For the most part, their customer service is amazing when you want to ship something out. Theyre right next to my job so it makes it convenient for me. Only reason Im giving 3 stars is b/c on 2 separate occasions we had to return 2 packages (one was a small box, maybe 15 pounds that was sent to my address when that person didnt live there) and a 100 pound package (mattress) that the wife and I ordered but needed to return for a bigger one. We were told that they can not take those back. That they are not the same as UPS. We would have to go online OR call the 800 number to have it picked up. For the mattress we were told that if its 50 pounds or more they wouldnt take it (but 2 weeks prior they wouldnt take the 15 pound box with the same excuse they dont take them if it was a wrong delivery. Hmm..). Calling UPS 800 they indeed said that the UPS Store can take back any packages. Find it strange they dont want to take back some returns, or boxes sent to wrong addresses. Other then those 2 scenarios, everyone there is friendly and they helped me in the past to ship other items out.
Went to this UPS location to get a label printed to send out a package. Due to another customer using the computer the man told me I could not be helped and I should go to the post office to get it printed, in which the PO told me they could not do. Received no help, and given wrong information in the end.

Took a package to return to Amazon and tracked it from being sent last week and it still says only laveled not shipped! Definitely not usimg their services anymore Ill personally shio items back so I get my refund instead of the package still sitting in the ups store...
I was just in the store and I am so highly impressed at the superlative level of customer service that this store delivers. I had two copies made, and shipped UPS packages. The employee was friendly, attentive, and he was extremely helpful and courteous. In my business, I frequently visit various UPS stores and this one is one of the most efficient and friendliest that I have been to. Great job...keep up the great work, and THANK YOU! 😀
Quick and friendly service. I never new how easy it was to return an item from Amazon. Just walk in with the opened package. Scan the code from the app on your phone (start the return anytime before entering the store) and you are in and out in less than a minute. Plus all you business or personal shipping and copying needs!
I was on Vacation from Florida, & did a lot of shopping here in Lebanon, PA. I came to this store as I saw it on my way. I was greeted fast the minute I entered. Very clean & Organized location. The customer service was EXCELLENT and very friendly. I had came in with about 10 bags of goods hoping someone will help me. The gentleman helping me found the Perfect different size boxes, packed them for me (one by one) like a puzzle, very customer service hands on for sure. He was so patient, attentive of how things were going into the boxes so nothing gets damage along the way, very detailed oriented & giving me the details throughout the process. It was great, fast, he made it easy, & gave me a satisfaction of how my shipping was so safe with how he packed them. Loved the Customer Service at this store and needed to be recognized. Great Job!!!

I love The UPS Store! They have great customer service and do so much more than just shipping. All I have to do is bring stuff into the store and they pack it for me. I also use this store for printing. The quality of work is always very nice and turnaround time is quick. Highly recommended The UPS Store!
TL;DR: Very nice people, excellent customer service!I had a problem with a package dropped here which wasnt delivered to the destination after almost a week (not their fault; it was mis-sorted at a sorting facility), and the man I spoke to on the phone was fantastic and took the time to help go back and find my tracking number for me even though I hadnt gotten a receipt when I dropped it off. Thank you!!

Im very disappointed with the customer service. I had called for an estimate and was asked for a zip code. I said let me get it real quick and they said to call back and hung up. I had it within 20 seconds and they didnt pick up my call until closer to half an hour later. When I finally got a hold of them, I wanted to address the problem I had with them hanging up on me and I was ignored in response. The associate claims his name was david.
These guys were great! I had an experience that made my package come back to them from a stolen product I purchased on Amazon. They printed my receipt and slapped it on for me making it so I did not have to drive all the way back to Lebanon!
My package was lost, which was no fault of this store. However, this store is no help with the claim process, and this is what has me disappointed with them. I left the store feeling the staff are dishonest and are not fully forthcoming with all available information and choices to their customer.First, I paid almost $130 to ship a product only to find all of the options were not given to me by the store associate. When I reshipped at the Lititz store, they were forthcoming with all my shipping options and ended up saving half of my total shipping costs, but were still able to meet my time frame (hopefully the package makes it this time).When trying to recover lost costs for the first shipment, they tell me I can’t get the full costs refunded because I never claimed a value of the package being sent. None of the associates ever asked me for this amount, instead they put a document in front of me, ask me to validate address and have me sign. Little did I know, this document prevents you from getting full refund in the event the package is lost since the associate didn’t ask for the value of the package and just put N/A.Shame on me not for taking the time to read the fine print I suppose, but the associates could also take the time to be more up front with information.

I have always used UPS Stores to send emails so that they can printed for people. The guy that worked this day said he was busy and that they do not do that service. This is not true. The day before the lady that was working provided me the email so that information could be printed out . This man lied and refused to print out the documents for the gentleman that was there to pay for the service. Absolutely horrible!

I called this place to ask about passport photos, lady on phone says no appointment needed. Went there 40 minutes later and David the owner operator says they cant do it till later in the day. Worst service ever, go elsewhere.
