I want to say to Kyle thank you so much for your help this past Sunday. He put me at ease. And he was very professional I was so stressed out far from home when I was driving my tire literally blew up I never seen a tire do that before. And I just got four new tires in May. He was very kind to me. And told me he would make sure I was safe and I would be fine to drive home. If I would of been on I-75 driving 70 I probably wouldnt be here now. Thank you Kyle for everything you did!
My husband called as soon as they opened this morning and the girl rudely answered the phone and immediately placed him on hold. After waiting for over 10 minutes he hung up and called back. She answered almost immediately. She told him they don’t do appointments on Sundays and only take walk-ins and that it was already a busy Sunday. He said okay I’m wanting to know if you have 4 tires available for my vehicle before I come all the way down there. She said, “like I already told you sir I have a line in front of me, and you can come wait with everybody else”. We’ve used them once before with great customer service but never will again because of her.
Ok so things we not perfect but in the end both Nancy the manager and Mike the associate did their very best. Love the tires!! They like most places are understaffed and my time was the issue. They made it right and I would go back.
I have moved to this area only recently. I needed service to my tire sensor. Price was what I expected after doing research. I am pleased with the services and employees.
I have used tire kingdom for all my needs since I was 20 now 50, I have referred people to them all the time. I will no longer do business with Lehigh store again I dont care that I have warranty. I cant believe that since geo and Gabriel have left the place has gone to hell. So from now on I will go to tire choice just down the road and pay them to fix the mess. And auro sales person needs an education on how to treat customers. I witnessed on a different occasion when she was rude to customers but today she picked the wrong one only loveable person there is Alfred . I give the rest thumps down 👇
Never again, made an appointment for 230 pm and waited over an hour and then was told i was 4th in line. this was at 340 pm so i asked for my keys and left. why make appointments if they cant keep them. they didnt even seem to care so i will take my business elsewhere. so they loose a $625 sale for 4 tires.

I went to tire kingdom due to my front right tire. They told me they couldnt let me leave on the front left tire due to how bad it was so they instead gave me a free front left tire and found a nail in one of my back tires and patched that for me as well. I appreciate their work, kindness, and effort they put into their job. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know now.
Would not recommend at all. I would give zero stars. Usually, I do not write reviews or make a big deal of things but I had a horrible experience. I was there at 1:15 for my 1:30 appointment for wheel alignment and oil change. The car was parked outside by one of the employees at 3:40. It was just sitting in the parking lot and no one told me any updates. I had to get in line to ask what is going on if the car is done or it it’s waiting for something else. The lady said that the oil change is done and it’s waiting for wheel alignment and it may take another hour. So at 4:10, I told them I had to go. They brought the car back and did not even park it correctly in the spot. I paid for the oil change and left. I used to bring all my cars here but I would not come back anymore because 2 plus hours is excessive for an oil change. On top of that I was not going to wait another hour for alignment. The staff is rude and there is zero customer service. Will find another place to take all of my business vehicles and personal vehicles from now on.

Please please please advise that this location is busy all the time and I recommend leaving your car and pick it up the next day if you can. Granite I do have the luxury to do so and I am sure they would appreciate it if you can have some patience. With that being said these guys are awesome dropped my car off 2 times and everything has been professional. I have had the luxury of working with Geo the manager as well as Gabe and Jon. All of these gentlemen have treated me like family so give them some patience and bet that they will do all they can for you.God bless you guys and all you do.

