The one employee I dealt with here was nice enough, but the place is just plain dirty. Rags on the floor, grimy bathroom doors, graffiti on the bathroom stalls, dirty tables, employees smoking next to the building, and so on. MAPCOs are generally lots better than this - usually my stations of choice. Its rare I rate anywhere below 4 or 5 stars, but Ill likely not visit here again.

Wow. You had to splash through...something, in the womens restroom. Thankfully, they did have soap. The worst part of the visit? Not the restrooms and not the cashier that never spoke. No, it was that the large, brightly lit store with multiple coffee dispensers had NO coffee available at 930 am on a Sunday. Even the grind and brew machine did not make coffee. That silent cashier? She just looked at me when I told her.

Great store!!! The staff so welcoming and friendly best coffee in town. Very clean store and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The chicken place is off the hook the guy who runs the kitchen can make some damn good chicken he’s the chicken master

People inside have always been good. Good selection of food and beverages. The pumps fill up at a decent speed but some of the displays are hard to read. I had to guess at what button to push.

I went in after out with chainsaws trying to make sense of the mess. I stopped and went in and asked the clerk what I could buy to eat that’s hot for my last $3. They poked fun at me. Keeping 3 chainsaws with gas and oil and new chains and gas for my truck even us volunteers are hurting. That was that thing I expected from a store in a hard hit area. Not cool.

Great friendly place to get fuel and snacks. Has a chicken place inside that has awesome chicken strips. Its clean except for the restrooms. They could use some work.... Well the mens could for sure. Ill have to put on a dress to check out the womens I guess. #nothappening

I typically always stop and get Diesel at least a couple of times a week and my wife always gets gas there on her way to work, so I would say we spend at least $100 a week. We have stopped going altogether, half the pumps are out of service, the card readers hardly ever work, the quality of gas and diesel is not near that of Shell which our entire family has switched too because of the absolute pain in the ass of going to Mapco. No one in my family will ever stop there for fuel or food again, its horrible and I have been to a lot of fuel stations all over the country traveling....this is one....if not the worst I have experienced. I will gladly pay the extra couple cents to get my fuel and food at shell, pumps are brand new, food is good, its always clean, and the card readers always work!!

I stopped by this location to fill up and was amazed to see one of your employees smoking while talking to a customer who was actively pumping gas. There are plenty of signs posted for customers not to smoke while pumping, but to have your staff doing it was not what I would expect.

Don’t bother with this place. The pumps are in horrible disrepair. The button labels have worn and it’s nearly impossible to complete a transaction. Half of the pumps don’t even work. The bathrooms are also gross and falling apart. They’re in dire need of a remodeling. It used to be the nicest gas station.

Staff is always welcoming and friendly. The chicken is always hot, the facility is clean and the gas is usually the lowest price in town. Highly recommend!

Ive tried to like this MAPCO but they just wont let me. Last week when I tried to buy gas, several pumps were closed and when I did find one that wasnt, it rejected my card. This same card is accepted all over middle Tennessee with out a problem. I went in to see the clerk who told me that my card was rejected. Not exactly news. She then wanted to know how much gas I wanted as she was going to use the same card inside. BTW, it worked inside. I told her I had planned to fill up but since neither of us knew what that was going to be, I just picked a number out of the air.There were a number of other issues but since they also happened today, Ill just point out a few. 1) You cant read the first line on the display as it is hidden under the frame 2) You have to bend way over to read all screens 3) I decided to just put some gas in and go. The last digit on the price line was invisible. 4). I replied yes to get a receipt which I never got.BTW, I had to look all over the place for the yes or no button as they were not immediately visible. Someone had written in a Y and an N.I admit Im not the most patient person in the world but a bit of maintenance could really be a plus.

Been here several times. There is NEVER receipt paper in the pumps and the lines are long because the counter is understaffed.

I came down from Virginia to visit family and friends. This is the third time in one week Ive been here. I was hoping that maybe they were just bad days the first two. The staff is rude and nasty and disgusting and the bathrooms are absolutely filthy! I grew up in Tennessee and remember when this station was being built, it used to be nice. Fire the staff! Clean the fricken gas station! The bathrooms are gross!

HONESTLY THIS PLACE IS THE MOST DISGUSTING THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. THE WOMENS RESTROOM WAS OUT OF ORDER AND MY HUSBAND SAID THE MENS WAS WAS SO BAD YOU COULDNT EVEN CLEAN IT GOOD ENOUGH TO MAKE IT ANY BETTER IT NEEDS A DO-OVER. WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!

Sad to see this Mapco has such a low rating score. They have a very consistent friendly staff and their cleanliness is defenetly above avarege compared to other Mapcos Ive been. Ive seen the employees actually clean the coffee pots wich defenetly makes my soul happy! Plus they have banging chicken strips, biscuits and fries, always fresh ♡ I guess reviews are mainly used by people who just want to complaint (-__-)

The pumps are reaching a state of frustration that is making me want to drive past them. Repair or replace them... came by today, three months after my first post... drove away without fuel, AGAIN

Bought cigarettes, sign said $5.10 per pack if you buy 2 packs. Bought 2 packs, total for the 2 was $10.30. When I asked about the price change I was told each pack is $5.40, for a total of $10.80, minus $.50 equals $10.30 which is $5.10 times 2 so they are bad at math. And wouldnt address the price difference or incorrect signs saying they needed to talk to the manager on Monday.

Usually smells like hot garbage inside. Slow service. Pumps don’t all usually work
