This gem is a great little Mexican meat market. They have great longanisa! Also homemade style flour tortillas.

Ive wanted to go here for years. We bought a house in Lemon Grove 3 weeks ago and I finally grew the courage to learn how to make fresh Mexican food. This place is amazing. The meat is fantastic and they had everything I needed to make a few recipes Ive been wanting to try. Im a little embarrassed of my Spanish sometimes but both folks working here were patient and I cant wait to go back. Support your neighborhood grocers. They work hard for the community and deserve our business.

A very simple shop with Reasonable prices. They sell many essential produce and ingredients for Mexican dishes. They have a wonderful selection of cuts of beef.

Only place in La Mesa where I can get warm fresh tortillas. They have meats, poultry, and seafood in the carneceria. They have essential produce for those homemade Mexican dishes.

Their pollo marinada is AWESOME!!!!! I can’t keep this secret to myself no more but these guys are amazing small hidden spot. Hopefully this review helps.

Love this place. Its family owned, the entire family is always ready to assist you. They always have good prices on there meats. Its a lil small but the great customer service is well worth it. Stop by and check them out.

Small place with great meat and most everything else you could want if youre making Mexican food. Very clean, really friendly. If you dont see the meat you want (e.g, brisket) just ask.

Went once after I had moved into the neighborhood, I had always seen it passing by but never stopped to check it out. Well I finally decided to, Amazing customer service. I bought carne asada and it was delicious, prices were fair. The lady at the register was so kind, helping me find things I was looking for ( the place is small but they have alot of things you might think they dont) I especially loved that they had REAL, FRESH corn tortillas. Glad I decided to take a look. Thank you!

Its a tiny store, but there are many items that I love. They cut and marinate fresh beef for carne asada, same with chicken for pollo asado. Their homemade salsas and crema are worth going there for.

They have the best meat prepared for roasting and the same chicken prepared for roasting. Also the attention is excellent !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
