this new person arrived (stephanie?). She went so far out of her way to make problems out of nothing. Said I needed the original amazon marked box for a return. Claimed I needed all this paper and labels (I told her it was a gift someone gave me, so I had none of that.) Then said she could return it if I bought a $9 box. I came back the next day with my own box and found out she had **printed out the return label after I left and threw it out just so I couldnt return my item**. I asked her if she could rescan it she said I could but wont, no. Just went out of her way to be super rude and unhelpful. I took someone with me the second time just so they could see it for themselves if she was there. He said she was so rude it was like a SNL skit or something. Totally insane experience.
Terrible Experience!Much better when John owned the store. I received horrible service from the onset. Asked for 1 form of ID, then asked for two when I arrived. Then was told they wouldnt change the lock on the box the same day and that I had to wait. So since I cant get a refund for services I never received, I guess we will go to court.
I really don’t have the words to adequately describe the customer service. Exceptional comes closest. I honestly can’t imagine using anyone else.
Friendly, eager to help staff. They also sell stamps and can meter mail, saving me from a trip to the post office. Efficient and friendly.
