Lukas Painting did an outstanding job painting the entire interior of the new home I recently purchased. They met me for a walk through quote and explained the different paint finishes and the quote for one coat vs two. No surprises going into the job. Their crew arrived each day on time and worked hard each day. They even finished a day earlier than expected. They took their time to protect floors, windows and doors not being painted and did an entire walk through after to fix touch-ups and cleanup. I was amazed by the quality of their work and definitely would recommend them to any one in need of painting!

Proprietors Luis & Karla Pavon are so attentive, professional and thorough — exhibiting the very best in customer service! — finishing the job in just a couple of days and leaving a pristine worksite at the end of each day they were here. All I had to do was select my preferred paint colors, and they took care of the rest — starting the job a full week ahead of the anticipated start date, and finishing sooner than expected with such beautiful results! And incredibly, I came home one evening about a week after the job’s completion to find what appeared to be the “aftermath” of a feral animal ‘tussle’ sprayed across a section of my freshly-painted garage door. I tried cleaning it myself to no avail, and sent a quick email to Karla Pavon asking for her recommendation on how to clean the door without damaging the paint. Within moments, Luis was at my door repainting the area!!! I was astounded by this level of prompt attention and stellar customer service. Everyday Lukas painting came to my home at 8AM and got right to work. All workers had smiling faces and showed such strong teamwork and moral, this also reflected in their painting and work around the house. I have two small children and they kept the project to 3 days, which was great so we could start unpacking and living in our new home. All and all Lukas painting did a fabulous job, the price point discussed was desirable, they purchased all the paint I only had to pick the colors. This was very nice, when they came to give a quote they estimated how much paint was needed and stated paint would be included in pricing.. this took a huge weight off my shoulders as we were selling our old home, moving into a new home and needed things to be stress free. They gave me the left over paint and labeled everything for future use and touch-ups. All work was completed to our satisfaction!

They are always my go to, whatever job I need done, they find me a great sub. They are meticulous in their painting, whether interior or exterior!!! Can’t rate them highly enough!!!

We called for a estimate they gave us a quote, they came out when they said they would, everything started out great. Until they realized that interior needed 2 coats, they explained that they only quoted for 1 but that they were going to do it at agreed price. We just asked for the house to be painted grey we are not painters we trusted they would know it needs more than 1 coat to cover white with grey. After that they started rushing and the quality faded away. There were areas of the house that were oversprayed onto suffaces that should of been covered like doorknobs, windows, mirrors, slidder door frames, and slider windows and handles, cabinets. The closets were cracking from cheap paint, they blamed on old house 30 years old the paint in the closets had no hairline cracks on the walls or cellings before they started(Photos attached)When I approched them when things needed to be corrected the wife was very professional but the husband quickly became very rude, talking over me and his wife, getting extremely fustrated, saying no, no, no to the point I had to tell him to go outside because he couldnt contain himself. I have never in my life been treated so bad by someone I hired. I was completely polite from the moment we met and even through the few issues and when the husband was loosing his temper at me. All the paint was supposed to be benjamin moore but the ceiling and closet paint was cheap flat paint, not agreed paint. We hired Lukas painting from the good reviews so yes we expected a 5 star paint job but it turned out to be a 3 star I guess from this underquoting we received some rushed work it really sucks we planned for them to do the exterior if all went well . The wife really tryed her best but her husband is very disrespectful started telling me do not pay we did not want to not pay or ever said anything like that we just wanted a professional job and the areas where no paint should be for it to be cleaned was all . Then we got offered a discount to hire someone to do it, but we did not want a discount we just wanted them to complete so we accepted the rest of the mess to deal with ourselfs as I knew I couldnt approched them anymore as Lukas couldnt control his anger he had with us and where still not even sure why he was so angry towards us.we still are thankful for them and there work and if they would of approched us that they underquoted we could of figured something out so the job didnt end this way .
