The staff are always pleasant, but you wait a bit to get service. The prices are decent, food is average at best. Best part is always going through the gift store and checking out the unique items.

Our server was amazing during the dinner rush. The food was excellent as always. Couldn’t say anything bad about this experience.

My granddaughter and I both had sausage and neither of us liked it. It was really fun and almost hard. The pancakes seemed oily as were the scrambled eggs that she got. I got the meal where they cook an egg inside a piece of toast. Ive ordered this at many times at other Cracker Barrels with no problem. Here they just cooked my eggs and threw a piece of toast on top with a hole cut out. Its suppose to be cooked inside the egg. Neither of us were happy with our meal.

This store is always busy the staff greet you with a smile and are awesome! The food here is wonderful and most of the time pretty fast delivery. Great environment and always clean!

Ordered a steak medium rare first time came back well done second came back raw. They took my green beans and microwaved them i could tell by the taste.

Ive never been impressed with Cracker Barrel. Its been freezing inside of every location Ive been too and the food is bland, to me. Excellent service though.

My daughter and I had breakfast today and got the food the biscuits were cold, we use to get 6 biscuits but only had two. My plate of food was not hot it was barely warm. The waitress did not ask my daughter how she likes her eggs, she got runs eggs she doesnt like it that way. We was not ask if we wanted our drinks to go so we left them. We will return but hope the food will be better.

Waited 45 mins for all 3 of orders to be cold. We had another server drop our food off. She asked if needed anything else i said yes please we requestd Applebutter. She never came back, 15 min after receiving our cold food our server came to table next to us. I had to get her attention, I said all our food is cold. She said yes its Sunday and we have 2 cooks and 9 servers it will be like that every sunday and walked off beforenwe could say something.We were on a road trip and still had 4hrs to be home my 3yr was very hungry she ate her cold dumplings. My mom ate hee 2 vegetables and i ate my chicken stripes. The server had to be flaged down to get check and she rolled her eyes and said yeah yeah in a min. She never cared that we did not eat all our cold food. She never came back, Iwent to hostess to ask for Manager. I told the manager everything that was said and done. She could she we didnt eat. She acted as if she did not want to talk to us and she was not wanting to have this conversation at all. She said well i can try to find a gift card.I was like what does that do. She just stood there looking at me.

Me and my mom went after I flew into town Our server was really nice and helpful. The store was very clean and organized.

It was very crowded inside. I ordered the French toast meal, with no meat and no eggs (since they didn’t have hard boiled eggs). Unfortunately, I didnt enjoy the French toast. It lacked the vanilla and cinnamon flavor that makes French toast, French toast. When the bread is that thick, its important to add more of the ingredients.

This place pays my bills and it was nice eating there when I was a kid

Nice folks and good food. Our waitress was very nice but very busy too. Enjoyed looking around the gift shop with my angel baby Carmen. She is alot like her Nana, loves to look at everything!

Every time Im in the store I had to ask them to drain all the liquid out of my food before they bring it to me or otherwise youre getting at least half liquid versus real food. Today I ordered curbside pick up the food was swimming in liquid by the time I got home with it it was all mixed together and pouring out the sides into the bag. This is ridiculous. You all can do better than to serve food full of liquid like that do us a favor and drain all that excess liquid off the food before serving it.

Ate at Cracker Barrel for years and Im 68 now. Food was so good I eat till almost sick. After this trip was so sad to see they have went fast food type food. Dumplings taste like canned, no taste in juices and dumplings stiff and floury taste. White gravy on mashed potatoes tasted like had liquid smoke in it. Liquid smoke great on meats but not gravy. Meatloaf was very dry..

Shout out to the amazing staff and excellent food at this Cracker Barrel !!! They were short staffed but you never knew. Food and Service with a smile! Be sure to tip your wait staff nicely

Great service and food. Fair price for the quality of the food. Mens bathroom needs some repairs on the stall doors.

Came in with a group of over 30 people, including one over 90 years old and one newborn. The management was able to make room for us at several tables.Two waitresses were assigned to us, Stephanie and Brandy, and they were able to serve us without complaint. The manager took time to split all the checks properly, as most of our groups were mixed around different tables.Food was brought out quickly and hot. We never felt rushed, but were treated with respect and courtesy.I would definitely return to this location with a large group again.

Could have just been an off day, they were very busy, we had a party of 6 and waited just over an hour to be seated. Once seated, our server got our drink order, brought them out, then took our food order. We were all talking, the time passed quickly. Started noticing people around us getting their food, finishing and leaving. We had been waiting an hour for our food. When we confronted the manager, she stated we just ordered 15 minutes ago. She was told we had been there for over an hour. She apologized and took care of the check. It was still over 20 minutes before getting food. This will not keep me from going back.

My family had been on the road for hours, coming from a funeral and decided to stop here for a quick break-- we still had a few more hours to travel. We had several of us coming in different cars. I got there first with the others just minutes behind. The hostess refused to seat me until all had arrived. Once everyone got there and in the store, the hostess still refused to seat us because 1 of our group went to the restroom. Finally had to talk with the manager, who did apologize and promptly seated us. Will not return to this Cracker barrel again!!

I have eaten breakfast at various Cracker Barrel stores since the early 80s. This is the first time I was disappointed in the biscuits. They looked and tasted different. Maybe it was an off day? I will definitely go back to see if theyve changed to pre-made biscuits. I sure hope not.

