My experience with Zales was exceptional, the associate (Kenley) went above and beyond to resolve a issue with a bracelet I purchased years ago. She is to be commended for her exceptional customer service/relationship skills. It is obvious, she put the customer first.

I went out bto Zales today 9/12/21 and all I needed was a battery replaced in my Invicta watch and 2 different associates could not figure out how to get the back off and then instead of them saying they couldnt get it figured out they scratched up the back. I dont know how you can work in a jewelry store and not know such a simple task. So I will be getting ahold of Invicta corp.....

I was welcomed and attended to as soon as I walked in by staff. Had a great experience and got exactly what I was looking for and more.

Went in to look at rings for my fiancé. Not a single one of the three workers said hello or even gave a welcome-in smile. We came in with hopes of spending money and after looking at rings by ourselves for 10 minutes, we chose to walkout and go elsewhere. Not an ounce of customer service from any of their sales associates.

Left to stand outside in the heat. The employees all stood around starring at the door while talking. No one bothered to open it. They open at 10am. At 10:15 am they still werent open. Not a good way to do business!!

Mediocre selection on diamonds, great customer service and staff. Helped me tremendously with watch problems (not their fault) and did everything they could to make it right. Meredith was exceptional.

Every time I go I have a problem so dont plan on going back ever again

Dont special order jewelry they tell you 4-8 weeks, its been 3 months I still havent gotten my ring I paid for. So going to get my money back.
