The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and taken care of with most of the shelves fully stocked. It has upper and lower floor parking and the Walmart itself is on the upper floor. It has an escalator at the front entrance that leads up to the registers. Overall great experience....

Not a bad store - it’s usually acceptably clean and organized, though like other places merchandise hasn’t been fully stocked since covid hit. Would have been three stars, but it lost one because the music is SO LOUD. There is no reason whatsoever to have it so loud that shoppers have to raise their voices to talk to each other. If you’re thinking that the volume makes shopping there more fun, trust me, it has the complete opposite effect. TURN THE MUSIC DOWN.

The Lebanon store is very nice and clean. I do want to know when I get my paycheck for having to check myself out.

Grocery pick up today was excellent. (I dont always have this experience). The employee came out and loaded me up and I was on my way.

Long checkout lines for self-serve and employee operator registers. Only two employee operated registers open. Empty shelves. Storage containers and motor oil out of stock.

Prices are usually good. Lines can be fairly long sometimes due to limited checkouts being open. The Lebanon store is NOT handicapped friendly. Very few handicapped carts. Some of the carts will not hold a charge or are in bad repair.

Usually my experience at this Walmart is okay, but I am beyond frustrated with their app. I use it to be reminded when prescriptions need to be refilled and to be updated on the status on them or to be notified when a new one is sent in. I called the pharmacy today and talked to a okay pharmacy tech, they must of had a lot of people because she was a little short with me, and explained the situation with wanting to know if my medication was there because I was never notified on the app. Not only was it there they were going to bag it and wanted me to know it was available for pickup the next day. She then suggested I change my settings for the app in which I discovered even though I placed in my phone number 5 times it never saved. In addition the last time a order for medication was placed over the app, they informed me it would be delayed but never sent a message when it arrived at the store. Seems like the app may only be good for refilling my prescriptions.

They need to stock the hell up. 2 workers standing around up towards the soft pretzels and none of them registers were open. Just keeps getting worse.

Its good that its a super center but customer service is not the greatest. Workers hardly smile. But worse of all, most cashiers are closed and the self checkout says no cash. Did we become a cashless society? So now we need cards to shop? No thanks! Ill take my business elsewhere.

This Wal-Mart is huge, has a very large variety of products compared to other ones, but the icing on the cake is the friendly staff and how beautiful it looks inside, despite its size. The fact that I am willing to go 20 miles out of my way to shop here over a much closer Wal-Mart speaks volumes of my feelings about it.

Its a Walmart.. so basically a one stop shop for most of what youre looking for.. having the added food shops is a plus.. Ill stop in 1-3 times a week just to pick up pretzels and s Pepsi from the Pretzel factory booth near the entrance 😁.. store is usually pretty crowded everytime Ive been there.. finding a cashier with no line is near impossible. Great for the store because somebody is making money.. but bad if youre trying to get out of there in a hurry.

They want us to use self check out but never have more than 3 open. The store is packed all the time but still never enough self check outs open. I normally check online to make sure they have what I need because it is a drive for me to get there and 9 time out of ten they dont have it while the app says they do. Honestly during the hight of the pandemic they had the ish together more than they do now. I wish there were more shopping options that I could go to but sadly there isnt and I have to continue going here.

Bakery is horrible. I spend $30 for a cake, ask for Happy Birthday Mommy, well needless to say they messed that up. Writing was atrocious . No more getting Birthday cakes here. Found BGS in Jonestown makes very good cakes n cheaper.

Made an express delivery order that never came, 2hrs past the time slot and was told it was canceled due to damaged items by an agent and then by email that they were too busy. Then I was told I had to wait up to 7 business days for a refund, so Im out food AND money. Theyve done thus several times, cancel orders with no notification so no chance to make other arrangements for my family. Wont refund my membership, wont compensate for inconvenience. Dont do it! Apologies wont feed your family!

We had 3 cans of paint mixed. 1 was 31/2 gallons for a large project . Kayla took such good care of us & did a great job! She is a calm patient person! We are very grateful that she took such good care of us!

As far as Walmarts go, this one was average. Problems with checkout lines are the biggest issue here. I feel like the clothing selection has improved, and store is pretty clean. But they tend to be out of stock of a lot of things, and dont have well trained employees.

The store was a lot cleaner than the one on Grayson Road Harrisburg. The employees were actually engaging, instead of running away, and wanted to be helpful!!I found everything I needed, and then some!!Enjoyed shopping there at this one!

All self checkouts were Credit card only. So that leaves anyone paying with cash to stand in a 25 minute long line to pay because they only have 2 cashiers working on 2 registers! RIDICULOUS! Cash is safer!HIGHLY DISSATISFIED and this has happened the past 4 times I have visited Wal-mart!

Service was terrible yesterday, waited in line twice at the customer service area to get someone to unlock the cologne doors to make a purchase only to have no one show up.Made three attempts to get someone there and waited over a half hour for service.If they are going to lock items up there needs to be someone in the area to help you, not happy yesterday.

I actually liked this Walmart visit. Many lanes were open scan and go self check out and registers with cashiers. Great deals like always. The only thing I really didnt like was that walking through the store it felt so narrow and not to much room to move my cart and go around other people.

