They offered me No credit needed payment plans and financing but I just paid credit card. The delivery and assembly was at a bargain price too! I shopped all over and found House2Home Furniture had the best furniture,prices, quality and selection! They even have catalogs they can from. They custom make sofas, sectionals, chairs,ottomans, crib beds, twin beds, chests, dressers and more. I absolutely love ❤️ My dinette set that is solid tropical mahogany!! They are alright. Quality is affordable and decent. Minor issue was I paid additional 89 to have my furniture assembled after they left me with just boxes and instructions. However its a decent place and inexpensive

After searching several furniture stores for a bed, House2Home Furniture was the place where we found the most comfortable and affordable bed. We were helped by William Sosa who assisted us from picking the bed to moving it inside the car. He was really nice and easy to talk to. The full-sized memory foam mattress is going to last me for a long time and we will definitely be back to purchase more!

When it comes to customer service....Carlos and William gets a 12 in my book. I purchased a bed frame that I could not find anywhere that had it in stock in store....Every store I tried it was going to take 7 to 10 business days plus delivery fee and to boot over $200. I was able to find exactly what I wanted, in the store and under $100. These two guys are Rock Stars....p.s. From the minute I walked in from the second I left the store, I had a pleasant experience. The people that helped my family and I were very nice and very welcoming. They answered all my questions and were very informative about their products. They even offered other options to what I was purchasing so I have to say this store has good customer service and they make you feel welcome; they dont rush their customers like other stores do.

So I ordered $3000 worth of furniture from this place on 04/18/2015 that seems to have good quality and cant say enough about the lady who provided customer service. But, then I paid for everything that they said they had and or would be delivered the first week I bought it. Yet my bed has not been delivered as of yet 5/20/2015. I guess I should have read the back of the paperwork as it seems that they just collect your money and bring most of your furniture. Who knows when I will see my bed!!! I will post when I actually get it. Follow up-They finally delivered my bed on 5/22/2015.

We found this place on yelp as one of the 10 best furniture stores in Lemon Grove, ratings were all positives about prices, service and quality. We were hunting for a bunk bed. Macys was over priced and they want to sell you a bunk bed in pieces!!!! (The top part and bottom were priced separately!!!!....I can understand the underneath storage ....but the bunk bed itself!!!! Complete ripped off). Went to Living Space, the selection was different and bigger...400-500 cheaper than macys, but comparing to prices online We knew We could get more for our money....like the ones that have the stairs, storage underneath, complete bunk bed, slats and solid wood in one good price. So We tried House2Home and found our BED!!!!! QUALITY-COLOR-DELIVERY-ASSEMBLY & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE under one very affordable price!!!! (Will is your guy, very helpful and not pushy at all). The bed is sturdy, mattress is super comfortable. The guy who ensembled it was super cordial and did it within an hour. We are def going back!!!

Let me tell you about my experience with House2Home Furniture. For the past two months we been looking for a bed for our growing son and to keep it real finances have been the issue with our decision making. I will never buy from house to home furniture again! I paid for my furniture on a Friday and I was told that my furniture would be delivered the next day between 11-3 pm but no one showed! I called them around 345 pm to see what happened, they claimed they were backed up with orders but no one called me to let me know what was going! I sat there for over 5 hrs before my furniture came! I asked for a refund on the delivery fee bc thats time I cant get back and if I never called, then no one would have called me! They told me no I dont get a refund for the delivery fee, the delivery is on the way! I told them how unprofessional they were bc how they handle their customers. They were quick and friendly to take my money but once they have your money, they do not care about your time or you after that!

I tried their beds its perfect, very comfortable #1 in san diego .... You should try it guys .very nice people working there too

Why this business is so CONCEALED about its prices, and NO access to email contact. Is showing that THIS company wants no business from me.I have gotten better internet transmission and better customer service from Wayfair. Add that I can put deposits on an item I have interest in, when I spoke to a Wayfair salesperson. Sure, today be a holiday; H2H is even more obligated to have revealed its prices -- as there be noone to speak to at this time.
