Went to the pharmacy to pick up an over the counter drug, got ignored for 5 minutes, waited in another line for 10 minutes only to be told to go back to the original line. Spent 35 minutes here for something they had to pull off a shelf.

Debbie was able to locate the product and placed it behind the counter for me. Shes the best!! Rosa helped alot in using the self check out. Thanks to all.

Everything I wanted to purchase and see was under lock and key! I have shopped here for years and have never experienced this except for a few items. I will not shop here anymore for personal items as it doesn’t say much about our community. It is assumed that things are being loss by those who decide to steal. Just sad.

My new favorite CVS!I have Kaiser and was told by my insurance that the flu shot would be covered at various pharmacies including CVS. The staff at the Grossmont location does not take the time to explain things properly. They said my insurance wouldnt go through and that the shot would have to be paid out of pocket at $29.99. So the next day I decided to try this location and they explained, after working very hard to try and get it covered through insurance, that the reason it wouldnt go through is because only a certain brand is covered by KP and that they happened to be out of that one at the moment. They offered to have me come back the following week when it comes back in stock. Since I needed it for work ASAP, because Im the worlds biggest procrastinator, I was fine with paying for it. They even provided a 5 dollar off coupon which brought the price down to $24.99! Excellent customer service at the Lemon Grove location. I appreciate when people take the time to explain things to me. The staff there are ALL excellent!

Impossible to reach by telephone. A recording tells you more about Covid than you could possibly want to know--but so-called pharmacy line never replies.

Always bad. They are extremely slow and never answer their phones. Corporate continues to bring in new customers without hiring more staff. Every time i need a prescription done I have to wait an hour in the parking lot plus the 20 min in line because you cannot call before hand. Terrible. avoid this place!

Terrible customer service. My bf lost his keys so we tried calling the store twice at 9:20 PM, no answer. Checked store hours, says 10 PM. We drove to the store around 9:30 to check to see if someone may have turned them in and the doors are locked. My bf knocks on the door to get an associates attention just to be ignored and waved away. Why have store hours if youre not going to abide by them?

Very slow. A line of 4 people takes 15 minutes!!!

I just want to thank a cashier by the name of Carole. She is always so helpful and kind. She is the reason i return to purchase from this location time and time again. So thank you Carole for always being so cheery and sweet. I look forward to seeing her when i go shop. I have seen her on many occasions go out of her way to help customers out. CVS is lucky to have a worker like Carole. I wish all cvs employees were like her. Shes always helping me out with my coupons and i love someone who can help a girl out with saving some money!

I was told my prescription would take 5-10 minutes, I waited an hour and a half. With a sick baby in tow . Not to add they dont have a clean up/sanitizing crew. the whole time I was there I didn’t see ANYTHING being sanitized . This is also a very dirty cvs, fridges are empty and dirty . Shampoos have layers of dust sitting on them .

I had my first cold in about 10 years and went to the Pharmacy to get an effective cold remedy. The woman I spoke to was both friendly and professional. She asked me a few questions and made a recommendation for me. I was pleased with both the professionalism and the service.

I just started couponing recently and I know that couponers have a pretty bad rep, but I try my best to not fall in the same category. I have to say that this is the friendliest and most helpful staff Ive ever encountered. Shout out to Carol. She is an angel and the sweetest most patient cashier. I truly enjoy my shopping experience here.

My son Doctor send prescription to CVS around 10:45 AM and I came to pick up at 4:00pm but the lady name Maria said It is not ready yet. I told her the doctor sent to CVS in the morning and now is still not ready? She looked at me and said I dont know. My question is how long does it take to prepare the medicine for the patient after pharmacist received the prescription ? Also, please CVS train your employee how to smile and give friendly excuse instead of said I dont know. She look so mean.

The people that work here have two different personalities. They can be in a happy mood and you bring out the extra bucks that they give out and their mood changes from good to bad. They act like you are taking money from them when you pay with there extra bucks. Why give them out if you do not want to take them.

I tell them not to do something they do it anyway. Im trying to deal with workmans comp and my adjuster said she called 3 times and talk to people at the pharmacy and the pharmacy said that theyve talked to no one.

Never met someone is customer service with such terrible bedside manner. Illiana should not be working around or with customers, absolutely terrible experience.

I tuned in Rx, didnt get back until 3 days later when I got ready to refill they say its two early for refill, Rx say 30 day supply, insta say 4tabs day, @ 60 tabs dispensed. Thats a 15 day supply if were 30 days supply @4×day for 30 days =120 tabs I only received 60 tabs last..

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARTS I WOULD. I WORK FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE AND EVERY TIME I CALL TO TALK TO A PHARMACIST I AM ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 30-45 MINUTES. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND DONT EVEN KNOW HOW YOU GUYS ARE OPERATING. IF I HAVE 10 PATIENTS THAT I NEED TO CALL FOR AND THIS IS HOW LONG I NEED TO BE ON HOLD FOR THAT MEANS I HAVE TO USE MY WHOLE DAY TO BE ON HOLD FOR YOU GUYS NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE! I WISH SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT CONTACTS ME TO EXPRESS MY FRUSTRATION WITH HOW RIDICULOUS THIS SYSTEM IS.

I love all the employees there especially Robert (Bob) even tho he has gon to a better place within a sharp facility I also love there great customer service with Nathan the pharmacist and maria just one of many of the techs that do there job I thank them and everything they do you guys are great!!!!
