This guy its not a real mechanic. Neither a small engine repair place. And careful because now he is the owner of 2Js the Napa place. Ask for his mechanic diploma and maybe he shows you a course certification from 2010. NOT A REAL Mechanic.

Mr Renner. You were informed that your machine was not ready for delivery. You were very very adamant to take the machine weather we liked it or not. You were advised that the machine needed to be adjusted as the motor was just installed and needed calibration. You refused the service and indicated that it wasnt a problem. You turned on the machine, you cut the grass at our yard, and you indicated that it ran perfect. What you did to it after you took possession? We have no clue. Not to mention, you admitted not verifying the oil in your machine which led to the motor seizing and we still worked with you to ensure you as a customer were happy and pleased. Thank you sir for your time.

A nice auto garage in which they fixed my f-150 also. Prices r reasonable also.

Took care of two mini bikes for me fast & efficent. Small family shop that is willing to help every step of the way, id totally recommended this shop!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! AVOID!!!! I took 2 mini-bikes there for repair, they had them for two weeks and didnt even look at them. Apparently they only have one Mechanic in the entire busy shop who is slower than molasses and was clueless how to fix my bikes. After much frustration I finally picked my bikes up without being repaired. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR AND FIND A SHOP THAT WILL ACTUALLY BE PROFESSIONAL AND GET THINGS DONE, THESE CLOWNS WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!

Couldnt find it no phone answer 🤷🏻‍♂️( BAD)

I brought my lawn mower in for repair, after several months, I was told it needed an air filter, then while still at their shop, it developed an oil leak, $634.00 later I picked it up. After 10 Minutes of running, the engine froze up, they forgot to put oil in the motor, after 2 more months, and $800.00 more, I got it back and it shreds drive belts, They will not work on it anymore and now I must take them to court.
