I went to this Kroger the other day to get some milk. I walked to the back of the store and I saw there was a worker stocking the milk. I casually walked over to him and said hello as I grabbed some milk. He said hello back and continued with his work. I noticed his name was Evan. As I walked away, I looked back and thats when I saw that weirdest thing! With each gallon of milk that Evan stocked, he would message each jug and give them a kiss. Thats when I thought to myself that he must really enjoy his job to put that much care into it.

I used to enjoy going to this kroger. However there had to be a staffing change or management issue, the place is always out of milk and the teens that work their have a horrible attitude. I had one experience with this worker Evan who rolled his eyes when i asked him if he could wheel my handicapped mother in while i grabbed a shopping cart. Awful service and very weird employee

By far one of the most bizarre stores Ive been to. I just wanted to grab a gallon of milk and some snacks for my husband when I made eye contact with a random dude that worked there. He stared at me for a bit and I didnt understand what the deal was, and when I waved and asked him his name he replied in an unnaturally high pitched voice that his name was Evan, then he skipped away. Gave me a good laugh,

This used to be a decent Krogers with a good selection and a decent number of lanes open. It is now a place of last resort to go to with many products missing or only a single option for something you are looking for.The worst though is when you have to check out. Its now like going to Walmart, with only one or two normal checkout lanes open. They seem to be trying to force everyone to check out using the self service lanes, even if you have a full cart of groceries.Its almost like they are trying to make the in store experience as miserable as possible so that people will use their pickup service.

I was at Kroger yesterday and someone had knocked down the tower of wine by the registers and Kaleb did so well with handling the situation and cleaning it up even though customers continued to be very rude and walk through the area. He kept his cool and was calm and collected. GOOD JOB

The Krogers good but the bathroom is in horrible condition. Especially since there is a creepy elderly gentleman just sitting in there

Love this Kroger. Always have had a good experience. I have not personally had an issue with any staff. I typically shop here 2 or 3 times a week. I am the buy meat fresh daily type.

Liam (cashier) and Jeff (bagged groceries) deserve recognition for their friendly and efficient customer service.I was in the store on March 8 and when ready to unload the cart, Liam greeted me / asked how I was doing and then mentioned that Jeff would bag the groceries for me.Liam was fast and Thanked me for shopping at their store as he handed me the folded receipt.Jeff was friendly too and my take is its nice to run into employees who enjoy their jobs and appreciate customers. It made a very positive impression.

Did Kroger give up? Why has this place always been a junk show, Thank god there are other options close by.

I looked up hours to the store to make sure I would be able to get meat from the meat counter. The websites hours to not specify the hours are any different for the meat counter. I made a deliberate early trip to Kroger to get what I needed. Despite 3 employees behind the meat counter, not one of them would help me get the meat that I needed. The one lady told me to get it on the shelves. I told her it was all gone, she shrugged her shoulders. I asked if she could get me any from the back, she said no. I really have a hard time believing none was available, just super poor customer service. It would of been nice if she would of gone a tiny bit out of her way to accommodate the fact the shelf was out and I was buying bulk meat. I then went to the front of the store, nobody to be found at customer service desk. I then wanted to check out with my cart full of groceries. Nobody working any of the registers. Finally, I found someone to have someone run a register. She acted like the register had been on, but no light was on. Maybe I need to find another place to shop.

Good experience shopping here. Also Jeff is a great bagger. Pleasant guy and actually bags neatly instead of just randomly stuffing everything into bags. Keep up the good work guys

So apparently Lebanon Kroger closes at 1056 not 1100. I tried to go in to get some medicine after working a 16 hour day and they have some young kid holding his hand up at people and telling them they are not aloud in. I tried to explain I needed one item, but he didn’t care. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I will be going else where to purchase items from now on.

