Walked in and the line was all the way to the door. Almost walked out. But watching your cashier Heather treat each customer with a such a happy, friendly attitude, made the wait not so unpleasant.

I stop by this Thorntons ever couple days for drinks. I dont know if its the mix ratio, or the amount of carbonation, or the water, or what, but the soft drinks here are just the best. Staff is super friendly and the pumps are quick!

I want to extend my gratitude to the ladies working the evening of 3/10- 3/11/21. I was traveling with my son and bringing chickens home, when I was struck with a stomach bug. These ladies were incredibly patient and helpful as I used the bathroom over the course of a couple hours. I cannot thank them enough, I know most places don’t like people just parking like that. Thank you for your kindness and understanding, you cannot know how much it meant to me. Thank you so much!

The coffee bar is amazing! Very clean, and the staff was very nice.

Gas prices are in line with the other 5 stations at the exit from I-40. While it is easy to access, the parking is considerably smaller than the Mapco and the Speedway.

Love this gas station, but the self service air is broken..

Would not recommend and will never give them my money. Asked to leave my vehicle since I could not move it till morning time. They said you cant park here. My hands are tied, there is nothing I can do this late.Never ever again, and dont recommend anyone use them...

We enjoy stopping at this gas station. We are traveling thru between Texas an Virginia. The staff here (Lisa) and the general manager are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. They all appear happy to be there. The store was clean. Gas price was reasonable and the outside and inside of the store was clean. They have many coffee options and it has been fresh every time we got coffee here!

Good gas prices. Clean, well stocked restrooms. The store was clean and neat. Pay at the pump worked great and was clean. The employee on duty was polite. Open 24 hours. Was easy to notice from Traffic. Easy to get in and out of from Traffic.

I visit here at least 5 days a week and I love this store, and my prayers that all are safe after this mornings storms.

The young gentleman with a long hair at the register was super helpful. My friends eye glasses were broke and assisted us with that. Also due to mens bathroom being occupied he allowed us in to the employee restroom. Said good by to us with a bunch of nice wishes. Thank you!

Very cheap prices for gas and fountain drinks, and great service.

White Power is carved above the urinal in the mens bathroom and no means of covering it shows.

This Thorntons usually has the Coke Slushies machine working.... UNLIKE THE ONE IN LEBANON ON 109 NEAR ROUTE 40 ENTRANCE.... THERE COKE SLUSHIES ARE HARDLY EVER WORKING (8 times out of 10 its broken) AND IF IT IS WORKING IT IS USUALLY EITHER SUPER THIN AND WATERY (more like a fountain drink) OR SUPER THICK AND SO OVER FROZEN THAT YOU CANT EVEN GET IT THREW THE STRAW! I dont know about other people but I go there specifically for gas and a Coke slushie, it is the only one that I like. And there is nothing worse then driving 10 miles to the nearest Thorntons which is the one near the route 40 entrance on 109 in Lebanon, and seeing that all the other flavors are working except for the Coca-Cola, which as I have said is usually OUT OF ORDER 8 times out of 10. I have asked them numerous times and complained about this and absolutely nothing is done. When Im in the store, Coke seems to be the most popular flavor and they know this, and I have suggested to them and asked why dont they move the coke to one of the other handles that doesnt seem to break all the time so it would be working more often? But it falls on deaf ears because it is still in the same position on the machine and BROKEN! Most recently it has been down for over a week now.
