I turned on my vehicle to find out I had a leaky fuel tank! I called around and they were able to get me in the same day! AND replace my fuel tank. My vehicle was repaired within the day and they were so helpful during it all. I am new to the Lebanon area, and I will continue to use Sawyer Tire for anything I need fixed on my vehicle!

Our water pump went out while traveling on the expressway. Not only did they get us in and out within an hour and a half but was very professional. Would recommend them. Best service ever.

Our check engine light starting flashing while traveling and we see up stopping here in. Ronnie the assistant manager was able to get us in immediately and Steven the technician was able to get us taken care of within 30 minutes. These people have stolen thousands of dollars from me over the past four years by not doing the work they claimed they did on the receipts. I literally wouldnt even have my oil changed if thats what i was there for. I will not be coming back here ever again.

1st visit was for a car inspection. They were thorough and friendly. I noticed they had repeat customers, that says something. Went back and had brake and power steering flushed, oil change and splice on my wiper solvent hose. All completed under 2 hours. Plus you can drop your car! Ill be back!

I went for a vehicle inspection. It ended up costing over 1100.00 in repairs they said it need to pass . For what they wrote on my inspection seems petty to what I was charged. The parts were only loose and claimed the sway bar link was broke. This was 1100.00????? And they replaced what was only loose any way?? Checking to make sure I even received the new parts...

A big shout out to these folks!!! I took my Diesel in there and it needed idle arms, pins, etc! They gave me step by step and even showed me what was wrong with my truck! And gave me the price of part, labor and total amounts, no hidden fees! And the parts was way more than the labor(saying that in a good way).. the gentleman worked all day on it, and took his time on it! They differently will be getting more of my service!! They got me in and out in a short amount of time

My three children were traveling through on their way to Indianapolis and broke down across the street from Sawyer repair. I called Sawyer, and they were so helpful! They immediately found the cause of the problem, but it was late enough in the day that they couldn’t fix it until the morning. They were so kind to drive my children to the hotel and pick them up the next day. They fixed it quickly in the morning, and my children were on their way right after hotel check out time. They were so accommodating, helpful, friendly, and honest. On top of that, the price was fair, and they did a great job! So thankful they were there to help my family!

I was traveling in my new RV from AZ to OH. My check engine light came on. After calling and visiting 5 other automotive repair places, I finally found someone willing to take a look at it! These guys were amazing! They figured out the problem and fixed it! I made it the rest of the way home with no problems. I am truly grateful to the whole team! I am so thankful that they were willing to take a loo at it let alone fix it! Customer service was top notch! Honest, friendly, and helpful! Absolutely recommend them 100% one of the best automotive repair places I have ever been!

Very good and fast friendly service

Was soaked for all wheel alignment. Changed $120.00 for two nuts for the alignment and $125 for the alignment. Every time I go to this place I regret it. This was the last time. And my steering pulls to the left. They said it probably my tires. I rebuilt my front end myself and had to get an alignment. Stay away from they people.

Extremely crooked! They attempted to take advantage of my elderly mother when she went in for inspection. Complete bogus nonsense. Well never return for anything.

Sawyer Tire always does a good and thorough job when I get my oil changed and tires rotated. Any other work I have had done there is top notch as well. Just keep in mind this isn’t a quick lube place and you need to allow about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.

This is the place to go if youve got issues with your tires or vehicle. Even with kids in tow, you wait in the lobby while they get it fixed. Plus, everyone is extremely friendly and explains what is going on. We will definitely take our business here again and again!

Were from out of town on a long road trip traveling on a snowy day and noticed our car starting jerking to the left on the interstate. We called and Larry was able to help us right away, even test-driving our car to make sure it was okay. We are extremely thankful he could take the time to help us! Highly recommend!

My wife and I had to stop here to get a tire fixed found out we needed tires, okay, Dwight was great while going over are tires with him the manager Kent I know he gave me his card, came in and grabbed him and kissed him in front of us and i love this guy and then started preaching to us about how hes a preacher and its ok he knows im in love with him. Dwight apologized for which i felt so sorry for him told him that shouldnt be tolerated at work or in front of customers. I wont be going back till the so called preacher is gone.

We were walk-in customers needing a replacement RV tire and removal of tire tread from the axle of same. We left with four new tires, tread removed, brake line repaired, stories and laughs shared. The only thing that could have made our experience better was them taking us up on the offer of a free RV wash to boost their star rating.It turns out the family in front of us (with SIX young children) were also walk-ins. The inside guys ended up going out to the garage and putting on two new tires for them so they could make it to the St Louis Cardinals baseball game in time. We all left with smiles!

