They were so helpful to me. I am a senior and my car was hit by a hit and run. I found her and was able to get her insurance which between USSA, Fix It and Enterprise it was so smooth. From the front desk Girls, the shop guys and the wonderful Manager I could not be more pleased. I will recommend my Lemon Grove Fix It shop to everyone. My car looks great and was done even sooner than expected.

I got into a car crash and was hoping that the auto shop I sent my car to would be great since all I’ve heard was bad reviews and news from others having to take their car back to the shop for minor problems that weren’t correctly fixed the first go around. So when Fixed Auto in Lemon Grove gave me my car back, I was already skeptical about it not being fully completed nor fixed. AND BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! Not only did they fix and install all my new parts but I came back to, what seemed like, a totally new car. Cleaned and vacuumed and the body where my car was hit was exemplary! Everything good one would want to happen after an accident I experienced. The communication on point, from start to completion they told me what to expect then delivered. Got rear ended and needed the van fixed. They were able to do it while I was out of town and it looks brand new! It was vacuumed and the outside cleaned as well! Also shout out to Daniel! I needed an estimate for repair of my car. All members of the staff were very professional and courteous. The repair was completed in a timely manner. Communication between me and my Insurance was through. I appreciate the care they gave to me and my car. I would highly recommend them and use them again, if the need arises.

I had a great experience here from begining to end. They called me within an hour after i reported my accident to insurance to schedule estimate appnt. When I arrived for my appnt there was a gentleman waiting for me with a clipboard and all my info already on hand and ready to start estimate i was done within 15mins. After my insurance notified me that deductible would be waived(not my fault) I called them and they were able to bring me in right away for repairs. They told me vehicle would be done within 3 days and it was!:) Nobody wants to ever have to bring their vehicles for body repairs its scary but these guys made it an easy and smooth transition. Very friendly and professional employees.

I have used fixauto before in the pass and was very happy with there service and attention to details. This time I was not happy with either of these. The passenger side window molding does not seal correctly and the reused old cracked and damaged molding for the base of the window. Update: Once the service manager heard of my issue. He fixed all issues that i had with the car. Great place. Let them know if there are any issues.

An unforeseen fender bender left me to need a repair. They worked with my insurance quickly to take care of everything. The vehicle is our primary family vehicle and need to transfer 4 caresats from vehicle to rental. Accommodated this task to make it as easy as possible. Kept me informed on every step of the repairs and had easy communication, accommodating me when needed to retrieve something from the vehicle during the repair. Highly recommend and if needed would use them in the future.

I took my car here for front end repair. They did a great job with the repair and attention to detail. The entire process was very transparent and I was kept in constant contact. Had a great experience here gave me a quick and fair quote on repairs I needed to my cars hood, made minor repairs discovered for only cost of parts, and bent over backwards to get me my car back ASAP with my schedule.
