I had the best shopping experience at the Leeds Farmers Home Furniture. I came in not knowing exactly what kind of sofa I wanted, but with the help of your wonderful employee Kim I was excited to find the perfect one. She was helpful and patient while I tried out all of the sofas. She made me feel so comfortable and didn’t rush me into buying something I didn’t want. I will be doing all of my furniture shopping here in the future. This is definitely a store that I will recommend to my friends and family.

We went to buy a dresser only but had such fantastic customer service we purchased two complete bedroom sets. Once we received our furniture we were impressed with the quality and went back the following weekend to buy more. Misty, Brittany and Kim were all so helpful and made it a very pleasant experience. Also the two delivery guys went above and beyond making sure it was placed and set up to our satisfaction. We will definitely be back again

I purchased furniture before COVID-19 using the same as cash financing available at that time to avoid interest. At the point of sale the representative up sold me on a warranty that covered the repairs on the furniture I purchase including in home service repairs. After paying in full for the purchase, I found need to file the first warranty claim due to wear and tear covered under the policy. This was at the onset of the US COVID-19 pandemic so the warranty service calls were delayed as expected. It is now 2 years later and the claim is still outstanding.The current manager, Misty, has been amazing considering there has been a multitude of store managers since I made my purchase. I requested to speak to her manager and the only resolution he/she provided was for me to pay for shipping the material tomy new residence as I have moved 3 hours from their closest location. I find this unacceptable and also feel their recommendations at point of sale are predatory since I cant receive the service Ive paid in advance for not have a manager give me the courtesy of returning my call. I do NOT recommend this company!

Fantastic experience! Misty at the Leeds store was a huge help in selecting and placing an order for a couple of items - sofa and loveseat that was not on the floor. She took extra measures, plenty of time with us and zero pressure. We ordered on Tuesday, and delivery was just a couple days later. Flawless delivery as well. Everyone there was excellent to work with!

My family and I just moved to the area, we needed to furnish our entire house. The friendly staff helped us get everything we needed. I would recommend them before any other company.

The store had exactly what we needed and wanted. Fit to our every needs. The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager, Misty, was very kind and knew exactly how to answer every question we had. Worth visiting!!

Went to Farmers looking for furniture, not only did we find exactly what we were looking for, we also found a dining room set . Miss. Brittany and Miss Kim were are sale associate and the were fantastic. They were very knowledgable about the product that were were purchasing . Miss. Misty did our paperwork and she was very accurate and knew what she was doing, she set up our delivery date and was very thorough explaining our warranty . Do not shop here. I bought a adjustable bed at this location. The bed did not work the day they delivered it. I have been dealing with misty since first of March trying to get my bed fixed. They have never returned my call. Every time i speak to them either a part is being ordered or they cant get anyone on the phone. Ive called atleast 3 or 4 times a week trying to get this resolved. I bought this bed because Ive had several back surgeries and was told they are amazing to have for people with bad backs. Well I wouldnt know because mine has never worked.

Bought a 3 piece couch set two months ago. Bought it off the floor for a “discounted” price. The big couch didn’t have feet, and we were told the feet would be delivered to us soon and put on the couch. Two months later and several phone calls a week…. No feet. They lied one week saying they had them, obviously they didn’t. This week their excuse is that the truck broke down today. Seriously a joke. Sweet people, honestly, (other than the lying) but this is ridiculous.

I came in and bought two Oculus game sets. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back for my furniture purchases. ☺️

I purchased a stove and an oculus 2 from this Farmers. Service was very good and everybody is very attentive and very knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend them for your next purchase!

They close at 6. Two times I have tried to come browse for furniture for all rooms in my house. I have arrived between 5:30 and 5:45 to be rudely told that I don’t have much time. I simply walked away. I have no intention of keeping them past their closing time. There are too many furniture places willing to sell to me to be treated in this manner. They just lost the opportunity to furnish and entire house.

My sister purchased furniture a couple months ago, she passed away 2 weeks ago and this place was great about the whole situation. My sister purchased insurance when she bought it and I called to put in a claim and Farmers already did it. Every time I call, Donna is so nice. Donna knew my sister by her name not just a customer. Anyways great place to shop.

I live in Moody just 5 miles away from the store. I financed a bedroom set which is a rip-off deal by itself. The delivery was scheduled 2 weeks from that day on Saturday at 9 am and I should recieve a phone call to confirm the delivery. I waited until 11:30am nobody called or showed up. So I called the store and they said it will be there 4-5 PM. I waited until 6:30pm then the truck just showed up with the furniture all over the back of the truck missing the box spring. I refused to receive it as its.Monday I will go back to the store and cancel the deal. I honestly dont recommend this store or the company, they lack professional communication skills after the sale.

Cat was a very nice lady she helped me ordered what I wanted I was in and out in 30 minutes she was a blessing she mad sure that I hot what I wanted. I will go back for a love seat I saw they will be my furniture store as long as they are open. Thanks Cat

Predatory lenders...read the contracts very carefully.. predatory interest rates make it difficult to pay down balance. Also they will try to add additional financial products you dont need and are NOT required to purchase like insurance, adding a substantial amount of money to your balance. They arent doing you a favor, they are taking advantage. You should decline coverage and save yourself money. They refuse to fix it if it breaks even if you have insurance. They literally stalk you like predators! They show up at your home unannounced if you’re late on a payment. Then talk to you like a dog. Uncaring, unprofessional, rude, & demeaning. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with THEM AGAIN!

This was my first visit but I am definitely going to return when I have more time to look around. But what I did see was what seemed to be good quality furniture with generous price tags. Lets hope that is really the Case

Made a purchase and scheduled delivery to my new address. Items were delivered to the old address. I called and was told that the delivery drivers would be sent back out to deliver to the correct address. Never heard back from them. Customer communication needs improvement.

Although we didnt purchase our experience was awesome due to Kat. She was great. Answered all of our questions. If I would ever shop with Farmers Furniture it would be at this location because of her professional and personality.

Bought furniture over a week ago, and was told it was being loaded for delivery over 2 hours ago. Already sent back furniture we had leased due to a sudden move up here. Now our bedroom suite is gone and now we dont have the new one either. So now we have no have no bed I assume until Sunday since they are closed tomorrow. Thanks....

I purchased a used bedroom suite from them and yes it wasnt new but it was in good condition until the guys came out to bring it to my apartment and they damage it while setting it up I took pictures and took it to the store the next day and I even called. I was told that oh yeah we will take care if that and now today m told that they cant make it look pretty like it was. Well maybe I need to let them come and pick it up!

Went to Justice at the Grand River Outlet Mall before school started to get a backpack and lunch box for my granddaughters first day we were in there for over an hour if you have a tween go to Justice they have everything you could want at the same prices as Walmart and much more we had a ball.