I would give Kroger Instacart a negative review if I could! I placed an order for 60 cases of water bottles. I received my order confirmation and everything seemed to go smoothly. The day of the delivery I receive a txt asking to clarify the total (6 or 60) I replied with 60. Then a female called me, she had slurred speech. I could barely understand her. English is my second language so I was more than happy to explain in a simple detailed manner since she has having issues understanding and explaining the issues she was having. She told me she could not carry all of the 60 cases in her car and the she was going to cancel my order. I told her not to cancel the order and that I could go pick up. We have a box truck and pick up truck with a lift gate. She kept insisting she could not carry 60 cases in her car and that she was canceling my order. I then told her again that I have a box truck and pick up I can use to go pick up the cases of water bottles and she hanged up on me! I then txt her “do not cancel the order” I was shocked this happened but it gets worse!!!!I call my local Kroger and they explained what I needed to do. I needed to cancel the order and place another order and request pick up rather than delivery. I then txt the lady and ask her to please cancel the order. I assumed this was not an issue since she kept insisting she was going to cancel my order. We then call Walmart to see if they have the water we need. We are a construction company and provide water to all of our associates.We receive a call back from Walmart. They have all the cases of water that I need and I arrange pick up.Then the lady from Kroger is txting me letting me know she is on her way with the cases of water by the time I read the txt she is circling our building in her car very slowly. I see her and call shipping and receiving to go see her and to take the 6 cases she kept repeating she could only carry in her car. She sends me a txt and tells me she is here with 30 cases.As she was circling the building one of my managers sees her and she looks very suspicious and goes out to meet her after he received a call of a suspicious car roaming our parking lot. The manager was perplexed at the attitude from this woman, she appeared “off” were his exact words.Shipping and receiving unloads the cases and then informes me this woman was high as a kite, stunk like weed and appeared to be VERY much not there. She couldn’t express herself and could not understand and just seemed miserable. I understand and am for giving 2nd and 3rd opportunities but lord, do not put those people behind a wheel. I have downgraded them from a 2 to 1 !!!There are now 26 things I cannot buy at this Krogers that I used to buy for my home recipes. They brought back one item for my clam chowder but its gone again. They are still moving shelves which theyve been doing for 2 years. Items are not where you expect them to be from month to month. This week they took my cat treats off the shelfTonight was the last straw. I have begrudgingly been shopping at the store due to lack of selection.I could not find the Pedialyte powder packets. Not in the drink isle ~> Not with childs medicines near the pharmacy ~> but indeed I found 2 liquid Pedialyte bottles in two flavors. So ~> ~>>.I asked the pharmacist who in turn called the manager. The manager said they didnt have it at the store. I told her I just bought it there a month ago ~ ~The pharmacist is not even surprised ^..^On my way to the register, totally baffled, i went through the baby aisle and they had six different kinds !!!!!Even the managers cant keep up with what theyre taking off the shelves or moving around off the shelves to different shelves in the store.This manager is a reflection of the Service and Confusion Happening Here in Lebanon.

There is zero enforcement of mandatory safety protocols. 5 people were not wearing masks at all and no managers or employees said a word. Not to mention the numerous people wearing masks improperly to include employees. This is not optional and you can choose to control it

It’s a pandemic, Ohio has the highest hospital admittances since it started. They canceled all the orders because of an influx of people?? And you think an email is enough? No. You are Kroger, a huge company. Even if you don’t have many people in pick up you should be pulling people to call everyone in the time frames you canceled as most people are using pick up for orders nowadays. And some of those people are disabled. Treat your customers a little better.

Amazing customer service. I lost my wallet and I noticed as soon as I got home (I only live 5 minutes away) I called as soon as I realized it was gone and they had it at the customer service desk waiting for me. An employee found it in a buggy and didn’t take anything. Love this Kroger

I received my Click List order today and my Olay Regenerist was not with my order of groceries but I was charged the $26.00+. I called customer service. They told me to go back to Click List at the store which I did. Mike, the Supervisor, came out. He is AMAZING. He went in, got my product and gave me a $12.00 credit towards our next order. He was incredibly nice. Kudos to Mike!

