I rang to get a price for a Dodge fuel pump so I could give my client a quote for the repairs to his vehicle. I spoke with Cindy who informed me that they had two in stock. $134 for the 26 gal tank and $199 for the 36 gal tank.Unsure which one, I quoted my customer for both which was accepted.After learning his model had the smaller tank, I returned to NAPA for the purchase.I spoke with Cindy who recalled our conversation and then told me that the price was now $186. What?Then she said in the do you want it or not tone of voice. Unable to contact my customer, I had no choice but to complete the purchase.I have no choice now but to absorb the extra cost because of my quotation.NAPA needs to be aware that there is such a thing as social media and that they are not the only auto parts store in town.Doubt if I will ever return.
Dont go based on needing a part that the website shows in store. Online showed it in store. I arrived to pickup and was told they didnt have the part in stock.

Quality & sometimes hard-to-find parts but usually a little more expensive than the others. I consider a wheelchair accessible entrance, to be automatic doors like at Kroger... difficult to hold a swing door and roll the wheelchair in...

Went in to get a trans filter and pan gasket for my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.9 literThey searched the partsFound a 42re trans and a 45re and 47re transI told them mine had a 46re transBut they said THAT DOESNT EXISTI called the dealership with my VIN and the dealership who knows what they are doing said I have a 46re and the other trans is a 42reThere is NO 45re and 47re transmission !!!!The older guys in this store know what they are doingThe new guys have no clue ...and where did the 45re and 47re come from ?!?!?!If there are 2 young guys in this store stay away from it u cuz u wont get the parts u needI just left cuz I didnt want to get stuck with the wrong parts for some 47RE tranny that doesnt even exist 😂😂😂😂😂
