I live in a mobile home and FTS came to unhook my heat pump because I am moving. They will hook it back up also.Ethan is the young man who serviced the unit. He was very nice and professional. I had very good service and will continue to use this business. Would recommend. Yes

I was told the thermostat price I was given was for a large touch screen, and they would wave the service call fee.. When they arrived to install the thermostat it was small and not a touch screen. We were still charged the same price, and were told if we wanted a touch screen it was an additional $140.00. We were charged 179.00 for a thermostat that we found all over the internet for $79.00. So $100.00 for a 4 minute installation.

If youre looking for A/C repair or installation, stop looking and call FTS. My experience with FTS has been amazing. Everyone I talked to was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. From Tom in the office to Jacey who came and estimated the job and especially Mike and Sean, the technicians who came and did the installation. Everyone responded and showed up in a timely manner and did what they said they would do (which is rare nowadays). Mike and Sean did what had to be done to finish the job and I have every confidence in the great work they did. I would and will recommend FTS to everyone I can.

I have used FTS for the last 3 years or so for all of my home hearing needs. Last year, I signed up for the premium service plan that allowed a fixed cost, discounts on unplanned break downs, and twice a year routine maintenance. So far, its the best money Ive spent on HVAC work, ever.They call me (so I dont have to remember), schedule the call before the season gets a bother, remind me via email and text the day before, send a text and a picture of the technician, let me know when hes enroute and an expected ETA, provide everything while they are there, and follow up asking if everything was done professionally and if I have any questions or needs.I am very happy with them.

We used them in 2018 with decent results, it took longer than anticipated (3 days) to repair but overall we were satisfied. We lost heat while I was out of town. Placed call first thing next morning they couldn’t find my information despite me telling them exact dollar amount and date from previous visits receipt. Gave them all my contact information again and because it was only 8:30am they said someone would be there around 1:00pm they didn’t show up until 4pm. Email said 1 person was responding however 2 showed up. My wife called me when they arrived and I spoke with the tech to brief him on history of repairs on that unit and explain the error code to hopefully save him time. It’s a Goodman with 3 flash error (pressure switch). I’ve replaced 2 over the last 6 years myself. Tech said okay. After an hour my wife called me and handed the phone over to tech he said yep it’s the pressure switch. They didn’t have one and because they arrived late and took their sweet time troubleshooting it would be Monday - Tuesday until they could repair. I had to pay $115: $75 for visit (30 min drive) $40 for telling us issue. They couldn’t tell me price for repairs. Called next day to find out cost for repairs they quoted me $175 additional and that included refunding $40 diagnostic fee if I let them fix it. Knowing this part costs $19 online and repair is simple: remove 2 tubes, 2 power leads and a screw, I asked why so high? They had no good answers and stumbled on their words. I opted out of having them back on my property. Having no faith in them I called my wife and had her do a few quick troubleshooting steps for this well known issue. By simply blowing into the tube that goes from switch to fan we discovered the inlet going to the fan was clogged. My wife removed tube, cleared the clog with a pin and had the heat back on in less than 5 minutes. Thanks YouTube. Heat has been working with no more issues. I’ll be calling owner and requesting an explanation/refund. We don’t have a lot of money and we trusted this company to be diligent and honest. They simply were neither.- take better care with customers personal information- if you give a time be there- listen to your customer when they tell you repair history- train techs to be thorough when troubleshooting- if you don’t have part don’t penalize customer by overcharging because you have to drive out again- most importantly have Integrity. Shame on you and your techs. This was no way to treat a paying customerI’ll provide an update when/if I get a response from the owner.Owner was very responsive and apologetic for our experience. They promptly refunded 100% of our money.

Arrived the same day I called and diagnosed the issue. My Furnace is 24yrs old so they had to order part. Showed up the next day (day 2) replaced faulty component. My install was not traditional and required some extra PVC elbows/couplers for venting that they didn’t have on hand. We are in a remote location so they came out first thing the next morning (day 3) and had our heat up and running. All in all it was a good experience even with the added day for venting pieces, after all they were working with a poor install from another company. They are good honest people, polite, professional and capable. Would recommend them if you’re in need of any HVAC repair.

About 5 years ago we were faced with replacing two 20 year old heat pumps for our heat and air. Our house is a two story plus a basement ( about 2500 sq ft). AFTER DOING A lot OF RESEARCH on costs, we decided to go with Geothermal. Our bills have gone from $300-400 to $100-195. We use a lot of lights, always two TVs going, central air in our detached garage, etc, etc. We are fortunate to have a 1 acre pond a few hundred feet from our house so the coils were able to be put in the pond. Also, as I recall we got a 30% tax energy rebate over a three year period, plus a $1500 rebate from our elect. company. We are elderly and enjoy 72-73 deg in the summer and 74 deg in the winter.Casey (owner of Fixed to stay ) recommended a Waterfurnace Brand and we couldnt be happier with the product, installation and excellent service. I cant say enough good about Fixed to Stay. True professionals. I havent done the math yet, but am sure the unit has about paid for itself and is close to making us money every month.

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. They managed to put in a gas system even though I use propane a few years ago. They changed it but I still spent a freezing night dealing with it. And good luck on getting them to show up to service what they sell. I tried to get them to come out on a Thursday and they didnt show up Friday or Saturday despite me calling numerous times to contact them.
