Good service, fair pricing.

We had an appointment for 9 am and were the first customers to arrive at the shop. We waited for 1/2 hour without being greeted or even acknowledged in any way, while 2 customers who walked in without appointments were taken care of immediately. Both times the guy out front walked right by us and greeted the new customer without saying a word to us or even making eye contact. My husband is black; the 2 walk-ins were white. Whether that factored into his behavior or not, it was extremely poor customer service. We never received an explanation or an apology for the delay in our scheduled appointment.
