The manager Eddie is one cool dude! We were a little triggered after dealing with AT&T and the confusion regarding a replacement phone. Eddie took care of us. He didn’t get angry when my husband told him how he really felt:) He just held his own and even told us he understood our frustration. I haven’t see a volatile situation handled so effectively in a long time. We did wait a bit because he was with another customer but overall very satisfied with our experience here. Will do see Eddie again! Hell, might even have him over for a bbq:)

Went over there today to get my screen saver replaced and the lady told me I needed to go to Zagg. She reprinted my receipt for me to take over there. Once I was at Zagg I was told it cost $10 to have it replaced however when I purchased the screen saver I was told if I bought the $45 one it would be free to replace if I ever needed to. I called the lady at AT&T to let her know about the charge and she let me know that I was misinformed. I asked to for her DMs number she said she couldn’t give it to me I said I didn’t want his personal number just a business one I could use to reach him. Once again I was told no I asked if she could please let her DM know that I was a unhappy customer and to please call me. She said that the DM probably won’t call me I told her that customers are what pays his pay check and I would like a call back. The lady I was dealing with was very nice and I let know none of was her fault and thanked her for help

Showed up at 10:30am today (granted, without an appointment) to upgrade my phone. The store was closed and the doors locked. A sign on the door indicated that whoever was operating the place β€œwould be back” at 10am.I jumped online to set an appointment for 1pm that same day and went home.Came back at 1pm. Store was still closed with the same sign on the door saying they’d be back at 10am. Safe to say no one has been here for at least 3 hours.Ended up going to a different store. Bummer.

Long story short, we went to a different AT&T location and the manager acted like answering any of our questions was a complete nuisance. We decided to return to get our problem fixed at a different AT&T location, and we’re glad we did! We found out a number of things were either a) not done, or b) done incorrectly at the previous location. For example, I have a discount because of my job, and the lady at the previous location did not include it despite us asking about it several times. Eddie spent a couple hours making sure we got that ironed out, and a few other minor issues. We wish we’d come to him FIRST!

I show up at 11:15 AM and no one is there, no lights are on and wait for 15 minutes for some one to show up. The clock sign on the door even says it opens at 11 AM. I then check online what time it opens and it says 10 AM. Bad way to run a business.

I have been an at&t member for a few years now, i just ordered a new phone and got it in the mail and called in to activate the service on it. I called a different store and they were so helpful and activated my phone in 1 second. My sisters phone just came in and we called this store, we talked to 2 different people and they were extremely rude and not helpful what so ever. They would not active it and told us we could do it online but they both told us different websites and were not helpful at all. We still can’t figure out how to activate it. This store is not good lol

Stopped in to ask some questions about switching over to AT&T, and Chris was the only one in the store. He was juggling through several different customers, and stayed right on task with everyones needs. He got us all switched over, and made sure we were happy with everything before we left. Mind you, this was not an easy switch, as one out of the four phones being switched was in St. George. He made all the necessary arrangements with the St. George store, and everything worked out great. Chris deserves a big Atta Boy for his efforts!

David, the store manager at this location, informed me of new management, policies, agreements and integrated systems with corporate AT&T (which he is very familiar with due to years of experience). This is now so much like the great experiences I’ve had when working with corporate stores. I had a poor experience with a sales rep years ago at a retailer store, but that’s in the past now. David has earned my trust and my business. I highly recommend going to this location for the best experience, service and deals! :)

I’ve had mixed experiences at this store. I’ve chatted with Scott a couple times and he was freaking fantastic. Knocked it out of the park. I’m a little more tech savvy than the average Joe and he was able to chat with me about eSIM technology and other questions that no one else could answer. He even procured a trade-in phone for me that got me $1000 (in credits) off of my phone purchase. I am an extremely happy camper.I’ve had an experience with another sales rep in the store and the experience was not so smooth. It took him an hour to preorder a phone for me, and once that was done the SIM card in the current phone stopped working the next day and caused a huge hassle for another family member.From my experience it seemed like this was a new sales rep and an expected bump in the road when hiring new people. I get it, I’ve been there. He was friendly and nice...just new.I’d come back to this store in the future.

I do not remember the name of the rep (08/15/2019) that helped my elderly Mom out today with her iPhone group text delete issue but he was great! She ALWAYS insists on visiting this store. She purchased a 6 long charging cord for her iPhone as well. He was so patient and helpful. I had to drive her out of the way to visit this AT&T store instead of the more convenient one off of Main Street in Lehi given our errands for the day. She refuses to ever go to that establishment again as there was one sales rep that made her feel bad and very embarrassed for not understanding the technology.

I purchased two sets of air pods right before Christmas. When purchasing them, I was told that I could return them if needed as long as they were unopened. I ended up needing to return the unopened air pods and went to do so today. I was told that there was a 15 day return policy and it was day 17 so I couldnt return them. I told them that I wasnt made aware of this policy, that the air pods were unopened, and it was literally only 2 days outside of this unknown return period. Their manager begrudgingly told me that the 15 day policy is indicated in fine print on the back of my receipt. They had zero sympathy and could care less. I will not go back to this store and strongly recommend against purchasing anything from them.