The customer service was awful. I called on Friday to ask If I would need an appointment to have my car serviced on Saturday. I was told that they didnt have any appointments however if I come at 8am they could work me in. I took the car in before 8 am and waited for them to open. I was told they would call once they check the car. I explained that I didnt live in the area and would need the car back so I could return home. At 1pm I realized that no one had called with an estimate so I call them to find out what was going on. The agent said they had not looked at my car yet and depending on what service I need I couldnt get my car until Monday; with an attitude. She acted as though I had done something wrong for asking if my car would be ready when I had already told her I needed to drive back home. She wasted my time when I could have gone somewhere else if she had been honest.
Terrible place! Over priced and they never do the work correctly. I stopped going to tire kingdom years ago for this same reason and decided to give them another chance but they did the same thing as before. Lie lie lie and say they did work they never did.
This place use to be good with service now. I got here early my appointment was at 2:30 and waited and hour if I didn’t say anything my car would be parked waiting. Not going here again
Had 4 tires installed on my truck. According to the monitor I used to sign out on, it said the time it took to install my tires exceeded the time they had projected. I think they were shorthanded, honestly. The gentleman I dealt with in the lobby was very courteous and professional, and he kept me updated on the progress. It was good service.
I called his place twice to know how much it would cost to program TPMS sensors. (I have already brought the sensors). They said 20 bucks for each sensors. So total 80 for all 4. Then when I went there they wanted to charge me $236 for labor. Thank you for wasting my time.
I really feel they are a zero. I ORDER TIRES THAT THEY SO CALL LOST AND KNOW ONE COULD TELL ME ANYTHING AFTER WAITING TWO WEEKS. I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH HOW THEY DO BUSSINES AND WILL NEVER COME BACK. ITS NOT WORTH THE TIME, PLUS THE SERVICES WAS AWFUL.
I took my Toyota in yesterday for 2 new tires and Gabe was working the front desk and he was very pleasant! They were packed and managed to get me in and out in an hour and a half. They even checked my back tires as I drive on 75 daily. Kudos to Tire Kingdom and their staff! I will be bringing my car back!

I’ve visited this location twice, first for a flat tire on my vehicle and I was so pleased with the customer service I decided to return to have my partners car serviced. When you aren’t familiar with car maintenance the customer service is what sticks with you. The only thing that brought me back was a young man at the desk by the name of “Gabe”. Where most tire Kingdom experiences are short and non-personable Gabe made me feel welcomed and informed. So much so, the normally terrible wait was bearable and pleasurable because of his excellent communication skills and ability to make your customers feel comfortable. He is definitely an asset to the store.
Let me begin by saying that 1 star rating is way too much for this location and that Im a business owner that has always brought our company cars to get serviced to this location. Today I came by the store to have them check my tires because they have been wearing out faster than they should. Keep in mind that I have been in that store more than 3 times in the past year or so for them to check the alignment (which I DONT recommend you to come here at ALL). While Im talking to Nacy Lasaponara which is the store manager (by the way she has a very NASTY attitude) she tells me that I havent been in the store for any alignment work at all. I guess she started to get aggravated when I started to give her facts about my visits there, and that other customers were listening to our conversation, her temper started to rise after that point. It is very clear that this particular store is manipulating the reason for your visits here, so that when you come with a problem they dont have to take ownership of any warranty of any problems you might have. I asked her to give me all that record that I have signed and she refused to do so. All of this was happening in front of other customers, which by the way one of them told me that Im right because he is going through the same problems with them. In my opinion Nancy Lasaponara should get FIRED from Tire Kingdom and I hope this post reaches headquarters.
Gabe and Nancy are fabulous, I’m so happy to be one of their most valued customers, or so I feel everytime I’m there. What wonderful service and such a wonderfully clean location!!
Good thing about this store Tire Kingdom is that they always have sales buy 3 get the 4th one free and thats a good help highly recommended to anyone.

I went today to Firestone mechanic right here in lehigh Acres fl. And i found that i was totally wrong about Firestone mechanic shop. Because in the pass i heard bad things about this business and now after I been welcome to this store and my car been fixed I can tell the hole would this place have the best price and service in the hole world. So come to the store and see by yourself.

Pretty convenient got a four set of tires for my Toyota Camry same day very reasonable price the staff was awesome masks socially distant everything was clean. Definitely if you have any car troubles bring into these guys they got to feed their family they need the work so lets show support .
They took very good care of my 15 year old vehicle. I was there a little longer than I wanted to be however they got the work done.

Super disappointed today. Usually go to Tim Dodge Firestone but they didn’t have my tires so tried Tire Kingdom. Booked an 8:30 appointment. I arrived before doors were supposed to open at 8. I was there 7:55, along with 2 employees waiting for the doors to open. I stood there until 8:30 which was my appointment time and the store still was closed. I ended up being late to work, I needed these tires because I was on a spare. The only shining light was Bryant who works there that I left my keys to my car with (while store was still unopened) because I had to go. What made matters worse was that I bought 4 new tires, then was charged for the alignment and after expressing the ordeal to Gabriel from work while I was on lunch, he seemed uninterested until I asked for a coupon to help. Upon paying, it was a 10 dollar discount haha. This was my first and last time. Should’ve stuck to Tim Dodge, I understand no company’s perfect but Tire Kingdom were too nonchalant about it, like it was normal and I should accept that. Too many alternatives to go to for tires to have that service. I’ve worked customer service, been a supervisor and so on, this wasn’t a great representation of customer first. Store manager or whoever’s in charge should check the cameras to see a customer even left, I don’t know how many more did after I departed.