By far the worst Kroger pharmacy. Takes 4 days to get a refill and the line is always MASSIVE cause they are all slow AF and dont know what they are doing or how to do their jobs.

What’s up with the warm beer in the freezer?

I used to enjoy this location, but anymore its a hassle going in. The big carts filling the online orders are contantly in the way, and a good part of the time they are parked right in front of the items I need to get to. They are constantly restocking the shelves during their busy times which adds to the chaos as there are large carts of stock everywhere, but yet they are often out of several products I go in for. I dont get it. I only run into these problems at this one location so thank goodness there are other options for grocery shopping.

This place is very large for someone coming from out of town. You will be lost. Nice store and clean

The people who work here are nice but the store is massive and constantly being rearranged. It seems very unnecessary to have such a large selection of clothing and home decor that winds up being on sale for 90% off a few months later. Things are not accessible so grocery shopping winds up being a longer ordeal than need be.

Thank you so much for carrying Hodgson mills yellow corn meal again. It blessed my grandmother greatly. She’d been praying to find it locally and for a great price. It means the world to her.

They have what you need as far as food goes...

Very large selection of items and always a decent sale going on, though Ive never used it they do have what looks to be a good take out salad bar for lunch. The deli is top notch and the have a new wine bar and tasting area though it never looks like anyone is using or has used it. The bakery may not be as good as a mom n pop bakery but it is much better than the majority of the big box stores

Mary at the bakery saved my daughters birthday when the competitor I ordered from originally failed me. Mary took our cake order 15 minutes after the bakery closed and it was ready the next day in time for the party! Thank you so much! The cake was beautiful and delicious!

A very nice Kroger Marketplace. They have a new wine tasting facility, and the newly remodeled Starbucks there. Staff and Associates are always friendly and eager to help. They even have a small clothing department where you can find clothes and shoes. This is one of the nicer Krogers in the area.

Nice place! Good selection of things outside other kroger stores. My only hope is that they get more of a plus size collection in their new clothing!

Extremely rude employees! Clearly a employee saw that my mother is unable to walk well. He saw me drop her off at the door. She was walking up to the door and looked at her and locked the door in her face! Are you kidding me! I went to service desk talked to a manger and he said sorry that happen.

Could use neater shelves (missing tags, messy product) in some parts of the store. But always a clean and healthy atmosphere. I love shopping here!

I am a weekly pickup user. The employees go above and beyond to be sure that I am pleased. They are quick and accurate. The deals I get almost weekly is great!

Store is always clean and staff is always friendly. The items I need are almost always in stock and they have a great selection of things. Earning gas points is also really awesome.

What a great location for a supermarket selling food. This isnt it.This is a flea market that sells some groceries. What middle management mental midget with a Wharton two-week certificate thought it would be a good idea to sell dental office furniture, clothing, home improvement items, and plastic toys for the beach . . . in a grocery chain?If you like eight poorly stocked aisles crammed inside surrounding walls of a good pharmacy, nice dairy, fair meat and a periodic produce department, this is your place. Otherwise well just wait for Publix, Albertson or a real grocery chain.

They didnt have several products stocked that I was looking for (garden lite blueberry muffins, caramel frosting). It also drives me a little crazy that I have to make a bunch of trips in and out because they wont take more than 1 of the $2 off coupons per transaction. They should really make it by amount not by visit. You can spend over 300 dollars but they wont let you use a second coupon, a stupid thing to annoy a long-term customer. 😡

I usually have a great experience there in store. Do not ever do their click list! Missing stuff and when i questioned the substitutions, that ended up costing me more, the person had no way to explain.

Don’t know what the deal is with clicklist in particular. Used the service about 3 times and each time I’ve had to wait 15-30 minutes or been asked to come back later because they were understaffed and order wasn’t ready, as well as seeing the same one person work their butt off running in and out with orders (if they’re ready). Hire more people or fix the scheduling hours, this service has begun to contradict itself in the convenience and time saving departments.