Was camping with my trailer in the area and after a blowout, found myself in need to 5 new tires for the trailer. They were very accommodating to my schedule and got me in and out very quickly. Very friendly. Good service.

Really great experience here. My husbands truck broke down while driving from Oklahoma to Kentucky, we were on a time crunch and needed the truck fixed within 24 hours. They had the truck fixed after 5 hours work and the price was reasonable. Good customer service as well.

I spoke to Larry, the manager. He was very helpful and very friendly. I came in the next day to get what I had ordered and after I waited for nearly two hours they claimed to have forgotten about me. I had to come back the next day in order to complete my service, which wasnt pleasant.

We had a great experience here. We used to go to Walmart but since going here we will never go back. This is the only place I trust with our vehicles. Amazing service and they do the job right.

My husband and my brother-in-law took his F-150 there to have the brakes looked at. When they left the tire almost fell off and broke one of the studs because they didnt tighten any of the driver side lug nuts down. When they called in and told them what happened they lied and said we never took that tire off! Will never have our business again! They could have been killed.

Needed an oil change on my truck. It was just as fast going there as waiting my turn at one of the quick change places.

Fast service and reasonable prices. They even worked out a way to get me to and from my office while they worked on my car!

Even though I live 45 minutes away and closer to other places to get service, it is worth the drive to go to Sawyer. The main reason is I trust them. Never any worries that I will be told about unnecessary repairs. I get in and out quickly and the staff is really friendly.

They are good mechanics, but the customer service is awful. I have scheduled several oil changes and was told my car would be done in 45-min. Its never done in 45-min. Today was the last straw. I was informed that my car would be done at a certain time and an hour later I called and they hadnt even started my oil change yet. I had to call them! They shouldve called me when they knew my car wouldnt be done in time. I hate writing a review like this, because I really wanted to support them, but this is unacceptable service. My vehicles will be going somewhere else from now on.

I used to go here all the time but now that Carx has come in and management has changed it has went downhill. Costs are way too high for the services they provide. Had a customer come in while I was there and ask how much for a tire rotation...$65 unless tires were bought here. That is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back again.

Took my car to get new front tires & alignment. Got to my car to find new tires in back and old in front. -My car has a specific way the rims/tires need to be, even has the instructions in door, the boys in the back said they got confused in how they should go and thats why it ended up with wrong tires in wrong place-I think if there was any confusion about if my new tires i bought for the front should go in the rear, they should have called me to ask.I also paid for an alignment for the front. Which they did with the old tires they put on. Ive never been able to get an alignment with nothing but new tires anywhere else ive been.Took my car back be corrected (was told the alignment should be fine even though they did with the old, wrong size tires)...Got my car back with the new/old tires in the correct spot, but now they had switched the front/rear rims. Yet again without calling despite we told them not to do that.Im giving 2 stars only because Larry was very nice about it, and seem to want to make it right, we gave them the chance and it was messed up again. He said we can bring it back again, id love to have it done correctly free of charge but frankly, im scared to take my car back there unless my husband or I could stay and babysit their every move. Unfortunately we dont have the funds to take off work for that so now we are stuck having to pay more to fix this somewhere else.Bottom line, I think as a business they should really have better communication between themselves & customers.

We brought our car in because our tire pressure gauge kept going off even after adding air to it. We were in trouble because we still had 10 hours of driving to go, didnt know anybody around, and we had two dogs in the car.Sawyer Tire had the lowest wait time and we were out in 1 hour. They were very sympathetic to our situation and helped us even though they were already busy. They also allowed our dogs inside while we waited (which we really appreciated).Besides all our tires having slightly low pressure, they couldnt find any punctures or anything. They washed our tires and filled them up with air and sent us on our way - free of charge! :)We made it back home safely after 10 hours of driving and we never encountered any problems after leaving Sawyer Tire. We think the pressure gauge in our car was just off, but were glad we stopped by Sawyer Tire to make sure.

I had a crack in the diesel filter of a 2017 Ford F2 50 was leaking diesel under the hood stopped requested it to be fixed left for a few minutes came back was Billed $230, after reviewing I saw that the part would normally be $87 and I was charged $143.I was charged $56 for labor in addition to that I was charged a $20 shop fee of which my truck was never been in the shop I feel like the place is overpriced take advantage of customers and would never return.
