Good service staff, apparently short handed. Took weeks to get a recall scheduled which involved a short procedure of flashing the cars computer. Upon pickup the paperwork was unavailable and a copy was to be e-mailed to me........still waiting.....

I hate car dealers. In the last 10 years, I have only bought cars online in order to avoid the dealers and their sales mongrels. Recently I was helping my sister buy a car near Philadelphia and called Ebersole Hyundai after identify the car we wanted in their inventory. I was connected to Neal Ecckers. Neal was disarmingly delightful. No pressure and extremely helpful. He understood that we knew what we wanted and helped us reach a deal we could agree to for the car we wanted. We had talked to another dealer about the same car/features and they suggested they could do a better deal. Their salesperson sucked so we went with Ebersole and Neal because we trusted what he said. Finalizing the deal was not only easy, Neal showed up when we picked up the car with a Shoofly pie baked by his daughter bc I had mentioned in one of our conversations that it was one of my memories of Lancaster County! Now that’s someone who’s dedicated to service!

Ive owned many vehicles in my life, but Ive never felt at home when at a dealership. I drive nearly 25 minutes out of my way instead of going to a closer Hyundai dealership. We did not feel comfortable there. Was not greeted when I entered the show room. Was not a friendly atmosphere. Will never go there again. I have had better receptions at every other dealership I have visited. Their first impression is a lasting impression. And not a good one.UPDATE: To the owner. Theresa is my daughter. She entered the show room before me. When I came in, she was already seated. There were 3 employees near the door that I came in. No one spoke to me or acknowledged me. There was a young lady at a desk at the far end of the showroom when I came in. When I walk down to see my daughter where the young lady was seated, she did not look up or acknowledge me but, she had to see me coming. I sat down with my daughter in a small office where she was alone. When the salesperson came back, he did not even acknowledge I was sitting there. He had to have seen me because, intially I was not there when he sat down with my daughter. One person, not acceptable but, 3-4 employees.

I drove about 2.5 hours to come look at a vehicle. And although I didnt walk away with it I want to express my experience. Myself my father my husband and our infant came in and NOBODY greeted us, not even the receptionist(isnt that her job?) Got to my salesman Lucas who I have been in contact with. He greeted ME. When my father came over to his desk he did not even acknowledge him or introduce himself or my husband. My appraisal on my car was way less then the KBB value and they said I needed new front tires (which arent that bad. It Still gets the green when I get my oil changes done) but apparently that makes a difference. But I have to say I was low balled in that aspect. The entire experience did not sit well with me and I did not feel welcomed as I should have. My carfax has ONE minor accident from the previous owner which unfortunately was not disclosed to me when i bought it NOT multiple. So not only are you guys rude youre liars.

I was seriously ripped off by Maguires/Moyers Nissan last year and deperate to buy a new car to get out of the upside down loan they got me into. They really should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off a senior citizen.Enter Hyundai Ebersole. I was dreading going to another dealership trying to find a deal that would help me, but after talking to 3 other dealers who were only interested in getting the most they could squeeze out of a customer, the people at Ebersole were fair and no pressure.I cant say enough about my salesman, Mike Coakley, sales/finance manager, Mike, and owner, Andy. Hands down the best car dealer experience that I have ever had! Lucas was amazing to work with and super accommodating. He had all the paperwork ready for me as soon as I walked into the dealership! After waiting for 4 months for a new Touch Screen for my 2013 Genesis I am pleased to report that Ebersole kept me informed throughout the waiting period and performed the change-out without delay.After installation of the new part I had difficulty in reconnecting my bluetooth. I was pretty underprepared to buy a vehicle when my old car died, and ebersoles made everything go smoothly and feel like a legitimate non-issue. My place to go for my cars service needs. All personnel were adhering to the social distance guidance . I had the car in for annual inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. While waiting the assistant service manager asked if I wanted to have the tires rotated considering that the rear wheel drive tires were 9/32nd and the fronts were 8/32nd. I elected not to have them rotated because I have a rear wheel drive Genesis. The reason I bring this to your attention is that I believe other service departments would just went ahead and rotated the tires and charged me.I have always remarked on previous reviews that Hyundai Ebersole has put the customer first and my most recent experience supports my past positive remarks.

My 2007 Azera had an airbag light on constantly. I was in a car accident (teenager ran a stop sign completely) almost a year ago and credit the drivers side airbags with saving my life. Ebersole did the diagnosis, looked it up for a recall. There was a recall and it paid for all parts and labor. We paid for the diagnostic and they washed and detailed the car excellently!

I like this dealership because I can trust them they have a good service dept.and theyre a good all around dearler !!!

Very interesting story... I was driving from the Lehigh Valley to Hershey when my Santa Fe broke down on I-78. I had my car towed to the nearest dealer, which was Ebersole Hyundai in Lebanon. I got there after the service department was closed, so they told me they would call me with an update the next morning... meanwhile I was 30 minutes from Hershey with no car. A young man at the dealership, Lucas Kendall, offered me a ride to Hershey. He was very nice about it.The next morning I got a call from the service department... my car needed a new engine, and it was covered under my extended warranty! They would also be able to provide me with a free loaner car.After my meeting in Hershey I got a ride to the dealership and was given a 2020 Tucson for my loaner. I had it a little over a week and loved it. When I dropped it off to get my repaired car, I found Lucas and asked about trading in my Santa Fe for the new Tucson. He worked very diligently and helped me get a good deal on the car I wanted.Lucas, and the rest of the staff treated me well when I was in trouble. They helped me when I needed help. For that reason, I bought my car from then, even though the dealership is over an hour from my home. I believe in working with good people, and Lucas and the rest of the Ebersole Hyundai staff are good people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The service manager Matt was outstanding to work with and went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed so that it would pass emissions. I live more than an hour way from the dealership so trying to get my vehicle in around my work schedule was difficult. As I was talking to Matt on the phone we realized that we both lived in the same town and I jokingly asked if he could just drive my vehicle to work and get the work done. He said he could do that and scheduled me for 2 days later. I dropped my car off at his house and he drove it to work and had the car fixed in 1 day and back to me that evening. Ive never experienced customer service like this and I would highly recommend doing business with them based on my experience there.

He personally picked up my husband to bring him back to the dealership to pick-up our car and pay for the services due to the non-availability of a shuttle driver. He didnt have to do that. Matt is knowledgeable and kind.The only reason I gave a 4 on the second question is this: I love my 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe and I had a great sales experience (I bought it when the dealership was Ciocca). It has since changed hands to Ebersoles and our family had a bad sales experience when helping our daughter purchase a pre-owned Tucson back in July 2019. All I can say is that the owner who spoke to my husband upon reading the bad review said that he was going to reach out to my daughter, and to the best of our knowledge (as well as my daughter) this never transpired..So Matt is a bright shining star and we appreciate his expertise and fantastic customer service ...so yes I would recommend a Hyundai but no to this specific dealership when purchasing a automobile. thank you
