Went for a EVAP system leak. Said it was the sensor .($14) part they charged 250. Had to go back because the same issue continued . $50 more dollars to tape a hole on the hose leading to the same sensor .

Deceptive business practices is the name of their game.

This auto shop has been an extremely wonderful experience. Our car broke down while traveling back to Texas and we had it towed here because it was the closest shop and we had to get back on the road. These guys expedited us, fixed our car, let us know of other potential issues and sent us on our way in less than 2 hours. They also have us a fair rate. They were very nice and professional, and the shop was clean as can be. I recommend anyone who needs service in the area.

Weve been going here for years. Joel and Matt are wonderful people. They certainly stay busy because you probably wont get your vehicle back the same day, but their service is definitely worth it.

Great service ..Joel called me every step of the way . Made sure I knew what they was doing. 2nd time i had to use them for repairs. Little pricey on nook parts but that expected at repair shops. Awesome service from these guys.... they got me turned around with same-day service, and even managed to replace the bolts that I foolishly lost!And one of the guys at the shop even stayed 5 minutes Pass closed because I was running late to get there to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend the shop for any repairs you need, their customer service is top-notch.

Ive been using Superior Auto Repair for the last few services my car has needed. Although theyve just been oil changes Ive been completely satisfied with their service and honesty. Theyve never tried to sell me anything I didnt need and thats greatly appreciated these days. Ill continue to use these guys as long as my 11 year old vehicle is on the road haha. Thanks SAR!

We broke down on I40 west in Lebanon tenn and AAA towed us here. These guys were very curtious and professional. Their hospitality was outstanding. They did not charge me extra for starting the repair myself or cleaning up all the blood I lost while attempting to repair truck. If I lived here I would use and recommend Superior auto repair.

My wifes 2006 Volkswagen Passat had the Timing-Chain break while in operation. Its a terrible thing to have happen to a car. Joel was very helpful, explaining to me exactly what happened and what needed to be done to fix it. Matt also went above and beyond in actually getting the car back to running shape. They worked on a Saturday to help me get my car back quickly (we were having ice storms at the time during the week).Overall, I felt they were honest and hard-working. Thats what I expect when paying good money, and thats what they delivered.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good / local mechanic.

Superior completed repairs to my car at a fair price, and the job was done right the first time. They did not suggest unnecessary repairs. The mechanic briefly test drove the vehicle before returning it to me to be sure the problem was corrected. Great service.

Outstanding and will take my vehicles to them as long as I live in the surrounding area! I just recently moved back to TN and my mother has been taking her car to them for sometime,so when my automatic window switch started messing up, I decided to give them a try. Now keep in mind, I DO NOT TRUST AUTO REPAIR SHOPS,and have been spoiled to having a close friend as my mechanic/repairman for years,but Superior has won my trust,because after getting the switch fixed,it still didnt seem quite right but I wasnt to worried well a few weeks later I discover I have a brake leak and called up Superior and they of course got me right in just as before! After dropping off my truck Joel calls and asked about the window switch and says, We Will Replace it because somethings not working right! Now I dont know many places that will guarantee their work that well,even when its a faulty part,not their fault,however,they fixed it and my brake leak,they went above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend Superior to anyone in the area!
