I Love the peach watermelon, Vita water Slurpee, Best ever! Most of the cashiers/employees are super friendly and helpful. The problem, Not enough large/extra-large cups and lids! Other than that, what more could one want?? =: )

Night shift long haired dude wouldnt exchanged a tub of freezer burnt ice cream for a good one, even though I had just bought it from him a couple hours earlier.

I usually go in to get the lottery game ticket updated for the next games. They have great hot dogs that I walk out with.The people are very friendly but if they have some moments where there not, its because of some customers that dont exactly behave like human beings and there are a few in the store that do press their luck.There are healthy food choices including salads that are good for a quick lunch. Since Lebanon is another town where many have to be at lunch right at noon, this maybe a fast alternative to other take out places.

I accidentally left my lights on in the parking lot at around 6 on TuesdayThe clerk named Amber came outside because her shift had just ended, and gave me a jump. With HER cables!She was lovely and a lifesaver.Thanks Amber, from the white Toyota truck 😁

Told I was not allowed to use a sink to wash my hands, very concerning during this time we are in with the pandemic. I come in this morning and the manager Sammy, is coughing touching food and drink cups with no face shield nor mask. NO care for those who use this store for their needs. She is extremely rude also. So my question is, does this store not have to abide by the governors orders?

Sorry dont wanna sound like a karen but like employees need to improve the attitude like I get if you arre having a bad day but specifically the ladies there in the afternoon are really rude and simply dont need to talk to me like that I havent done anything wrong to them and I would really appreciate it if they werent so rude its honestly annoying and I wish they would get there head out of their behind and have a nice attitude because it goes a long way

20 minutes away from home and store clerk could not make an exception to let my pregnant girlfriend use their restroom. Store clerk told her I dont know what to tell you.

THEY HAVE PITCH BLACK! I’ve been to every convenience store across Lebanon and Albany and haven’t found an ounce of it, until I stopped at my local 7-11. I was getting tired of seeing the same 3 flavors (code red, Voltage, LiveWire) of mtn dew over and over. 7-11 actually has at least one cool flavor!

January 5, 2020, approximately 9:00 pm, after returning a movie to Redbox, I entered the store, passing another customer as he exited we greeted each other. I said hello to the male, grungy, semi-toothless clerk twice as I passed him and a third time while looking directly at him. The clerk, in an accusatory tone, said he’d said hello back three times before I entered the store (how does that even count??). I found him rude, unfriendly, shabby looking, and he created such an unfriendly environment that I changed my mind about buying anything and left. What a lousy impression he gives store #24230.

This is definitely not the 7-11 from my youth. Went in to get a Big Gulp and donut. It was 11:00 AM, and no donuts. Just a pretty average chocolate chip banana muffin. My wife got a spring roll and said it wasnt that great. Service was OK. The corner where the ATM sits used to be occupied by Street Fighter 2 and Mortal Kombat II.

I broke my ankle back in March 2013 and had been using a medical scooter for 6 weeks and had been in this 7-11 about 6 times and all was ok until 4-19-2013 when I went in there I was told that I cant go in the store with what I need to walk and move around by the manager.. I explained to her that I have no other way to get around and that I had fallen 3 times using crunches hence why the doctors gave me the scooter to use so I would be more stable and get around more safely. The manager said well I have never seen this before and its a liability and for me not to come back.. She said get crutches or a wheel chair before I can go back that what ever reason I have its not her problemThese people are RUDE AND UNCARING and i feel this place isnt some place our kids dont need to see or be exposed to uncaring place! I know I dont ever want my children to treat someone in my place in this manner do you??

Hate when CHUCK is working . Hes rude and very arrogant, With an unsettling amount of sarcasm. I will not support this 7 eleven, along with many others. This store really needs to crack down on Its customer service because NOT everyone is a theft,or trying to threaten your life. But the workers their, sure act like it. Just because you are working a fd up Shift dont mean you have the right to take it out on anyone. Im not saying the customer is always right. But I am saying yall need to start humbling yourselves and get your Attitudes together . No one put a bullet to your head to work there. THAT IS YOUR CHOICE.

I have been going to this store for about 10 years. was told by the lady that was working 7/17/2016 swing shift that the boss man said no rolled coins and there was a limit of coins i could use while i was there...that tells me that they dont trust me and that my money is no good there...really hate to do this, but ill be taking my business elsewhere...very unhappy, went there most of the time because i have friends who work there...but im sure theyll understand