Typically I don’t believe sales and honesty go hand in hand, however after coming to this TireKingdom they made me feel very confident that everything purchased was necessary. The manager helping me took me into the back to even show me. Never had someone offer that option to me in the past. 5 weeks later car is running great. Thanks
My appointment was at 8 am and it was 9.30 already and they havent started my car yet. And the mechanics were working on other car before mine and that wasnt right if i didnt tell them something i would be there another 2 or 3 hours more. I will not be going there no More.

This is the most unprofessional place Ive ever been too. They are not very informative about parts or labor. $110 for Engine diagnostic with no physical report to print out of what actually caused the engine light to come on. The actual engine light response diagnostic is unclear to me! I was told I needed a thermostat & a gasket which I approved them to replace and paid for. I was told the technician physically checks the car and determines what needs to be fixed.......

With being new to the area and not knowing which tire locations are best, I took to which ever was the first place open. I was not prepared for the great customer service I received. Gio was exceptionally inviting and made sure I was taken care of. His cleanliness was appreciated given the current global situation. I see myself coming back in the foreseeable future for some new rims.
This shop damaged my mercedes and they dont know how to install tires.my tire went flat over night through the valvle.i paid for tpms repair kit in the installation package. not sure if they put it on wrong or didnt even bother replacing it with the new tire.i called the next day to see if they could get me into fix it and they said they were double booked i would have to go to another shop to fix their f up. no problem as i dont trust them to even fill the washer fluid except the other tirekingdom stores couldnt even get the wheel off .the stores claim the wheel lugs were over torqued and caused cross threading to my wheel hub.the service manager GEO refused to appolagize or offer any compensation for the damage. i filed an insurence claim....on another instance they charged me to replace a tire under manufactures road hazard warranty. save yourself a headache and avoid this lehigh trash
Gio, the gm and his employees were extremely accommodating. Unfortunately after the repair other systems began to run poorly. It was a complicated fix that needed a lot of part removal to fix the original issue. Pleasant folks tho.
I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who was very pleased with his service from Gio. He purchased a set of four tires, breaks, and rims and Gio guided him on the process and explained everything to him with no hesitation. He was very accommodating and patient. Hard to find nowadays in customer service!!! Thank you Gio.

Geo and his team were awesome! Geo was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process to us. He answer any questions we had. The level of customer service was exceptional.My husband purchased brand new tires and rims from another tire shop. That is when our nightmare began, the tires were not balanced correctly and the tires were not put on the rims like they should have been. Geo and his team helped us fix what they other place did not do correctly. He knew we were skeptical to spend more money to fix them, but he talked with us and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this branch to anyone who needed tires.
10/12: I called yesterday and asked for their soonest appointment for an Alignment & Tire rotation. They advised they were booked all morning, but had availability at 2pm & scheduled the appt. Today, I arrive @ 1:55pm and Im currently still sitting here (3:02pm). Just about everyone that arrived after me has left and Im still here. It took them 30 minutes just to take my car back & rotate the tires. Then moved my car to the side to await on the alignment for an additional 1 1/2hrs. I expressed how I was referred to this location after having a bad experience at the Tire Kingdom in Fort Myers and evidently this is how they all operate. They take care of you when youre presently spending money. However, they disregard you if youve already paid up your services for the year. Its unacceptable and disappointing to say the least. Ive paid up services for 3 years (Alignments, Tire rotations, Full tire purchases and more). It appears the service never gets any better. Spend the extra money and take your car somewhere else where youre valued as a customer and appreciated where your money is spent. Ive been here for 2 hours and had a scheduled appointment. Job complete at 4:02pm.10/19: Tire Kingdom responded. I submitted my information as requested. I will update review with the outcome.11/21: UPDATE! Its been an entire month and Ive yet to hear back from them. Not to mention, they didnt bother to balance the tires they rotated. I realized when getting on the highway the other day for the first time and my wheel is shaking like crazy. AGAIN!! Dont waste your time or money with this company!
Quincy and the Tire Kingdom staff were great. My car had a flat on the road around 7:30 at night. Called Tire Kingdom. They ordered the specialty tire from Naples and waited until 8:30 for the tow truck to bring my car over. I had a brand new tire on my car by noon the next day. Reasonable price for service and just as good as my dealership. Great service.
Definitely my new favorite go to automechanic shop in the area. Tim was awesome and the staff up front were very accommodating.
The staff was pleasant but that’s about all. The have no sense of urgency and they try to up sell you every chance the get. I came in for 4 tires at 8am. My truck was on a lift at about 10:30 and at about 2:00 they told me that they wanted to change the brakes too but STILL my tires was not done. I sat in the lobby for 9hours! Just don’t going if you have things to do.
I do not think that they care enough about customers. The one on Lehigh Acres only. I waited for 5 hours and the work is not completely done.

