Everyone was very helpful and nice. They had everything I needed fir a last minute birthday party including a cake banner. The Chantilly cake was a huge hit.

The service here is usually outstanding, however, Do not go to the deli during lunch and expect to have what you need, they are always short something, when theyre not out of chicken tenders they are out of Okra or potato wedges, in short, be ready to compromise when at the deli during lunch.

If you ever use the deli… I suggest the subs…. Look for Kimberly. She is amazing! Always has a smile, always goes above and beyond normal customer service, and can make a perfect cuban sub! Thanks for all you do to make our sub nights better 😁

The staff in the deli are amazing! Very helpful and professional. I came in for a pickup order and they were super busy, yet they still got my order to me earlier than my pick up time. Great staff.

So the service here is amazing, cashiers are friendly and courteous, the groceries are always fresh. I am always offered help to the car. Its exactlly how a grocery store should be, except the prices are high. So basically they are making you pay more for good service and decent food, that should just be par for the course. You should not have to be paying inflated prices to get good service and food. I heard some kids talking last time I was there and I heard one say we shop here at the rich people store and I thought, ha ha kid you nailed it.

Publix is Awesome with their Grace elections of denser breads Seafood and sale items. Everything else from produce to Meats and dairy items are overpriced and you can get the same things elsewhere. Great place to come and just shop the deals and not do your weekly shopping here. I always stop back for their denser Breads and seafood though.

Ordered and received my first curb side order today. Autumn S was the young lady who filled my order and she was excellent. Very professional in her questions and responses to only a couple things that needed replacements. Publix is very blessed to have her. Thank you Autumn.

The employees are so great and attentive! Also, this location is always so well stocked! Stuff that is out of stock else where is always found here. We also love go come here for our flu shots every year. The $10 gift card for the store is so nice and lets me justify a treat at the bakery after the shot! :D

I went in and picked out a cake. I asked the lady in that dept if I could get something written on it. She said yes and I told her to write Happy Anniversary.She returned quickly and said she used a color to match the yellow roses I had in my other hand.Talk about attention to detail and thoughtfulness.10 stars and many thanks for that Super lady.

Publix has awesome customer service and all employees are so friendly and helpful. There meats are far superior in taste and quality compared to Kroger. The store is much more clean and bright

The staff are always friendly and super helpful..but here lately there shelves are bare..but other than that great place to shop.

Love the bakery at Publix. Beautiful cakes at great prices. Picked up a dinosaur cake for our 3 year old grandson and it was better than the picture on the website. Please pass this along to the employee that made it.

Store was out of quite a few items. Probably a double jeopardy situation. Didnt order enough with added customers from those not willing to deal with Kroger while remodeling and not being able to find parking spit. Also possibly ordered product not arriving and / or short handed.

Publix carries 2 brands of organic cream with a minimum of additives. One brand is less expensive than my Kroger option. Sometimes they carry the box of mini Klondike bars, which are a perfect treat size. Always love their bakery bread options.

Ok store, however they dont enforce people wearing mask in the store. Very few people wear mask in the store. While covid is happening I probably will not visit this location

Clean. Like selection and variety of food products. Workers in store are polite and helpful. Unfortunate this is unusual trait these days.

Publix is local and convenient. They carry all of the name brands and their own brand. Their weekly BOGOs and coupons are the best way to get the best bang for your buck.

Always clean, stocked, and friendly. My only suggestion is the layout of the store could be refreshed. It needs a facelift. Publix is always a bit more pricey but its the convenience and quality that out weighs the price difference.

This Publix is wonderful. All staff is great. Staff and store are clean and spotless.

Nice place for the everyday shopper has things I look for. Helpful staff and fresh produce and food. I have tried their sushi and make it a daily stop. Great on prices too.

Im a frequent shopper there. Very pleasant employees and the BOGOs add some adventure to the shopping. Guess you can tell it doesnt take much to entertain me.

So angry at this place. Asked cashier three times if I could get cash back she said yes. None came. Had to go to “service” counter. Had to redo transaction twice. Finally told that I had to use debit card, not the credit card I was using. Rude “service” person blamed the error on me. Just too hard for them to say “you need to use debit”.

The Lebanon Publix is my go to grocery store to shop for fresh fruit and veggies, not to mention their great fresh meat selection. Their deli and meat counter is one of the best in the city. Very friendly staff, especially Kim always greeted with an inviting smile and is very patient, even with VERY large orders :-)

Extremely crowded and a little overpriced on the things id go there for. But it does have an amazing bakery.

Solid Publix, I have to pretend the bakery doesnt exist the desserts are so good. I need yall to put a treadmill in front of the display so I can feel better about what Im about to eat. Haha

Yes the store is very clean, but I was unfairly ban from the store just because I rearranged items in the bags so things wouldn’t be broken., I was reported to the store saying I made a employee cry when in fact she was not more then a min later pushing carts in and saying hi to me. But there was no signs of her being upset., so now I’m banned from shopping there and I have several customers that like the service I gave them ., but I’m banned from shopping in their stores. And the Incident was ruled Alleged Incident which means no proof of anything wrong that I had done. And I swear I would never hurt someone like that. I’m never mean to anyone. So I’ll be shopping for customers at the other stores from now on but not Publix. So sad but I’ll survive I’m doing this to have the money to have knee surgery because I’ve gotten to the point I can barely walk. So wish me luck.

Always kind, respectful, personable and available to help and answer any and all questions. Very quick and prompt in filling new prescriptions and refilling existing ones. Jason and his staff are the best

Very friendly staff. If you ask if they sell something, they literally bring you to the item. Most places will juat direct you to the number aisle.

Im a publix girl through and through! They NEVER disappoint!

The staff was very helpful and the food from the deli as well as the bakery was very fresh and tasty They had a lot more specials on than I typically see which is always a good thing. I also got some sushi that was very good and at a better price than at some of the other local grocery stores

I would not even give one star to the deli at Publix in Lebanon!!! I ordered food trays 2-3 weeks in advance for a baby shower. I go to pick them up and they were never made. They finally found my ticket order on the floor and showed it to me. They just looked at me to fix the problem. No, sorry 😡I had to say can you fill the order or not? Never again will I do business with Publix. This has happened in the bakery before also.

Although I dont shop here much, it is a nice store with friendly service. The only reason I dont go here much is because of convenience. The store is clean, and the restroom have been as well. The deli has fresh hot food and along with the bakery, its clean. I have ordered cakes here, and Publix does have the best cakes.

Even though Publix is the same as the others, it is smaller and more congested. While masks are required it isnt enforced. Service is as good as it gets in a supermarket
