I got load at their first facility in about 20 minutes then went to their other facility across the street was load in aboutc30 minutes. Great honest and kind people at both places

They work hard to get u loaded/unloaded quickly, but sometimes it takes longer than usual, and they will let you know

Very fast unload

Check in 15 minutes prior to appointment time. Friendly woman in receiving. Get your door and back in. The unloaders are fast and smooth. Get your signed paperwork and leave. Very quick delivery. Definitely would go there again.

Decent load time

Real quick to get you in and out. In the door, loaded and out within an hour.

From the tuck driver aspect this is a really good place to pick up the shipping clerk is really nice the loading takes place fast. The lot is a bit tight but manageable. You go check in they give you a door the light goes red when it turns green you go get your seal and paperwork and leave one of the most relaxed places I go

The most disrespectful and prejudice situation that I ever been in. Truly offended and disappointed in a company with values such as these. Disabilities cannot only be shunned.

Awsome place to deliver a load. Had 26 pallets and was empty within half hour. Receiving opens at 6am

Its hard work, but the people are great.

Great place to work if youre a 13 year old girl in an adults body. The managers tell on each other for literally anything because they feel it advances their own position, and will throw any new worker under the bus in an instant. The time clock shows a different time every day, so if your lunch is at 11:30, the time clock could be 11:30-45, your lunch will be cut short, and mentioning it is a good way to be written up. Lebanon would be better off if all 3 local buildings left town.

Unloading is very fast never had a problem. Receiving is on brake between 10:00 to 10:15 am and 12 to 12:30 for lunch break

Unloaded in 20 minutes but don’t come early, they put you in dock no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your appointment. I was hour early and she told me to come back 15 minutes before my appointment, even though there was no other trucks there, just me

Huge place!!! Over 2000 square feet of books. Really interesting to see but they also load and unloads trucks quickly.

Overnight parking available for next day delivery. Very quick and efficient on unloading, only bad thing is no restrooms for drivers.

Don’t come to this place they take forever to load almost 4 hours

If your live loading dont show up earlier than 1pm they load from 2 to 5, really slow so far have been loading 3 hours not counting Ive been here 1130am, its 5 pm this place sucks

They made me work all day long but i got paid for it so its just ok