I had 3 choices, I called and spoke to Tom to see how busy they where and decided to go there. I was greeted at the door and Santos took care of me. $35 for what I was preparing to pay $200 for and I was in and out in 45 minutes! The crew where supper nice. Clearly my $and time where valued! This will allow me to return! THANK YOU!
I called to make sure they had the tires I was looking for before making the drive the guy was sure he could get them from the wear house. I arrive and they said it was too late but yet ! Nobody even bothered to pick up the phone to maybe set up something for another day they made me drive all the way over here for what for nothing . communicate with your customer I would have set up something for Monday but not after they made me drive out for nothing I COULD HAVE DONE THAT ON THE PHONE !

On 5/22/20, I arrived at Tire Kingdom in a state of panic, however, leaving there was a totally different story/ experience. I had just driven in from Atlanta with the last two hours of the drive on my back rear tire, with low pressure. Along the way, I would stop to put air in the tire at different gas stations, just for it to seep out slowly as I attempted to get to my final destination, Lehigh Florida. Nevertheless, Geo, the store manager, was not only able to diagnose the problem, but took care of the issue even though I came right at the close of business. To top it off, what really impressed me is the fact that he said, if he was traveling from out of town on a bad tire, he would want someone to assist him. For someone to put themselves in someone else’s shoes, is such a kind act and shows great compassion/empathy. Not only did he rectify the issue, but he made my day and eliminated the worry/stress of being out of town on a bad tire (that’s not the way to start a vacation/trip). Thanks Geo for your assistance! Ray is a great service writer, the techs are very diligent and I trust these guys 100%.Went back today (4/14/21) for a 2pm appointment to have alignment checked. I was done by 2:45. Seems to be running like clockwork there as always. I have their alignment package and there were no issues... Alignment was needed, they let me know it was needed, seen I had the alignment package and it was done. Great service.

Service is very slow. If you speak Spanish youll get right in. I left my car for simple oil change at 7 am with a scheduled appointment didnt get finished until 3 pm. If you are not right there they will forget about you.

I am usually not one to write reviews, but I was very pleased with the service provided. The manager seemed very knowledgable and honest. Took a little while to get my truck in the bay, but what do you expect at a very busy store on a Monday. Once my truck was back there, the mechanic took the time to come up front and ask the manager to bring me back there so I could see with my own eyes the issues going on.. Probably shouldve brought it in sooner, but I am glad I brought it to them. Id call for an appointment next time too.
I JUST MOVED TO LEHIGH FROM NYC, MY MOM SENDS ME TO GET AN OIL CHANGE IN HER HONDA AND NOT BEING FROM HERE WAS A TASK ON ITS OWN, I SPOKE TO GILLERMO THE STORE MANAGER AND HE MADE IT PAINLESS. HE SHOWED ME EVERYTHING THE CAR NEEDED AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE TO GIVE MY PARENTS SO THEY COULD COME BACK IN AND GET WORK DONE. THANKS FOR BEING UNIQUE AND NOT BEING PUSHY!!!
I would give a zero star if I could. They charged my daughter $118.58 to put in a light bulb. Her rear brake light was out, so we told them to just replace it while they were rotating her tires. When we returned we received a bill of $118.58 to put in a light bulb!!!! Something we usually do and it takes about 2 minutes. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Needless to say we DO NOT recommend.

