Love this place. Went in not really liking for anything. Came out with a few bags of awesome things. Great prices on bedding. I got all new comforters and blankets for our home and a nice throw and blankets to give as gifts. I also had the luck to find this amazing dress! ! I love the building. Its a very neat, old, space. You have to spend time and dig to find the best things, but its worth it!

I have heard about this place from friends I thought I would give it a try. I was not prepared for what I saw. Not being a bad thing or a good thing. But i was very surprised to find some shoes for my toddler, pajamas for my 10 year old and a few shirts for myself. There is no system to how everything is laid out. If you come here have patience and you might come out with some great finds. Was a little stuffy in there but other than that it was worth the dig. Came on a Thursday and everything was 2 dollars.

There needs to be a Zero star option. My wife and I were very excited to go to the Gimme a 5 in Lebanon TN. Weve been waiting for a free weekend day to go there and we finally had one come up. We were there at 9 am on Saturday 3/23/19. As soon as we had gotten to the door a female employee guarding the front door asked us if we were coming in and we said yes. We had our 7 month old daughter strapped to my wifes chest. No stroller. No car seat. Not in the way. She said no kids allowed before 10AM. It was 50 degrees out and chilly. We werent going to wait for an hour, and since she was rude, we left. We are not going back. Heres the policy on their website shown below.No children under the height of 5 feet, no strollers, and no carriers between the hours of 8 am – 10 am, This rule is for their safety, there will be 200+ people in this building it is not an environment suited for them. If you are an adult (that means you are not a child) under the height of 5 feet you will still be permitted to enter.Not.Coming.Back.Ever.

Have gotten really nice clothing and brand name shoes like Rockport and Puma for only $5 a pair

Very rude customer service. My family and I were shopping one Saturday evening and my son want to use the bathroom I sent him to ask the person at the counter and she told him no. I couldnt believe what he was saying so I sent my husband to ask her again to make sure my son misunderstood her so they asked again and she told them very rude they cant use the bathroom and we have to leave the store and never come back. I asked her why she treated us like that just because my son want to use their bathroom . This is how you treat your customers no thanks .were never coming back.

Somewhat better than their store down the street? Thats literally the best I can do for this store. I didnt see any mice running around, so add that, too​.The two ladies staffing the store leaned against one of the bins for the 25 minutes we were there and gossiped about who knows what. Absolutely no organization of merchandise.

Zero stars. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! And I am a very reasonable and understanding person. I usually chalk it up to someone just had a bad day or just werent taught certain morals and do not know much better, and brush it off. And sometimes a customer is rude and I can understand an employee getting snippy or frustrated! But this was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and UNREASONABLE! The worst behavior I have EVER seen by a grown adult, even if it was a more unkept store. I was so initially shocked that there was even an adult employee that could behave such a way while on the job, especially to an unassuming small woman and her baby. The store clerk wasnt just rude or snappy. She immediately resorted to profanity, shouting, aggressive, abrasive, and even physical and forceful tactics when the mother simply asked an innocent question about why her child was not allowed to be in the store before 10 am, when she had done so several times before and it was never a problem, nor was she ever told of the rule before. The mother was not confrontational or rude. She even reassured the clerk that she was merely trying to ask a question for her own future knowledge!!! And this heavyset white female store clerk got in her and her small sons face, pushing them back with her chest, yelling at them to leave her store. Another customer seeing the uncalled for threat to this small mother and her child walked up and put their arm between the mother and the store clerk, holding the clerk back away from the mother. EVEN A BYSTANDER BELIEVED THIS CLERK WAS LOOKING TO PHYSICALLY UNECCESSARILY HARM THIS WOMAN AND HER BABY!!! Then as the young mother (holding her young son on her hip) was trying to leave, the store clerk was pushing into her back with the front of her chest and stepping on the backs of the mothers heels!!! The mother stopped and sternly, yet still respectfully, in my opinion, said that she was trying to leave and there was no reason for her to push up against her and her young son and to please back off so they could go. The clerk continued to follow the mom and child out and took her phone out to record the mom while she soothed her young son and left, as if the young mom was some kind of criminal about to need to be proven of a heinous act, and all while the clerk continued to shout out at this poor young woman!!!!! I mean...this is not some ghetto, ratchett, street corner, and this is your job!! This store clerk was MORE than uncalled for and I hope that mom never has to endure something like that again, and especially not that sweet baby of hers!!!! Other customers immediately got out their phones and reported the clerk as they left soon after, and I dont blame them. I plan to do the same. If I were that mother, Id want to bring her up on charges for assault, pushing her and her baby son like that, so unprovoked!!!! That clerk needs to be fired, and to find another area of work that doesnt involve customer service...or anger management classes! Absolutley SHOCKED at such terrible behavior! :(Definitely will never give my money to them again! Never going back to any gimme a 5 type of store, no matter the reviews about how cheap some things can be. Its not worth that kind of an environment that was created by the staff!
