Rarely is there any business that anyone does with anyone for any reason which is tolerable, let alone, a pleasure. Well, it was a genuine pleasure to do business with these people. Not only were they friendly and professional, not only did they teach themselves a new software to fix my issue, but they fix things that I didnt even ask to fix at no extra charge. Go here always.

Every time I do business with Tire Discounters I’ve received professionalism with their management representatives and their service professionals. Beyond that they are very great anytime you stop to just get your air pressure checked and corrected. So, writing a review is no problem.

Spent approximately $700 the last couple of months on problems with 2 different vehicles. Didnt fix the problems, they still exist. Very disappointed!

We thought we were going to have to pay for the resealing of our tires on our vehicle. But since we got the tires there at Tire Discounters earlier that year we ended up not having to pay a dime for the tire being rotated and being resealed. The only thing we had to pay for it was the actual oil change. The staff is always super friendly and always an easy in and out for us when we go to Tire Discounters. So I highly recommend them.

Great experience, tyler was beyond helpful and understanding. Most employees will say what do you want to spend u say 500.00( estimated) and then they come-back and say o this brand is on sale for 750.00. SERIOUSLY did u not just hear my budget!!?? Great customer service and fair tire prices

I am disappointed, I brought my car to check the brakes because it was making sounds in the front driver side and they have told me what the car needs but from the beginning when I got there he got in the head that I need new tires I told him I don’t need new tires I come here To get the brakes inspected and when I was told the car need a lot of repairs they punch one of my tires and they tell me I need to buy new tires they try to screw me but I did not let them I called the towing company to install the emergency tire because they didn’t want to do it all of them are working on the same trying to rip people off I will not recommend this place to anybody

Hire people who dont eat while working on your car, that listen to instructions the first time if theyre not going to ask for them, or least not argue when they get the instructions wrong. Feedback enough?

Had a leaking tire and needed an oil change. They were able to repair the tire instead of replacing it and changed my oil. Service was quick and professional and I walked away paying less than I normally do for just an oil change. Thanks for the great service, we’ll be back!

Nice place to get air in your tires

Not bad. John afront is very helpful and knowledgeable, price is reasonable. Would give 5 stars but technician who installed tires didnt take one minute to wipe the grease of and make them look decent, coming of the shop looked old and dirty.

I am thoroughly impressed. I brought my Jeep to this location for the first time yesterday with an oil leak. Zach was very courteous and professional. He called back with the diagnosis in no time, and had the vehicle ready later that same day. I feared getting a bill about 10x higher than what I got. Great job Zach and the technicians! I highly recommend this location!!

Tires are relatively cheap and get lifetime rotation and balancing. Can get oil changed while occurring and staff is great!

Went in to get a whole set of new tires. One of my tires was almost completely flat by the time I got there. They did the checkpoint pretty fast and got my truck in the air before the tire went flat. And ended up saving me over $100 for a different set with better mileage. Thank you!!

I called here to make an appointment for a wheel alignment, and the guy I talked to was just downright rude. He kept cutting me off in the middle of my sentences, and could have cared less about me scheduling an appointment. I schedule almost a week in advance, and was being forced to come in 3.5 hours before closing time even though an alignment takes about 40 minutes. I hung up the phone feeling like I was going to show up, and not really have an appointment. On a whim, we ended up being able to make it there 3 days earlier than planned, and we tried to cancel the appointment I made...guess what....no appointment was made. What a jerk!

I had a great experience at this location. The employees were all very nice and knowledgeable. One of the workers helped me even while he was off the clock, and when I brought my car in with break issues the employee who worked on my car, when to the auto part shop next door to see if they had the part I needed. He also kept me informed the whole time he was working on my car. Very professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them!

The folks were professional, competent and gracious when my trailer had tire/wheel issues on I-71 this past weekend. They did what they could, but then sent us to a trailer store nearby when they realized that was our best option. The trailer store took great care of us (wonderful referral) and then we came back to have tires mounted and balanced on new wheels. We would have paid anything to get this completed, and we were at their mercy, but they were beyond fair. If you want to be treated with kindness and skill (neither of which is common nowadays), this shop has both.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. We have taken both of our vehicles here more than once and we’ve never been disappointed. Even during an exceedingly busy time, the staff is friendly and efficient.