Almost always has everything I need in stock. Could use more variety in cuts of meat. I do like that they have clothing but do miss the furniture. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Most of the time the parking lot is busy and cluttered though.

Stay away from this location if you are trying to do Clicklist. You will burn all your gas waiting for your groceries to come out. Stay away!

Its nice to have a full marketplace this far outside of Cincinnati proper. I will say the store could use a refresh/update.But Im spoiled from seeing brand new marketplace stores, so my comparison is a bit slanted.

I shop at Krogers Lebanon every Monday. Friendly service is basically a hello how are you at the register by the checkout person. I am amazed if an employee actually knows if they have a product and where it is located. On very rare occasions an employee will take me to the spot the product is located. I end up bagging my own groceries 50% of the time. As with any store results will vary based on the day and what time you shop. Monday morning is consistently poor.

I see the manager was able to sabotage the bar and get rid of it like he wanted. Awesome. Glad I moved and switched to the Liberty marketplace.

It seems I practically live at Krogers. I have been shopping here for a number of years and have seen it evolve from a small little Hometown Store to a superstar of sorts. They have a great selection of everything from groceries to toiletries to outdoor furniture to even clothing. I find some absolutely wonderful deals on cute clothing for my granddaughters and myself. Their pharmacy and prescription services are terrific and they keep my prescriptions straight and going every month for me without my having to take care of much myself.

Good place to shop, but not my go to. I use their pharmacy to fill prescriptions and theyve always been friendly and helpful. As for grocery shopping, the wife and I will stop in to pick a few items up when we need it, but its not the grocery store we shop at when we need to fill the fridge. The produce and fruit tends to be subpar, if that. On the plus side, great beer selection and the checkout lines are always short and you get through fast!

Very large and clean. Plenty of self checkouts. Poor and inconsistent selection on certain items and frequently basics like eggs and cheese will be out of stock. Safe area and place to be. Parking isnt great. Not sketchy.

We have been visiting this location for about a year. The constant rearranging and remodeling makes it fairly difficult to find some items in store. Even the app is sometimes wrong about the aisle location, and I’ve even had customer service personnel unable to find items. This extends to the Clicklist staff who will sometimes flag an item as out of stock, but I can walk into the store after picking up my order and find it.Clicklist seems to make some sort of mistake about 50% of the time, but it’s often still better than trying to find your way through the ever changing layout. They are always polite and on schedule, and willing to make those mistakes right; even if they do keep happening.The bakery is a saving grace if the store, as it has been on of the better Kroger bakeries around in our experience. We will continue shopping here, but mostly due to convenience vs traveling to another location.

They keep moving stuff and when I finally find its new place, its out of stock. The only reason why I dont give 1 star is the people that work here are nice and do the best they can to help.

Completely out of milk and also many other products that we needed. This is a typical shopping experience at Lebanon, Ohio Kroger. That is why we will keep driving out of town to other Krogers that stock there shelves. Not just a problem recently but an ongoing problem for the last few years we have lived here.

This is an ok store, even though the staff are pretty nice and helpful. It is easy to navigate around and I find it is less crowded than other ones. Most things are in stock, but occasionally have issues.

Pretty nice for a Kroger! Very clean and a few amenities that I wouldnt consider standard. There is a clothing section where you can find some good deals on a variety of clothes, a pretty extensive liquor store, and a Starbucks (if you like overpriced coffee sold by massive liberal-leaning companies).

Suprisingly this Kroger is well stocked with a bit more of the outside fair of foods and has more things(clothing, pet supplies,seasonal section) than just groceries for sale. It will not be a disappointment as this Kroger holds the only Starbucks in the city, and the flower arrangements are alive and usable.

As Im only a visitor to this country and state I can only compare it to the supermarkets in Britain. As such, it appears to have a good range of produce, friendly helpful staff and a relaxed professional feel. Were I to live here Krogers would most possibly be my marketplace of choice...