I recently bought a head set with the option to return, decided it wasn’t going to do it for me. Went to return talking with them to find out why being friendly changed some things on my phone and said give it a try and bring the unit and charger shouldn’t be a problem. So I did still wasn’t working well for me went back to return it had a manager get snippy with me telling me well it wasnt me and we have to have the box. I went into the store to buy a phone. the first problem was they did not have the one we wanted. I think the biggest problem I have is the guys working there were very hard to differentiate them from someone who walked in from the street. just a couple of kids off the street. they were very cold and not very customer friendly. I wasnt sure they even worked there. I will not return to that store.

I offer a particular praise and thanks to AT&T employee Lance. Ive been treated well by other employees in this AT&T location, but typically ask for Lance when I can. Ive upgraded iPhones, managed my plan, and come in for tech support. When the occasion required Lance was able to get a hold of phone tech support to help with more.Ive used the 611 corporate customer service number for tech support but too often get disconnected (even in the midst of the issue) and no call back unless I ask for it up front; and even then seen the issue not fixed. The most recent issue was to troubleshoot AT&T NumberSync, and didnt have success until after working with Lance in the store.

Transferred my stuff, put on a new screen protector, even gave me 15% off on everything. Shes earning 5 stars because she looked into my data and I know I went over every month. She gave me a great deal that came with a discount for my DirecTV account.

Went in to get a new phone thats it. I didnt need a SIM card for i already had a micro SIM. Which had unlimited data being grandfathered in. I get the phone charge it up and I thought maybe it takes awhile for the data to come to me so I reset my phone 3 times and still no data I call 611 and guess what? My data was all removed... So my much for it being ready to use. Worst experience Ever

I was not pleased with how I was treated at this location. I went in to see if I had an upgrade yet. When I asked if they could check on that in the store the only employee replied that it would be ridiculous if they couldnt. He proceeded to ask for the phone number and just to clarify I asked if he wanted my phone number or the main number on the account. He replied well who is the upgrade for? The whole time I was there he had an attitude and was VERY unprofessional. Pretty sad that hes the manager.

My husband and I went into this store to get a phone upgrade for Christmas. Ryker helped us and after we left (and were 40 mins away from an AT&T store), we noticed that he didn’t even activate the phone properly!! Couldn’t call or text & receive calls or texts. Very disappointing. We left and he didn’t even activate the phone. πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ I swear you have to make a list of all the things that need to be done Before you go in or you will spend countless hours trying to fix their mistakes. He had one job to do and he was too focused on going home for the day.

The worst customer service ever. Whoever the manager is here that I kept working with, was terrible. I get it if you accidentally screw up, but dont lie to me and screw me over. First off, she accidentally ported my phone number over before we were ready so I had to use a burner phone for a few day, then she said she set us up on the top plan but when I called At&T they said I was signed up on the lower plan. When I confronted the manager about it she lied to me and said that she had it right all along. Ive only been with At&T a couple of months now but I have never wasted so much time with a phone company. Honestly you guys need to fire this lady because she doesnt know what shes doing and then you need to improve your customer service.

I think 1 star is far to generous. I could not wait until I can start writing again to warn others about this place. If you are the kind of person who is super-busy and depends on your phone for work, then run for the hills this is not the place for you. The customer service of this place is beyond incredible. I went to check on a phone and they talked me into upgrading to an iPhone 7, along with the ATT iPad. Not only I was there for 1:20 minutes to get that simple item but here when everything gets interesting.First the agent goes and tells me to download an app to transfer my contacts which he did not check it did not work. So all my contacts are now with a name and no numberSecond, somehow he forgets to let me know that I need to agree with the changes of the account and grabs the new phone, sets it inside the box and tells me, you are good to go. At the moment I was looking at some accessories so I completely trusted the assertion.I drove to the gym for Vball practice and then off the the home. So far the phone was still in the box. I set the phone to charge and hit the bed. Latter that night around 4:00 AM got up and have a stupid house accident which caused a deep cut in my right hand.While profusely bleeding went upstairs and grab the phone to call for help, to find out to my surprise the phone was not able to make any calls as it was not active in the ATT system.I tried calling 611 to request help and activate the phone but no luck, because internet calls are not even allow when the phone is not active. So my choices were call 911 and paid a pile of money or find another way to get to the hospital before I passed out.Contacted AT&T over chat and waited for almost 30 mintues with no success. Finally figure out to use my iPad to call an uber and message my girl over a paid phone voip app.The stress of that night was f. RIDICULOUS. Got 11 stitches and to make matters more interesting latter find out that I could not even return the phone at the AT&T store because they dont take back equipment from the retail store in Lehi.Finally when I got my old phone activated and of course spend quite of bit going over the missing work calls I got.Thanks a lot AT&T looking forward to leave your company after 12 years of loyal customer.

I sighed up for service being told my monthly bill would be 80 plus tax per month. 5 days later, I get a bill for 227 and was told the store was incorrect in telling me my bill was supposed to be 80. The store was unhelpful and now AT&T is trying to stick me with a 227 dollar bill for 6 days of service.
