Sales person Ryan couldnt have been any more disinterested in helping, he wasnt wearing a mask yet plastered on the main doors was some of the largest Wear a mask lettering Ive seen. All of the secretaries had masks on and the other one made me use hand sanitizer before completing the transaction..

I am from a research institute in the Northwest Territories of Canada, Aurora Research Institute. I had an unusual and time consuming request, involving small quantity seed packaging (Difficult, and not lucrative for the company, plus, we are working on unusual problems like planting on melting permafrost Arctic Ocean coastlines). Granite Seed and Erosion Control could not have been more generous: Responses over email and all communication was prompt, friendly, and compliments to their botanical knowledge! Thank you to Granite Seed and Erosion Control for their interest and time; all was way above expectation. I will write an additional review when I receive my order, however, I was so happy with their customer service I wanted to write immediately.

Very high priced seed. Sent me out with defective seed spreader and not yet replaced. Did not return phone call. Like other Google review, appear to dislike working with relatively small customers even though my order approached $500.

Worst company Ive ever worked with! Treated me like I didnt matter because I dont buy enough seed. Told me one price and charged another. Disappointed in management. Id never come here again. Id use Steve reagan seed or john deere landscape for seed. They seem to know more about seed and care about customers!