I love this Kroger. Great selection, although things are often out of stock. My biggest complaint, and the sole reason for my negative review, are the employees who are picking the click-it pick-up orders. It never fails that on a busy Sunday afternoon, when shoppers are already crowded in the aisles, there will be giant carts with employees gathering items for pickup orders. There tends to be at least one in every single aisle! They dont dare move for you, and they bully their way through, blocking pathways and shelves so that youre forced to wait until they move on before you can get to what you need. They dont get in a hurry, either. I realize that the pick-up option is a huge convenience for some, but it is at the inconvenience of the in store shoppers. Just stinks! There has to be a better way, Kroger!!

This Marketplace is a great place to shop. However, the fuel stop today was clogged with near gridlocked traffic. Not my first negative experience at this fuel center. Kroger Execs: Please redesign the traffic flow!

They rearrange this store so much that I never know where anything is. Also a waste that they built a bar for wine tasting and tables and chairs for live music! I want food when I go there not loud music!!

My wife and I love this Kroger. We drive from Wilmington to go to this one over going to the one in Wilmington. We call it the fancy schamchy Krogers.

They have Everything you could possibly want at a grocery store, IF the shelves are stocked... They keep changing the layout of the store, causing in store traffic jams because no one can find what theyre looking for... But, they are in fact BUILDING AN IN STORE BAR to help relieve the stress and anger of not being able to find what youre looking for!!

One of the larger stores. Easy to navigate. Employees are usually very friendly and remember you. Pretty fast check out (lightening fast compared to Wal-Mart).

This is the biggest Kroger Ive ever seen. They also impressed me with the selection of fresh seafood. Also their is a state run liquor store inside this Kroger.

The Lebanon Kroger Marketplace has had problems for years. The shelves are never fully stocked. They often do not have the fruit and other items that are on sale in the weekly flyer. I have never seen them stock at night, but the aisles are full of carts and boxes during the day. Now they have the added personnel and carts in the aisles for ClickList. I feel like there are more employees in the aisles than customers during the day. It makes it hard to get in and out.

The biggest Kroger with biggest shopping selection I have ever seen!! Clothes, shoes, liquor, salad bar all items we do not have in our Georgia Kroger. Most outstanding we have ever seen!!

Didnt spend to long in here but seemed nice and clean. The parking lot however was below par. The people in it were rude and didnt care about cars. Also the other cars always thinking that they were right and go way to fast. Id go again to get what I need but have to be careful if you want to be safe in the parking lot.

Meat selection sucks! Kinda pricey on it 2. But the staff is WONDERFUL! And they always r busy but always have riders. There r a few baggers w special needs that just warm my heart! They r so friendly and helpful!

Kroger is an excellent store, clean and bright, with a huge variety of food and other goods for sale. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The there was know baggars and they just let the food roll down to the bottom and waited for us to bag them. Seems like krogers is doing this more often. Wont be back to this store again.

Store is OK,,,I think the City of Lebanon deserves a bigger Kroger with a better meat department and a better parking lot,,we only shop here in emergency situations,,we really enjoy the Harpers Point Kroger better,,,,parking is GREAT, and the Meat department is the Best,,,,,,need to make improvements to Lebanon.

I have no idea what the inside looks like. But they offer grocery pickup. Huge time save. Do it.

This is a super nice store, with a wide variety of products. I have two complaints, which is why I didnt give them 5 stars. 1. They only carry small sizes of Special K. Wal-Mart carries the large one, so I usually shop there. 2. The self checkout things are wonderful except when theyre not. The one I had today was very argumentative. It kelp fussing at me to bag my purchases, but I was! It didnt seem to notice the weight of the individual yogurt cups I was checking out. I suppose it needs a tuneup.

Since I moved to Lebanon Ive been grocery shopping at Lebanon Kroger the workers are real nice and I always find what I need.

Actually a really nice Kroger - it has an extensive cheese bar, a full hot food section including made to order pizza and burritos, a good bakery, even a wine bar with live music sometimes.

Great place to shop for groceries. They have everything you need and great produce.