I write very few reviews for anything, but Just wanted to acknowledge the great service John and his team gave me. I had purchased tires from TD in the past and on a day we are leaving for vacation we got a flat. John Got me in, got the tire replaced, with alignment and back on schedule very quickly. From opening the door for each guest that arrives to making sure we have anything we need while waiting. Awesome service and youve won my loyalty for years to come.

This was always our go to place until a new manager took over. Has gone completely downhill. Customer service has dropped way off as well as the actual car services. The last two times we went in for an oil change/tire rotation, they didnt bother to rotate the tires. When we pointed it out, they promptly torqued the lug nuts down so hard that I couldnt get them off to rotate myself. Will not return.

Good prices when adding in alignment and very knowledgeable staff

I went to the store in Maineville because I had a nail in my tire and was in need of repair. They couldnt get to me the same day so they sent me to the store in Lebanon on 42 and am I glad they did! Morgan and Alec got me in right away (turned out to be a screw not a nail). They removed the screw, plugged my tire and I was on my way in about 10 minutes! They were fantastic! Everyone at the store was very friendly and personable. I will definitely keep them in mind for any other tire needs.

Staff was very helpfultires in stock, and installed same day. I brought my own front brake pads that they where going to install, turns out I didnt need any front pads. My vehicle does have the incorrect rims and they did try to sell me theirs, but of course its there job.Job was completed earlier than was anticipated.I would have went with 5, but I dislike being up sold and people that nice seem fake.

Mike worked with me and found me a set of tires within my budget. We were heading out of town and my stress level was decreased significantly knowing my car was much safer, and my bank account wasnt drained to do so! Thanks so much!

Got there about 9:30 -10am for just an oil change. We walked around the area while we waited for them to change the oil.We get our car back around 11:30- 12 and we start heading to take care of our next errand. As we are driving we notice an oil burning smell so I thought they spilled a little oil not a big deal.We drive alittle further and the car engine sounds different and the motor is staying revved up when we slow down and the oil smell is still there. We pull over and they did not put the oil cap back on and we have oil all over the engine.I really want to give them 0 stars. They will not see us there again, they lost our trust.$52, one big mess, and 3+ hours later we are just glad we noticed something was wrong before we locked up the motor or the oil caught on fire.

Got oil change and tire rotation. They didnt fill up my washer flued..... The light came on as soon as I drove away. Other than that they were polite and very helpful.

As a single woman it is sometimes hard to find a service provider that doesnt try to get over on you or talk to you like you are stupid. Since relocating here to Ohio this has been my go to place. I am comfortable with them and if they mess up and make a mistake they will own it, let you know and fix it without charging you extra . Even though there is another location and other shops closer to my home I choose this location for the service and personability for both my daughters car and my SUV.

Great service from TYLER! I had a bad experience through Costco and their phone help when purchasing tires for this season. I honestly had had small mishaps with this place years ago, but my trust is FULLY renewed after his help and service. I got the tires cheaper of course! (Only went to Costco due to a rumor they were cheaper) I called for a simple estimate but Tyler’s help went above and behind calling other places within the hour I had the tires I needed at a great price, and originally almost had a wait a week from Tennessee. His service was impeccable and when I got back, I will always ask for him! I trust you do the same. Thanks Tyler!

Went in yesterday for a tire patch. Needed to get a new one. Was told that they will charge me 19.99 to install it.. after i told him i will order one online he said he will charge me at least 50 bucks for installation. I dont think its necessary to bump up prices like that. He didnt seem interested in wanting my business. Now i understand why they say that this store is generally not as busy as other locations.. will not return to this one, sorry.

The guys at this location know I was saving up to purchase tires for my mustang. They were great and friendly when I would stop to have air put in my old tires. This past weekend they exceeded expectations by getting me in last minute on a Saturday afternoon. On top of that Tom, helped me chose the right tires for my car and my budget. He also treated me with respect and professionalism, unlike some other places. I will make this Tire Discounters my go to for car needs. Thank you!