Typically Geo is my go to person here. When we dropped our truck off he was straight forward about it possibly being too big for the mount in order to do the wheel alignment, but we agreed to try and see what happens. Geo calls me about a hour later to tell me that the truck needed the tie rods replaced, its a easy enough fix for me so I decided to do it myself and save the$400+ that they charge. Once I was done I took the truck back and Geo assured me that it would be done the next day. Now I get a call because supposedly the bushings are bad. Geo had said it needed the tie rods, we replaced the tie rods and all of the sudden it has bad bushings? Why is it that this place always finds something wrong with the cars that are brought in? Surprising that the bushings went bad in a 10 mile round trip from the shop to my house and back, especially since the mechanic, Geo and myself all looked at the truck together prior to replacing the tie rods and the bushings were fine. I wont be returning here. Steer clear of this place and make sure you have some mechanical knowledge before bringing your car here. My neighbor came for a oil change and left paying $400 for a new alternator. Cant trust anyone these days.
These people are great I went in there and they treat me like a true customer.I stopped going there because I had a bad experience with one of the sales guys and swore to never come back.I drive by the place every morning and noticed the sign said under new management so decided to give it a wirl. The counter guy were awsome and service was great.they took me out to my car and showed me what was wrong with my brake pads(very hands on). I felt like family. Nice warm greeting when I walked in and best of all they worked on the price and left with a good deal.I can see all these bad reviews and honestly tell you to give these guys another try because the quality of work has changed 180 degrees. Keep up with the good work and see you guys for my next oil change ;-)
Went in for a oil change and like always took forever!!!!! Why even set an appointment?? I had to step outside to make sure they rotated my tires which they did not. So I politely asked to do so and again wait! Its all good if you have time to drop your car off. Staff is ok, I do however like the fact that you get the 20%off of your car wash next door only reason why I come.
My step daughter was there tonight and tires are good but the installer was dirty and stained the seat, greassy fingers marks on all rims, all sweaty and wet installer sit in the car and touch steering wheel and seat and gets everything dirty. Not too happy. Wish I could add photos. Edited, My step daughter came back with tire light ON so I send her back to have the guys turn it off. The first employee tells her that it is normal after new tires and its going to stay like that from now on. B.S. so I call to tell them about that and I talk to Ray. They take the car back and calls me back saying that the tire sensors batteries are dead and she needs new sensors. These sensors were working before she brought the car there and now Ray wants to give me a discount on new sensors. WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS.......... BEWARE.

These guys where able to find me a tire for my smart car in half an hour from the time a tow truck pulled me in, get it in my car and get me on my way. Way less expensive than taking it to the smart center or Mercedes. They were very honest and helpful when I was upset because now I was significantly late for work. I worked mostly with Tom, the manager, but the mechanic that actually worked on my car came in to introduce himself and let me know what was going on.This location is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me!
Over the phone I asked for information in regards to upgrading my wheels. Was placed on hold for so long i gave up. Very disappointed. First and last time for this company.

Same day service. Honors coupons and even assisted with finding the best deal for my oil change with tire rotation. Customer service is outstanding as evidenced by letting me know about future issues and costs. Service was complicated in a timely manner and communication was excellent. Staff took care of my needs and I didn’t feel as if I was being scammed. This is a very efficient location.
Weekends are the busiest days for them, by far. A 2-hour estimate turned into 8 hours, from 11am to 7pm. They hadnt even called me, I had to walk in just before they closed and ask why I had to wait so much longer then what they told me. The manager was very accommodating and discounted the final price, which is the only reason I gave it anything above two stars.
Ive gotten my tires here for over 10 years. For the most part they are reliable. They are bit heavy on the up-sell. I know it is their job to try and get more business, and I respect that. But sometimes they can be pushy and they can exaggerate a bit.I appreciate the early hours and the weekend hours. And they sell good products.

They do usually have a wait, but they really do get you in and out as fast as they can. I have always been really happy with the service I get there.

Bad place to go. They ripped off my 19 years old daughter after breaking a sensor and want to charge her for new ones. Ray is taking advantage of young poor girls.
