I got ripped off today.Friday I bought a lot of ornaments and had coupons. Got home realized I had 2 of them already so I went back to return them.Because the system divides up the coupons they could only refund me the difference. The 2 items are worth 37.98 and I received 36.96 back. Effectively taking $1.02 from me.To me that is stealing.

I have found the staff to be abrasive and unwelcoming on the two occasions I have been here. I dont think there will ever be a third visit.

The paper store has everything you can, if your looking for a special gift you will find it there,I lve the paper store.

No one greeted me. I found the card section very low on cards. I love hallmark cards but had a hard time finding what I wanted.

Great selection of gifts for everyone, including yourself. Clearance items in the back are awesome. Staff us very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well-stocked. I spend at least an hour browsing when I have time but can quickly find what I need when Im in a hurry. This is my favorite store.

They have cute stuff, however, my order was a nightmare. I don’t live in New England anymore but when I did I had returned an item there and had store credit. I tried to use the store credit online so I could have the item shipped to me, however you can’t use store credit online (even though they store clerk said I could.) So I had to send the card to family and have them purchase an item and ship it to me. Then, I needed to return the item. It turns out I can’t just ship it back to the paper store, I have to ship it back to the family member and have them bring it into the paper store to get store credit that I still can’t use online.

This is a beautiful store with a little of everything and a lot of cute and adorable ideas for gifts. In the back is a fairly typical Hallmark Crown Store. Excellent assortment of cards and gifts. Plenty of friendly help, too! What a treat to wander in and shop!

Disappointed with the store tonight. Normally a very nice store with good customer service. The item I wanted was sold out on the shelf, but they had two displayed on mini xmas trees. They didnt offer to sell either of them. Im sorry. Headed to the register with my single item to find 4 to 5 folks in line with several items and just one cashier. There was at least 3 other workers in the store. Try again another day.

Beautiful gifts many are very unique, you spend a bit of money but the quality is definitely worth it, plus find collections like Vera Bradley!