Worst customer service I have encountered at this location, I used to buy all my tires from them but the new front desk employee was really rude. Acted like I he didnt want to be there, very arrogant. Will definitely not be doing business with this establishment any longer. And to the the employee that I encountered get off you high horse youre selling tires..

Brian and these dudes are super efficient. Got me in and out in under an hour even though i was 30 minutes late for my appointment.

Took my car in for road hazard coverage and a rhythmic thumping noise from the driver’s side front tire. The tire was replaced just fine, but like your typical car repair center they found more to fix than just a nail in a tire. They wanted over $100 to adjust the rear brakes.I explained I had just come from the dealership for warranty brake work and the personnel proceeded to talk poorly about the dealership (where I had just been treated very, very well). The TD personnel kept throwing out technical car mechanic terminology; said that the dealership made up a problem when I mentioned tire noise. Dealership said that the tire had extensive runout, TD said a tire cannot have runout and I was lied to.So TD did not address my concerns about tire noise. The personnel helping with my car had absolutely filthy hands - I get it you’re a mechanic - but somehow I managed to pick my car up from the dealership and the inside was spotless and clean. Got my car back from TD and had to wipe black grime off any surface that they touched.I won’t be back to this location, and I won’t be back to TD unless it’s for another road hazard that is covered. Next time I need new tires I will go elsewhere, to a mechanic who doesn’t see a woman walk through their doors with a car issue and try to take full advantage of the situation.

Been a Tire Discounters costomer for over 15 years. Have bought MANY tires, paid for many repairs, and sent many friends and family there. Not the same any more. Now just rude people at the counter complaining about how busy they are. Also found them to be overpriced now. Now I buy tires at Tire Rack and use local shops for installation and alignment. The people that do the local installs seem to actually appreciate my business.

Always have a good experience at this store. No high pressure tactics.

Zack and Courtney are rockstars! they were very helpful with repairing a caliber, RAY is the true MVP! Ray saved the day! Mike... im guessing manager/ gm maybe? I dunno, but wont be back when hes there... he wanted to argue there was nothing wrong with my caliber when it was smoking and hot and smelly.... not cool dude. Liars and scamsters. Went in to get my tires changed for the summer. They said I needed brakes and that the current ones would only last 2 weeks more before they started cutting into the rotors. Wanted $700 for it! Knowing that price was ridiculous, I went to a family member in another city who was a mechanic. Parts were $75- but heres the best part- when we got the tires off the front two brake pads still had 6 months of tread left and the back two tires didnt even need replaced. So after returning the back pads, total was $38- a savings of $662! Will never go there again.

Great place for good deals on tires with same day service for all vehicle types.. including trailers, etc. Just ask for the manager and ask about their current specials or rebates!

I usually goto the westside of hamilton to see Justin Newberry but I needed to go some where closer due to a flat tire and Justin recommended seeing Charles at the lebanon location. Charles took care of me in a fast professional manner. It must be something with the beards and quality service you can trust.Definitely recommend these guys!

Got tires and a rebate. No problems and they were friendly.

Took my car for a tire rotation ONLY. They started doing other services on my tires that I didn’t requested and ended up breaking one of the tire pressure monitor sensors. They told me that they could put a new one for $120 and as soon as I asked how did it break they got defensive saying that it was broken before they started working on it which it wasn’t because the sensor light wasn’t on and two days before the KIA dealership did a full inspection, to include putting air on the tires and they didn’t find any problems. They said it was rusted but I couldn’t see any corrosion on the broken part. I will never take my business here and I am glad this happened now before taking my other 3 vehicles for a tire change which I was planning to do next week. I already talked to a mechanic and he said there is no way the part broke due to corrosion like they said. One good thing about being in the military is the free lawyers which I already contacted.UPDATE: Received phone call from Regional Manager and he was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. They will replace the part at no cost. Will update after I get the problem completely fixed.
