Received fantastic assistance from Justin Loring this morning. He explained my concerns with our billing that we have had since buying new phones a couple of months ago. He was very patient and took the time needed to answer all my questions.He is continuing to help us get auto pay to save $40 a month.He is a great rep for your business.

We had a tough job transferring my friends phone. Henry and Terry were a great help and we really appreciate it. The job took almost 2 hours and they handled customer service for us. Highly recommend asking for them if you are activating a new phone or transferring a phone to a new account.

Richard and Adam were patient, kind and and absolutely fantastic helping me resolve an issue on my phone. I hesitated going in to ask for help but I am so glad I did. This is the only verizon I will go to for a new phone or assistance. Thank you, Richard and Adam.

Verizon Store in Lee is the best around, and Richard was terrific! My phone was maxed out and I got a new phone all set up and everything transferred within 45 minutes of walking in the door.

John F helped my wife decide on a new phone by listening carefully about her issues with her current phone, and then discussing possible solutions in an unbiased, honest way. Once we reached a decision, he and Jon quickly and efficiently activated the new phones, applied the screen protection, and swapped our stored data from the old ones over. They made sure we were comfortable with the new set ups before we left. Great experience!

While theres a Verizon store closer to my house, I saw all the good reviews for this location and decided to try it. I was not disappointed. I worked with all 3 employees working there during my visit, and they were all very friendly and worked really hard to get my situation taken care of. Also, one of the employees went out of his way to help an elderly customer try to understand some things she was struggling with. I would--and have--gone again but am still struggling with tech issues related to the connection.
