Nice store. The owner is so friendly! She worked with me to help make a cute balloon arrangement for my sons birthday! Prices are a tad high. A good store to go for popular party themes.

Have gotten everything for all of my events for the past few years here and have always been really happy until today when I went to pick up my daughters balloons for her party. The owner was extremely rude and insisted that I changed the day of my party to yesterday which I definitely did not and therefor the balloons were deflating from being blown up the day before. She didn’t offer to fix her mistake and blow up new ones or refund me andkept insisting that I had called in and told her to change the day when clearly she confused our order with someone else. Even another staff member commented on how deflated they were. The balloons were on the ground an hour into the party and my daughter was extreamly disappointed. I definitely won’t be back.

Here I sit 9:15 am on a Tuesday morning. The sign clearly says they open at 9am. Door is still locked and lights off. I have stuff to do include shop for my soon to be 1 year olds birthday party. This is poor management and not how a business should be run. If you cant manage to roll out of bed to be here on time maybe you should change the store hours to a later time.9:18 and you just turned your light on..... sigh.

Lebanons best kept secret! This place has everything you need to throw an off the chart party!!! Every color and theme you can imagine!!!
