I don’t know who installed the supercharger or who the service advisor was but that doesn’t matter. Jacob Harris was the sales man and from start to finish I had exceptional service. Parts look like they were installed from the factory. Team was very knowledgeable, the sale and service was fast and easy. Thank you to all of Lebanon Ford who had a part in me purchasing my car. Absolutely love it and will definitely recommend you to anyone looking to buy or service their car/truck.

This is the best dealership Ive seen in a long time. I bought a new car there in June of 2019. I was so impressed that my son went to work them. Ive heard nothing but good things. Ive always been treated exceptionally well and not just by my son, but everyone Ive dealt with there. Since my son works there, I know a little bit more than the average customer and I know that the integrity and caring are real.

I originally scheduled my service online. I received a confirmation. But, when I got to Lebanon Ford Service Center they had no record of my appointment. John Nowicki talked with the mechanic, and they worked me into the schedule. My wait was short and I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

I purchased my 2014 Ford F150 in June 2016 used from Lebanon ford with 20,000 miles. To date all of my services have been done at their service department. Im very particular about my truck, I purchased it when I retired, and it has to last me a very long time. Last year when I had my truck serviced for some odd reason a mess was made. oil all over the front of the engine and left side. I had oil drips all over . after investigating found an oily rag left on side of engine. I ended up wiping down all of the spillage complete. I then e mailed the dealership and told them what had happened, they told me I could bring my truck back in and they would clean it up. I told them I took care of it myself and hopefully nothing like this would happen in the future. So when I returned for next service I explained to my service tech, Michael Dimitriou what had happened and he said he would personally see that didnt happen again. So this past service went fine no problems, I will continue getting my service done at this dealership. Problem solved.

Lebanon Ford goes above and beyond. Jason, the service department manager, took care of my vehicle and kept my husband up to speed with every single step. North gate Ford failed to do their job and Lebanon Ford stepped up to the plate and took care of us like they always do. We only ever purchase from Kevin at Lebanon Ford. We purchased our expedition from north gate only because they refused to allow Kevin to get it transferred to him so they could go over it. When north gate told us nothing was wrong, Kevin told us to bring it to Lebanon Ford to go over it. Jason took over our concerns and took care of us the way Lebanon Ford strives to do so. They fixed the mechanical parts and was always in communication and fixed it quickly.

When I came there I was told that Lebanon Ford was one of two Ford dealers that could resolve my problem of replacing a lost key fab the same day. John Nowicki took my request and originally thought it would be a couple of days to get in to do the job of cutting the key and programing the fab. But he was able to work me in the same day and needless to say the work and results were awesome.

Lebanon Ford is the place to take your Ford. I tried other dealers and Lebanon Ford is the best. Today I took my 2012 Ford F-150 Raptor for an engine light on problem. Genevieve Sanzi was my service manager. She was great. She went beyond my expectations to make sure the job got done. There were delays on getting the part and she worked for me to get a car so I can go do the things I needed to do. That meant a lot. Real folks, real friendly and real experts. There was a violent incident resulting in an arrest of a person. The managment staff did not evacuate, console, or assist any customers during the incident, nor offer any customers some sort of comfort, they turned the screws on the sale harder resulting in a stressful, and exhaustive experiance.The situation was unsafe, unprofessional, and I will never buy a car from that dealership for the remainder of my life.I lost out on my dream truck because of their unwillingness to negotiate, haggle, or assist in giving a better customer experiance due to their greed.Go somewhere else, it will be a better experiance is my opinion.

1. They said they would do 2 things. Had to order the parts. 5 days later, when I stopped car off they didnt tell me they couldnt do 1 as the recall was not ready yet. 2. They called me asking when I would be dropping my car off. My answer, 2 hours earlier when they have me the rental. 3. They said it would be done Tues. Then said Tuesday afternoon. It might be ready before they closed. But they would call Wednesday. Its after 4. Still no call.

Michael Dimitriou and team were great. I brought my F-150 in for my 10,000 mile service and was in and out in less than an hour. I went for a stroll after dropping off my truck and when I returned an hour later Michael had my paperwork ready to go. Since I had prepaid the service appointments when I purchased the truck, he just handed over the keys and paperwork and I was on my way. Very smooth process.

My first oil change there was ok.My next visit was for oil change and one other item, told about 3 hours. I said fine, I’ll wait as long as I’m not sitting there for 4 hours. After 5 hours I finally chased someone down and my truck was done but nobody knew where the paperwork was - no idea how long my truck was done while I waited.

Wonderful employees here. Great waiting area with snacks, water. TV is unfortunately on Fox News😖I dont know if they have free wifi but should. I stayed on YouTube watching cartoons so I didnt have to hear the rah-rah from Fox about a shutdown. I know people that were hurt by that stupid action by Trump.And his current National Emergency will hurt this nation economically. The Army bases I know could use that money hes taking for the wall. After being in 3 Mexican states and 2 US border states I felt safe at all times. People should travel more and use their own eyes. Sorry for the rant.

Recently took my Ford F150 in for regular maintenance service, and the technician discovered a problem that was covered under warranty. The service advisor, David Gulley, ordered the parts that were needed and arranged for the repairs to be made. I was planning a long trip, pulling a travel trailer where this small problem could have become a major issue.BIG THANKS for the heads up by the Service department at Lebanon Ford

I found out I had a power steering leak when I got back from basic training, but they didnt tell me exactly where the problem was. After taking it to another shop, I was informed. The total cost was only about $120 where as Quick Lane wanted to charge me $900 for parts and labor. Total rip off.
