I am very sorry they are closing, but that is no reason for bad service. I purchased a good amount of things and I want some balloons but I felt so rushed. I got just one graduation balloon and it was so badly done that it didnt make through one night. When I got home from store the balloon looked like it was days old. I was really sad. Specially these days once we cant do much for your Highschool graduates!

This was my first time coming to this location, and I hate to give anything less than 4-5 stars, but hopefully this review can be beneficial to management. I came in to get a couple hundred dollars worth of large balloons for the grand opening of a business nearby. Unfortunately they happened to be out of the colors we were looking for, which wasn’t a big deal, but when I asked for help from employees there wasn’t much they were willing to do. I asked if they could check stock in another location or if we could get some ordered, but all 3 employees near me said they couldn’t do either. I asked when more would be in stock and they didn’t know and didn’t offer to try to find out. I then drove over to Zurchers, who also happened to be out of the same colors, but they offered a work around with some complimentary colors and different style of arrangement. I’m happy to give this location another chance and edit this review if my next visit turns out to be better! Hope this helps.

This is where we go for our party supplies. Its always clean, well organized, and the staff is always cheery. If youre going to come here for Halloween, make sure you get in here early in the month, as they do get busy and start to sell out of stock. Other than that, they seem to always have what I was looking for.

Terrible customer service. Clearly the person I called to discuss an order with was too inept or too lazy to help me. When I asked for them to place an order for a few table cloths he said “they don’t offer that”. He made it really easy to take my business to their competition at Pioneer Party who were more than willing to help.

Partyland is my ALL TIME FAVORITE! The employees are always so helpful and happy and try to make sure you leave the store happy and with everything you could possibly want. Loving all the cute new product, and they always make sure to have the cutest decorations and balloon bouquets. You guys are amazing, Keep up the great work and those pretty smiles. Thanks for making me feel apart of the Partyland Family. :)

I had very positive experiences at the stores in both Lehi and Springville. When I went to look for a costume piece, the associates helped me find exactly what I needed. I also bought some butcher paper and candy, and everyone was very helpful.

Really disappointed in their customer service. They have very poor customer/guest service. Acting like you are inconveniencing them by making them work. There werent many shoppers in the store at the time. All 3 staff members were behind counter talking to each other. I asked about envelopes on arriving. They curtly said weve never carried those. Then when I asked about balloon prices (which I did order a bouquet) they acted put out to do their job. Courtney(the cashier who rang me up and helped me) rolled her eyes when I asked the total of the balloons and said I already gave you the prices. We will not be back to the store.

Great selection of costumes and if youre looking to create your own they have everything you need.

These guys saved my life! I was throwing an event at Thanksgiving point and needed a bazillion balloons inflated. They inflated all of the balloons, made them into bouquets, bagged them, and saved me at least 2 hours of work.I highly recommend these guys!

Is customer service dead? I’m sad to report that at Partyland Lehi it is. Today not only were they not willing to help, but they were extremely rude about it. All over the few penny’s they wanted to make on balloons. I called ZURCHERS just down the street and they were more than happy to accommodate and were completely kind about it. Sad to bid Partyland bye bye.

Aisles are not named, so it can be tricky finding what youre looking for, however, associates were more than helpful.

NEVER GOING BACK!!! I rented some chairs for an event last fall. I sent my husband to pick them up. They were filthy... covered in mud and grass. I had no choice but to use them. After paying so much I had to clean them BEFORE we used them. I thought to call a manager and express my frustration of having to deal with that unexpected task right before my guests arriving, but I never did.I dont know why but I have been back since. Today I went in and asked to exchange some un open/unused table covers and skirts. The girl told me they would do returns with receipts only and NO exchanges. I was asking for the exact same product in a different color. This place has ZERO idea of what customer service is.

Good place for plastic cups and paper plates

Had everything we needed to trash our friends car after his wedding. They suggested that they filled up the balloons we bought...and laughed with us when we brought them back when we couldnt blow them up ourselves.

Always go here for my party needs. The staff is friendly and I love the price of their balloon bouqets.