Nice store. Clean. everyones been to a Wal-Mart.....just like every other one, theres never enough cashiers and when you look over to the returns counter from the 20 person long line your in theres 8 workers just chillin. Oh but theres a self checkout section....yeah, and it always seems like the person right in front of you has never seen one of these magical machines in self-checkout. I need something I go to Walmart, I then get ticked off at some random stupidness, Id say Im never going back, two days after that Im back in Walmart. Its a never ending circle of aggravation that I just keep putting myself through.....

It is always stressful to have to make a trip to this WalMart. The staff can be rude and unprofessional at times, and I have found rotting fruits in the fresh produce section on multiple occasions. It is just an unpleasant experience every time, even if I only go for one or two things.

Lazy workers. Everything is an excuse with this location. Just get a Sams Club membership. What a sad walmart.

Its fairly clean for a Walmart and the staff is nice but its still a walmart. The products are cheap and break easily, the other customers are very rude and dont care about anyone but themselves. Pay the extra few dollars to go to a Target and avoid WalMart at all costs.

Everything has been moved around since their makeover so its difficult to find what Im looking for. Seems like half of their items are always out of stock. I try not to spend more time here than I absolutely have to.

They need to have more associates at the checkout lines. they are moving mostly to self checkout.

Large Walmart. Looks like they might be rearranging some of the store. Some shelves were low on stock.

I was given such a very hard time. They close their customer service early and didnt want to let me exchange a fishing rod that had broken and I had bought just the day before. It was a 40 mile round trip drive. I finally got help after being demeaned, and put through the wringer and being made to feel that they were doing me a favor. Sad.

Our local Walmart is my go to store for practically anything I need from clothing to wheel covers they have it the store is fairly tidy.

Since they remodeled this store, it has been cleaner and better stocked than I have ever seen it. It still can take awhile to get help in some areas, but the associates have been more pleasant and politer lately. The main complain I have right now is associates wearing their masks beneath their noses it as chin straps.

Everyone knows a trip to walmart is hectic, especially at any holiday. It was alright today, until an hour into my trip they released the stock crew? Which mainly seemed like sulking crew. Every aisle had big things of cardboard, crates and boxes and people standing around. I ended up not being able to finish my Easter shopping.i thought 4pm on a Tuesday was good to go. Nope . Ill try again. At checkout, something spilled and the man attending the self checkouts was really helpful. And nice. Thanks, still not a bad trip.

Not the greatest this go around. I ordered pick up from usual store in Palmyra.The app kept changing it to Lebanon. There was not a link to change stores.I removed everything from my cart and closed the app. Then I tried again. I thought I was successful when I chose to change pick up time. Wow you can change pick up location from here. I was happy for a little while.The location did not change to preference, my pick time was delayed. I had to drive an extra 28 miles and accept substitutions.Walmart has never been my grocery place until the pandemic. I appreciated the service until now.I may try again. I will sleep on it.I may also try curbside pick up with another store in my Palmyra community.

My boyfriend and i went to find like 5 things and only found 2 the rest were out of stock. When we were asking associates where else to find said items they replied with I dont know, or I only work in this department. Not 1 associate tried helping me look or helping me find someone from that department. There was no associate there at the time. This isnt the first time Ive gone there and they are not stocked either. Ive gone about 3 times in the past month and each time I cant find what Im looking for because they dont keep their shelves stocked.

I purchased tires FROM Walmart online and setup installation of the tires at the first possible appointment, so I would not have to close my business for too long, 9:00 AM on the 5th of May, Great!. For a week before I am harassed by emails telling me dont forget, and get there 15 min early. Fine, I get there at 8:40 and I see that they dont open until Noon! The Customer Service Desk tell me to call them after Noon To schedule a real appointment a friend of mine went back that afternoon for me and after tons of resistance, got me a 12:00 appointment the next day. I ended up closing my business for 3 times longer than I should have, and all I got from Walmart employees was dismissive, rude attitudes. On the 17th, 11 days after my tires were installed, I got another email from Walmart telling me not to forget my appointment on the 5th at 9:00 AM. R E A L L Y ? ? ? To top it off 2 days after the installation, I had a flat tire, the cause... faulty valve stem installation.

Went to sales clerk, asked for help, she showed where to find the product. Very nice, courteous and fast.

Wait time was lengthy which is understandable right now but clerk at customer service wasnt trained or able to cash checks or pay bills which was frustrating.

Staff here are rude and dont know what you are looking for when you ask them. I am bilingual and spoke both Spanish and English to try and clarify. But gave me a smug look walked away and put there airpods in. Overall very bad environment and not sanitary at all for covid measures.

I absolutely despise going here. Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone when you call. Yet, there are 3 or 4 employees hanging out and giggling at the customer service desk when you get there. I ordered some nail polishes online and half the order was wrong. Thank goodness this isnt my home Walmart, or Id never go.

It is a hit or miss with this Walmart. The one thing that I do hate it that when they stock things they dont think of short people. Went in today to get cat litter and all the cat litter was all the way in the back where I couldnt reach at all. I had the same issue when I went to the laundry area. Like why?!?

For years this Walmart has been understaffed with only a few self checkouts. Now more than half the checkouts are self checkouts which is great for people who can use those. Unfortunately they are still always understaffed with cashiers. I also find many opened packages around the store so theft happens a lot here.
