I love coming to Michaels. They always have the vinyl that I need for my business.

I like the assorted items here. They have fun ideas posted in places. Their seasonal selection is great.

Im never let down, always some cool crafts to work on when I stop in.

Great variety of craft and hobby supplies as well as home decor items. Clean, organized, and well-stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Their scrapbooking section is very limited. Most of the sticker section was empty. 🤷‍♀️ Only a few packs scattered here and there. And the restrooms were absolutely filthy, and lacking in supplies.

They were very well-stocked, clean, orderly, friendly and, welcoming. Despite being very busy employees were neat dressed and helpful. Checkouts were smooth and moving well.

Sign up for emails and become a rewards member, all free. You litrtally get reearded for every purchaser, plus % off in the emails. The app will kerp track of rewards and coupons, but sometimes the emails have a bettrt coupon.

Great place for all things crafty

Always super nice employees and helpful, the curbside pickup was something I took advantage of during the pandemic, usually didn’t have to wait very long either once I marked I was there.

Going to start my new Hobby today. Got all this for under $70 bucks.

It would be nice for the clerks to know something about crafts. I had to return a pair of knitting needles I need a different size because so I asked the clerk to see if they had any in stock. She then contacted someone else in the store to see if they had sewing needles. Now knitting needles and sewing needles are two completely different things. Fortunately someone did understand what I was asking for, nothing out of the ordinary by the way, and I got what I needed. Please train your clerks on the rudiments of general crafting and the difference between knitting needles and sewing needles. I didnt think that that would ever be an issue.

Love that store for crafting stuff

I called ahead to see if they had quart Mason jars by the case. The associate was a very nice young man who checked with his manager to see if they had the jars she told him yes they did. So I drive 20 minutes to find out they dont. Seems to me the manager was listening closely to her employee. Then they want $2.99 a jar. Can you say price gouging. Boo Michaels.

So why I am rating this 3 stars because I got skamed for buying a Visa gift card from them and when I used it the card was invalid so when I checked on line it was invalid to. My dum self throughout the reset I could not get my money back. People please take the lessons from me and check your gift card on the day when it was purchased.

The manager Valerie really knows her stuff! Not only did she help us with every possible art term, what exactly we needed from the canvas, to the type of paint to the type of brushes but she also goes above and beyond in customer service. Shes super knowledgeable and very kind and patient. We will definitely be back again and again! Havent experienced such great customer service like this in a while!

Not happy poor selection . And I had a coupon. Sent to me this morning. By Michaels That did not scan. Clerk said it was counterfeit.

Tons of variety and the coupons are hard to beat. There was a lot of clearence so I was able to get the best deals ever!

Mostly because they have alot of stuff for Crafts. I paint Rocks, so I can find my stuff there! They are good about keeping their stock up- one thing though, it would be nice if the Cashiers spent some time out on the floor, helping people with questions, finding stuff, etc. Mostly when going in, I hardly ever see any associates out and about that are able to help. Hope they change this if they want business.

They didnt have what I needed. But if youre in to crafts this is the place to go.

Decent place went to find a fabric marker said online there was one there asked an employee they said they havent had any and no idea when any are gonna be in other than that good deals

Very clean well set up for covid and very friendly staff

It always seems hard to find someone to ask where a certain product is, and when I do see an employee working the floor they seem to avoid eye contact, giving an improvement that they dont want to help customers. Other than that, the store is always well stocked, organized. There are times when I have left empty handed simply because there wasnt enough variety of options to choose from.

Ordered same day curbside pick-up, didnt get an e-mail the same day, called the next day and was told my order was the first pick. Got an e-mail saying its ready, came an hour later and was told they dont have an order, one employee waved me over to ask about my order because they couldnt find it, a guy came over behind her and told me to get away??? I was told to call back to find out what my order was and then told its not ready. The employee was nice but the other gentlemen was terrible.

I hate giving bad reviews but the staff here are often lacking. Their selection is fairly decent so I’ll account that in. Today myself and another customer waited back at the framing section and pushed the button over six times and even after 10 min nobody came to help us. We could even hear somebody behind the framing wall moving around. I finally got up to the front of the store to ask them if they could look something up because online it said in stock and after asking an employee twice the lady still refused to even look it up for me because she said “if you can’t find we don’t have it.” It’s no big deal if it’s out of stock but when I talk to a customer service employee I was hoping for some customer service.

The day before Halloween I called the store looking for ghost cookie cutters. The sales associate said she wasnt sure if there were any left. She then placed me on hold to search the store. She was able to find two on clearance and told me she would put one behind the register for me to pick up. I really appreciated the time and effort she put into helping me. Happy customer!

Did a craft with our kids and it only cost us the price of the main part. Which was $5. We were able to use a coupon which brought it down even lower. Great experience for our kids

This is not the place it used to be. I used to go to Michaels for any and all my crafting needs. Paints for models in colors that were hard to find, bolts of cloth, right down to paint by number books and sheets. The longer time seems to go the less that Michaels carries. The site itself is fine, its clean, and the people are approachable, but as I finish looking around every visit I find myself not buying anything more often.

Love the staff. Love the variety. Love the services. Sometimes its hard finding someone on the floor to help you because the only three employees who showed up got stuck on register.

Outstanding resource for not only art supplies but expertise and advice from skilled and multitalented customer service associates.

Went today for custom framing a picture for the first time. The two ladies at the framing desk were extremely patient and helpful. They made several great suggestions that really brought out the best in my picture.

I really live when they have their T-shirts and candles on sale. Allows you to stock up on basics and get ideas for home decor.

The store & the associates are awesome. Dont sign up for emails though. They never end! I tried lowering the amount, but that didnt work. I finally opted out altogether.

If it is any type of craft item you need, Michaels has got it! Their professional framing department is too notch. I prefer Michaels over Hobby Lobby any day.

I dont go here very often but when I do I really enjoy the experience. Is never crowded or loud and there and people always there to help. Its really quiet so if you want to shop without talking to anyone this is a nice place to go to. Sometimes it can be hard to find something, but its easy to ask someone for help. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone who live arts, crafts, And or anything DIY. (as long as you are willing to pay more than cheap places like Walmart.)

I bought my mom a gift card from the Michaels in Lebanon on Quentin rd. Last night it was stolen by someone at the ruby Tuesdays next door. The manager there claimed that they found an empty envelope. The manager at the Michaels was able to help me get my issue cleared up, very nice staff.

Seems kinda short staffed but when I was able to get help (At the checkout counter) when I was asked if I was able to find everything okay. I then said no of which she proceeded to help me with accurate and friendly service.

I basically live in craft stores, and I particularly like this Michaels. Im always able to talk to the employees about what Im painting, what brands I should try next, or how Im decorating around a new piece in my house. They always have great advice, and are able to match my enthusiasm for all things artsy :)

If you are an artist and want good products at good prices, this is perfect for you. You can find almost anything you need here.

Great place to get arts and craft for any high school project from 99 cent poster boards to creating art on a canvas this store has you covered. If you want clay for your kids in assorted boxes and colors done, want a spherical ball for a cell project go here. This store is the best for obtaining any art supplies you need canvas done, bird houses no problem, a paint no problem. Some items are not cheap however but for simple artworks or more complicated ones this is a good place for supplies.

Love their many decorative items along with great craft ideas. Their sales many times bring great savings and then having a customer card pays off because I got a 50% off any regular price item for use the next week. So sign up online or its very quick to do at the register which I did since I have not been to Michaels in a few years I had to resign up and it was only a few minutes to put in name, address, phone number, email was the only information I think they needed. .
