Not yet familiar with the Lee store layout. I was promptly greeted and pointed in the right direction by a friendly employee. I got exactly what I came for and m projet was soon finished.

Every time I shop at Aubuchon in Lee I find what Im looking for and sometimes items I didnt realize I needed. Great store, knowledgeable and cheerful staff always willing to help. Very competitive pricing with a home town vibe.

I ordered online from As for the first time. Eric, the manager, was posted at the checkout. I wasnt sure of the process to pick up 10 bags of a Coast of Maine product. He was warm and welcoming as I approached with the question. He looked around and saw no one available to help. Without delay, he offered himself to help me in the yard load the bags. We got chatting about his products and before I knew it, he had loaded the bags into my trunk. Great customer service! Im an Aubuchon customer now!

I love going here, everyone is so friendly and helpful and the men don’t get all testosterone like when a woman is buying a new chain for her 20” chainsaw! 🤣 Always helpful and of course they have all of the good snacks lined up where you stand to wait in line to cash out! Love the Dot’s 🥨 pretzels!! 😉 Aubuchon always has the small items I am looking for that I can’t find in the big box stores.

I can never get any help from anyone they dont seem very friendly, I have spent close to a $1000 in there store and they always ask me if I have a rewards card... I say no but then they never offer me one or ask me if I would like one... poor customer service.

I fill my propane tanks at aubuchon hardware. Everyone there is always so polite and friendly. If your in the store looking for something they always ask if you need help . Great place to do business

Great store and Hoss our German Shepard also loves it. They have everything you need and the people are very special. They are always friendly and helpful. A pleasure to shop there .Also their plants in the Spring are beautiful, great price and they take care of them with a lot of care.

This place is amazing. I am constantly finding things you wouldnt normally expect at a hardware store. Today I found boat lower unit oil and pump. The footprint of the store is quite small, but they have so many things and it is well stocked. I work at a Lumber yard about 45 minutes away and I thought our store was well stocked, this place is unbelievable!! Very knowledgeable and courteous sales staff as well!!

These stores still feel like the old mom and pop hardware store. Everything you need at a reasonable price. Too bad there weren’t more of them around.

It pays to shop around before you do business at this popular hardware store chain. They were charging $6 more/ 10# bag of mole repellant then TS. Nothing like sticking it to the homeowner in need.

The Lee store has competitively priced quality products to meet your gardening, hardware, household and pet supply needs. The staff is professional, friendly, courteous and always willing to help you. I especially enjoy the beautiful garden flowers and plants, as well as a large variety of tools and landscaping products.

They have just about everything you need without the lumberyard portion (though they do have a few common size boards). Great for middle of the project, damn, I need one more of those... and a lot faster than going to Lowes. The staff us always helpful and friendly too.

I had gotten some Taco Bell the night before and I was almost layin heaters in my bean boots. But luckily I saw this hardware store as a perfect dump palace. Sorry to my dogs who went in after me but that toilet sure took some damage! Thank god for the plumbing section! Thanks Aubuchon!

Has that hometown hardware store feel. Decent selection of outdoor power equipment. They had what I needed and more. Appropriate amount of accessories to go with outdoor equipment a plea sent surprise.

Nice people to work with at the store. I had a can of Fix-A-Flat that malfunctioned, and unfortunately while I was tearing my house apart I lost the receipt. The gentleman said no problem, well make you a loyalty member and take care of everything. Another young man happened to see my retired Marine IDl, so I filled out paperwork and I now get a veterans discount on top of everything else! Great place, great people. Nothing more needs to be said !

The Eric Perkins and his staff are just exceptional. It is one thing to be able to find what you need to fix whatever is broken at home, but so much more when you consider their the staff here have the knowledge to fix the problem as well. Eric and his crew are also invested in their community. Eric recently purchased hamburgers and hot dogs for a local scout to raise money for his Eagle scout project - and then helped him set up sales in front of the store. All of the money raised went into the Eagle project and that in turn went back into the community. This store is kind, generous and exceptionally professional in the service they provide to the greater community of Lee, NH. Eric and staff... thank you so much for what you do!

This place almost always has what I am looking for, albeit at a slightly higher price than the big guys. I very much prefer the environment of the store much more also. The workers and management are very companant and knowledgeable. The garden section is all of high quality and the live plants are always healthy and cared for.

After explain to ng my dilemma, the clerk lead to a product he was confident I would be very pleased with the results. I made the purchase, to my delight the salesman was right. Always a great place to do business with. Sure, the big box stores are less expensive, but theyre further away, parking lots are a PITA to get in, around and out of and it seems to take forever to get to the area(s) of the store I need to (its like they change the layout depending on what my needs are...and not in a good way). Also, Aubuchon beats HD and Ls in areas of specific brands (what can I say, I like a specific kind of paint) and, when todays puzzle (i.e., obscure screw, funky washer, crazy bolt, nutty connector, etc.) has me between a rock in a hard place, Aubuchon has trays and trays full of selection...and I dont have to hike a mile to get to them. You cant go wrong with Aubuchon!

The prices are reasonable, and the customer service is excellent. They have a decent amount of stock of almost anything you would need in regards to hardware and garden stuff.

It has a decent selection and if I need something common for a job I’m working on it’s an easier trip than going to Lowes or Home Depot.

I like it better than Lowes or Home Depot because of the selection available in a small area, generally meaning that there is a better product selection process by people that know more about the use / value of the item.

Staff is friendly and usually helpful, but my experience is that they only have the item Im looking for about half the time. My suggestion is to call ahead or try Lowes ... or your trip to Aubuchon might just be wasted time.

Poor service at the paint counter. Formulas are saved on the computer but the clerk didnt have a clue. Took way too much time for only 3 gallons of paint,

One of the biggest Aubuchons what Iwe visited. Well equiped, well stocked for you home, garden, workshop or outside project. You better see it yourself. Staff pretty infotmative and helpful. They sharpen chainsaw chains.
