I noticed when I walked in the environment was much more classy than your usual pawn shop vibe, they had an amazing firearm selection and were very helpful! If I could I would be giving this place a NO STAR BUT WASNT GIVEN THAT OPTION...This place is a scam in progress, went to go buy ammo & my spouse had to step out cause the place smelled & was giving my spouse a headache, I paid for a box of 150 American Eagle Green Tip Ammo & Two 20 boxs of American Eagle Ammo, got a phone call from work so I didnt check to make sure all the Ammo was in the bag, get home & my spouse ask if I only brought one box of 20 American Eagle Ammo Box cause there was only one box of the 20 Ammo in the bag, we look everywhere in our vehicle to make sure it didnt fall anywhere, we more than triple checked our whole vehicle & it wasnt there, so called First Pawn Jewelry & Loan II LLC to advance them that they had forgot to put one of our boxs of the 20 American Eagle Ammo in the bag, all they did was give us the run around on how they didnt know, so my spouse called the Lee County Sheriff to file a complaint & we were advised that this isnt the first time that this business has done this, they should be ashamed, my family will no longer go there to get robbed by these people, with all the hurt going on in the world right now & they have the audacity to be doing this to people, this is to the people who work there u should be ashamed of yourselves but just remember karma will come back around & the same way yallve hurt people will eventually catch up to you, & please unless your the owner, the real owner of this establishment we dont want to hear from you cause in the end all the people who are there all they do is find a way to take advantage....

Would definitely give 0 stars if possible I went in there yesterday to purchase ammo and was told I wasn’t old enough at 18 YEARS OLD to purchase ammo which is completely untrue because under the gun laws in Florida legally at at I’m allowed to purchase rifles and rifle ammo including the shotgun ammo I tried to purchase . Extremely unhappy so I went to another pawn shop and gladly spent 200 dollars on ammo . They deserve that money more than first pawn . I hope you guys close down ...

Took a gold chain to pawn and they guy told me It wasnt real. So I took it down the road they did the test and it was on top of that I got more money that what this people offer me. My chain was real gold 100%. This people need to get a little bit more training.

Had the best experience with First Pawn and Juan helped me out actually gave me a loan for Alaskan Placer gold that was pure gold that I had from purchasing online. Juan was very helpful indeed.I made a mistake and went to Capital Pawn and was insulted and told my gold was silver gold plated. Clearly the kids at Capital Pawn are clueless of what gold is or even be educated to know the difference of gold and gold plated silver lol.Also First Pawn gives you the option to pay my loan and in a weeks time to the date you pay half the interest rate Capital Pawn wont do that.So please if you have any gold you want a loan on or want to sell go to First Pawn first please you wont regret it!Sincerely Joe B.

Just got my rifle back today. I was blown away by the professionalism both times I came in. Both times I had the same gentleman. I sadly cannot remember his name but he was outstanding (bald guy very professional). First stop in I sold my PS4 games and was offered a better price than GameStop offered and was offered a great price on my PS4 but I just couldn’t part with it. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

I first stopped by First pawn in Naples a couple years ago. I was immediately impressed by the neat and tastefull display of a dazzling array of merchandise. Be prepared to spend some time there to view the wide and varied selection. There is something for anyone. You dont have to look around for help either. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, highly competent and courteous.I can say from personal experience you will be impressed and see First Pawn is in a class of its own. First class.

First Pawn is first class all the way. Great stuff and great people. I was surprised all the salesmen inside were wearing ties, and always do. At their grand opening in Lehigh, they had free food and beverages. I noticed when some (obviously) homeless guys walked up, they were treated with the same respect as everyone else and were fed and given cold water to drink. They were treated with dignity and smiles. Talk about helping community and a first impression, to me, those little things say a lot.
