Its nearly dead in 2021. Shoe outlets down to two, full price, church moved into the old Nike outlet, lots of empty stores. Needs to hustle and get some stores in. Sad that even Spirit Halloween isnt in there

Its a tumbleweed shy of a ghost town and thats to bad for the area as its in a decent location for those of us who want to stay away from big populations. For the stores that are left there are still a few deals to be found and the people I had contact with are pleasant. The Rack Room and Eddie Bauer is why we went, we didnt find what we were looking for but it doesnt mean you wont. Its worth a look but youll have to physically go there to see what stores are left for your needs. Happy hunting.

What stores they have left are fine - the Eddie Bauer, et. al - except for the toy store, which is selling dollar store fare. That said, the outlets are decidedly desolate. About half the storefronts are vacant, and two are taken by churches. Only one of the food court restaurants (out of about three) was open when I visited. Needs an infusion of new stores desperately.

It was fun and amazing place to be when you you just wanna be out the house

Great Deals, I got 2 pair of Eddie Bauer for $14.99 and another pair for $19.99, they were regular $70.00. They have cuffed bottoms and pleated up front.Tool place has a great selection of things for your business and home.

First time at this outlet and I was quite disappointed. Seems to be run down and so many stores are simply out of business. Will not be coming back.

It was a nice 20 minute scenic ride from Murfreesboro. There was maybe 10 to 15 stores at the location nothing really spectacular. The location was very clean and signs are posted to avoid getting lost and confused. The few stores that I went in were stocked, organized and the employees were professional and diverse. 5 star employees and for cleanliness but unfortunately there’s nothing really to do.

Unfortunately this place seems to be dying. MANY stores just closed up. Sad to see. Still its neat and tidy.

Many stores are closing. Maintenance issues throughout. Could be nice, profitable mall if it were maintained better in my opinion.We like it for Carter’s; nice to get inexpensive baby clothes close to home.

Nice little Outlet. Right off highway RT40.Has one of the few Nike Factory Clearance Centers. This is also where the gas ($2.07) is cheapest in area.😁 This is a standard outdoor mall setting...a few store fronts closed...going the way of the dinosaurs. This still a worthwhile place to go shop in person....eight off expressway. Good Christmas deals going on right now throughout outlet area.

Add its all right but many more stores back open again and close to some of the stores are closed kind of like kind of like feeling that somebodys running them out of town

This place used to be full of stores and so well cared for. Im thankful for what stores are still here but its sad so many are gone!

Sadly, this mall is lacking stores. This mall would be a great place to host seasonal stores and activities.

In need of a whole renovation and restructuring. Needs a nice food court. More stores would be nice too.

You can find good deals over there but it has too few stores.

Sad what has become of the Outlet Mall. It was never grand but with a Church and I think 5 stores remaining, these days its not even worth stopping by anymore.

Once was a great place to shop with a variety of stores...still good place to go but with fewer Name Brands holding on.

Barely anything there. . But my boyfriend and I walked the mall only 2 have my boyfriend discover his nike outlet store is gone. ..😶We visited another shoe shop and left with smiles....Bare minimum mall with friendly service.

Eddie Bauer Outlet is still there and I was able to find deals to make the trip worth it. That being said, the place was an absolute ghost town on both Saturday and Sunday. It really makes me sad to see this place wither away. It still has a few stores but seems to lose a few each time I go. You should definitely consider a trip there soon. Maybe if enough of us visit, it will turn things around.

I used to shop out here a lot but since the Covid 19 it a lot of the stores at the outlet have moved. I ended up going to Zales to look at some jewelry and got a good deal. If you plan on going over there theres only a few stores that are left open but otherwise yes Im great for you be used to be a great place to shop.

This mall is trying to die there is very little stores in there to shop but the ones that are there are great. Just I just wish Lebanon could do something to fill them all up so you could actually do a lot of shopping in one place like its meant to be.

I havent visited in several years and it looks like it may be closing soon. Many shops n longer there but the one store I did visit, Gap Outlet was perfect. I feel like I made it there in nick of time as all of her sizes were picked over and I grabbed the last of it all. Amazing deals. Saved so much deciding to go here instead of Cool Springs. Sadly Murfreesboro Justice closed its doors and thats where we always shop. Gap did not disappoint and next to no crowd at all. Friendly, helpful staff!

Was in the Nashville area and decided to check this place out. I was highly disappointed. Over half of the place is empty and not any good stores. I wouldnt waste your time going there if you are looking for a lot of stores.

Several nice outlet stores but also several empty locations. Parking was nice and easy on a Friday afternoon-evening.

I used to come here as a child and this year took my kids shoe shopping here. We will be back in December for more shoes

Clean and kind of sad because there arent a lot of stores. The ones that are there I hope they dont close. Bought new pants for hubby and new shoes for my girls.

Easy access, decently laid out, but dying. Not one but two storefront churches, and half the place empty. Famous Footwear is still there, though, and had good service and proper Covid precautions.

This outlet mall has a few things that are really cool such as NY NY pizzeria. Its probably some of the better Pizza in the city of Lebanon. however most of this particular shopping center is really unimpressive and then need of a serious overhaul as far as stores are concerned.I recognize that this is an outlet mall and so it has a very specific purpose but considering that the malls that are basically shopping centers that have the store entrances on the exterior (which is in style and preferred by the public these days) definitely would appear that this place is in need of some kind of overhaul or revamping to get it back on its feet.

Dead. It has seen its better days. Practically abandoned. Nice place to go and hide from the boss or with a girlfriend...... Plenty of parking for lots of things

Besides maybe 2 stores there isnt much else there. Would rather go to Providence Mall.

This is a great place to shop, there is a wide variety of stores to choose from.

A dying place not even worth stopping at. Very few stores open and no outlet prices. They were asking retail or higher for the items in the store.

Nothing is here anymore. Only couple of stores left. Not worth going unless looking at Famous footwear or Bath and body works

Its dying folks, face it. I gave it the 3 stars for the businesses that are hanging on. We visited Van Hudson who is closing on Christmas eve this year and Sketches shoes for the clearance section to get my daughter shoes for her costume.

Not a lot open as of right now, really just go for bath and body works, as they have all the stuff you cant get at the mall any more, bags are at the door for you to put your items in and you use the same bag at check out, one way flow in the building. Staff are friendly and keep their distance.

Good to visit. Its the remains of what used to be a good outlet now only fun to check out as a novelty. I never end up buying anything.