Great food and *amazing* servers. Only complaint is that they had a lit up and dazzling Christmas section in their shop, and it was beginning of September 🤦‍♀️ sorry it’s a pet peeve 😜

Waitress took forever to pay attention to us, very slow. Never got our food. If we had been told how long our food would have taken when we ordered it. We could have planned according.

3 stars because the food is good. Lack of 5 stars because To-Go orders are NEVER correct. 9 out of ten times something is missing or it’s the incorrect food altogether. Best bet for a correct, or ability to correct an order, is to embrace the wait and just eat inside.

Good service food a little heavy for my liking

Unfortunately last night was a total let down. Started with having to ask three times for lemon for water. Escalated to only four of our eight orders getting brought out, four were left off in the kitchen. Of the first four one was chicken instead of catfish! Server told us second four orders would be out soon, they would comp them, nice! We had arrived at 7:45 and several of the food items seemed they had been sitting in the kitchen for sometime. Last but not least the manager did not come out to apologize and when paying the bill he was at the next register over and never said anything to the customers. By the way we did tip the server the amount she would have received for the full order. Hopefully just a bad one night because we have had much better experiences.

We were in town for the 2021 Southeastern Truck Nationals and stopped in for breakfast on Friday morning. Service was great, the food was good and we were seated right away. Like all Cracker Barrels, this location was consistent with all others.

Only because I cant give them zero stars. Called in a curbside order at 0900 for pickup at 1030. Waited 30 minutes and the order still hadnt come out. Went inside to get it and nobody tried to make it right. The new ceo has run this once great established into the dirt. Cracker Barrel is a southern tradition, not some garbage California product. Quit trying to make it one. Ceo should resign.

I was there to dine in. Seated quickly. Waitress at the table in a timely fashion. Water served upon request and refilled in a timely fashion. Food was ordered and delivered in just a few minutes. What I ordered was tasty, fresh and warm.

The hostess was rude, waitress was nice but only came to check on us once, if we needed something we had to catch her as she was walking past us. My whole plate was cold.

Have always had great service and food at any and every location we have been to. Have found many great items on sale in their store. Candy, decorations and quilts @ 50% to 75% off. The sales can be hit or miss but we go often enough that we seem to hit them often.

Its Cracker Barrel. One of the original ones that opened too. Fun fact. Service was outstanding and the food is exactly what you would expect from Cracker Barrel: country, down home comfort food.

The food was good but there was a wait for a table (not a problem) and our service was very slow. The place was packed and they were probably under staffed. I think a lot of places are struggling to have a full staff right now. I am not sure that was the issue. No explanation was offered. If things were normal I would have removed another star because we were at our table for at least an hour for two small breakfast orders.

Very fast service exceptional service went above and beyond to make sure I had what I was in need of great experience.

Great service and good food tonight. The hostess the server and the cashier were all very pleasant and accommodating. Especially the server who checked back with us several times...and also got me a fresh ice tea to go. The chicken and dumplings were yummy.

Stopped in Lebanon around Lunch time and the place was packed so full that it was uncomfortable to move about the store. It was about a 25-30 minute wait....which was worth every uncomfortable minute!Yummy!!!

Never have found a Cracker Barrel I didnt like. This one was odd as it seemed everything was reversed. Used to walking to the left when I walk in to a CB but this one was to the right. Just unusual. Love em!

Seems they have down a bit, food just wasnt as good. We had a big party and you could tell from waitresses. Waited a bit for refills and requests. Not terribly long, just a bit longer than normal. Overall was horrible, just not up to other stores standards.

Food was excellent it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. They just cant seem to deliver the whole package.

We had no complaints with the staff or food. What we have a problem with is that half the customers here are not wearing masks. And no staff is telling them that they need to wear them. This is why the 1 star. Just to let you know......they came in not wearing masks!!

The service was great but when you look at your bowl of broccoli and you find spoiled black broccoli, you start questioning everything on your plate. This is how people get e-coli; when they dont inspect and wash their vegetables correctly.Would they serve this to their family at home?

It was a bad experience today, we waited over 45 minutes, then when we are seated, we have to wait, then we ask for biscuits and cornbread before our meal, so she brings it to us and tells us we have to eat them on a napkins and we have no silverware to put butter and jelly on them, my niece goes to ask the lady for them she said we don’t have enough, then my daughter gets a sprite it’s like carbon water and then she gets her plate her country fried steak was burned on the edges. We will probably not be back it’s was just awful service and we really like Cracker Barrel, but this was really sad.!!!!! This was at the Lebanon store

Help me understand placing an order through the app scheduled more than 2 hours prior to picking up an order and nothing is ready? And then told it could be an additional hour? Response from Manager the app is a corporate thing. Ridiculous!!!!

I have orders for delivery twice one missing the side of bacon and the other was the French toast mammas breakfast where I got pancakes instead. My delivery driver even asked them to double check.

The Burger I had was outstanding. The vegetables on it were perfectly ripened. They only gave me 2 pickles which for a burger that size should Have had 4 in my opinion. The portions were large for a lunch menu and very reasonably priced. The server was very attentive and kept on top of everything. I got my food in a very timely manner even though the place was packed and the wait list was very short. They turn the tables over very quickly so everyone can eat in time for a hour long lunch break.
