I have used PoolKeepers for many years for general purpose items. They have always met my needs and if they didnt have something I needed they worked hard to find it. A couple of days ago, my pool pump blew up. I called and got the best service ever. From MOM and Jennifer doing the up front work to John doing the actual replacement of the clock and pump - mostly in the rain, all done very timely and professionally. You deserve 25 stars. Everything from recommendations to resurfacing all the way on through to clean and caring for your pool this place can do. we used to have them come out and clean our pool all the time unfortunately due to hurricane taking our pool enclosure they can no longer clean our pool because their company policy is they dont clean pools that dont have a screen enclosure thats the only thing that I could say I have a slight negative remark to make about but I understand completely its extremely hard for the prices they charge (which is not expensive at all) to keep a pool maintained if its not properly enclosed. so I can kind of understand why they had to drop us as far as cleaning and caring for our pool however they have been a godsend and helping me take care of the pool myself. from testing the water for free to tell me exactly what it is the pool needs to step by step instructions on how to fix any problems that arise with the maintenance of the pool or the chemicals. need a new filter theyve got it if they dont they can get it. need a new pool pump theyve got the right thing for you they can tell you exactly what you need based on the dimensions and depth of your pool. definitely a family atmosphere and they make you feel like family every time you come there. whats even more amazing if they know that you can find what you need on Amazon or someplace else cheaper than what they have they volunteer that information to try to save you money. some may say thats crazy I say thats good business because they will forever as long as I have a pool home have myself and my family as repeat customers.

They started with good service but it went sour with the new tech. The pool was open while we waited for the contractor to replace ther mansard cage so ther leaf basket had to be emptied weekly. The new tech didnt think to check the basket so we emptied it. Ok. Then he changed out the filter but didnt get the cover lined up and water leaked out. When I messaged the office their response was to get indignant then QUIT. We were shocked by such dramatic and unprovoked behavior.

Pool keepers have been taking care of the pool, at my vacation home in Lehigh, for almost 2 years. I live about 1550 miles away in Canada so having people that are trustworthy is very important to me.The pool is always in sparkly good shape every time I go there.They have also provided me with good contact info for other trades needed to keep the house in good shape.I strongly recommend them for your pool needs.

Their customer service is unsurpassed exclamation part Ursula is the bomb. Definitely recommend and as a broker of multiple properties will be using them for all my pool properties needs.

I would give less than one star. After leaving a not for him in case I wasnt here, explaining that I swam in it for the first time in months yesterday and that it was in need of a good cleaning, with a disclaimer of I dont mean to be a pain, and thanking him at the end, he was here, so I walked out. Never got to say a word when he started screaming at me. He scared me and I am in tears as I write this. He may be the owner, but I have never in my life had a business owner or any other man yell at me like that. Never had a problem with any of his employees work, just one time when he came and left the paper checking off what he did, which wasnt done, because I was in the house while he was here, I called his office to ask about it. I would NEVER ever recommend this man who could scream at and scare a woman like that to do any work for anyone.
