Will only use this company when absolutely necessary. The only thing consistent with them is poor customer service and even worse product knowledge. If you do not have a part number to give them forget about getting any help trying to find the right part. Always seem bothered by having to help when you visit the counter
Never was at the Lebanon location. We delt with the Harrisburg store. Prices are double then expected. Plus hidden fees. We were under a contract to use them, so had no choice. Light bulb fee for all lights, stocking fee, shipping fee for all lights not in stock. Not much is in stock by the way. Why a stocking fee for something not in stock...not sure. $1000 in light fixtures turned into $1800. And were only told 4 days later after everything was ordered. We will never recommend, or even walk into the store again.
My Dad was an electrician for 30 + years and always had great experiences at Yale. The gentleman at the counter could not have been more helpful. I recently had ordered a rare lightbulb over the internet which failed to work. They tested it at Yale Electric and it was a dud! I paid $14 online and ended up paying only $2.30 at Yale. The showroom is online only in the Lebanon store, but if you order a fixture it can be sent there for pickup. I will NEVER order an electric component online again. It is so much better to be able to talk to a live person!
Their service is the worst in the market. No matter what place in line they just are full of confusion 🙄
Only go here if there are no other options.Counter staff couldnt be less helpful and less knowledgeable.
