While a distracted cashier mainly focused on a phone call took my order, she rung up and had me pay for product other than what I ordered. Instead of correcting her mistake she emphasized her broken English and pushed her mistake off onto me. “Oh I can’t do refunds… xyz” “you wanted this” “oh this is good also” etc, meanwhile I just wanted what I asked for originally. Making a customer pay for their mistake as I now have an unusable product. Ended up going to another convenient store. I can recommend the shop on Homestead next to the laundry cleaners and dance studio. 2/10 customer service amongst other violations you’ll see in that place

If I could leave a lower rating I would. I bought a puff bar and it was brand new. It was already dead. I called them and told them and they told me that they couldn’t give me a refund and all. They told me I should’ve tested it before I left. How was I supposed to know that they sell dead ones? I wouldn’t recommend going there for getting disposables.

Im a regular at this store. The owners and workers are nice.The cigarettes are cheaper than other stores by a good margin. Ive been going there approx. 4-5 years. No problems. Its a rinky dink place - part of its charm. They have vapes, party items, good and soda, candy/ snacks.No beer sold. They have anATM and take f. stamps, credit cards and debit.
